Fryer recipe you would like to see in a future video.,Just let me know in the comments down below.,You ready?,Let's go.,All right, you have got to try frozen broccoli roasted in the Air Fryer.,I just have this big bag from Costco,,that has four one pound bags of frozen broccoli right inside of it.,It is so simple and it's so much better than microwaving or stovetop.,You just dump your frozen broccoli right in the basket, spread it out,,so it's nice and even.,And cook it at 300 for 10 minutes.,At the halfway point, give it a stir and then you pop back in.,It's so simple.,After the 10 minutes of cooking, if you want to crisp it up just a little bit,,you could spray on a little bit of oil and salt and pepper it,,and then I just blasted it at 400 for one more minute.,And you guys, my kids gobble this up.,It is so good.,This is a sheet pan recipe, that I adapted for the Air Fryer.,This will serve about 8 people.,So you can cut this recipe in half.,I did cook it up in both of my Air Fryers.,So Iíve got a whole red onion,and then you can see, this is the size of the squash and zucchini that I used.,We chopped up those veggies and you'll see that it made about 8 cups.,Then we added 4 cups of chopped broccoli to it.,And now it's time to make the marinade.,Iíve got 3 tablespoons of avocado oil.,You could use olive oil as well.,A third cup of balsamic vinegar.,1 to 2 table spoons of honey.,I'm lazy and I eyeballed it here.,A teaspoon of dried basil, half teaspoon of dried oregano,,a teaspoon of kosher salt and a half teaspoon of pepper.,Just whisk that up.,Then I chopped up about a pound and a half of boneless, skinless, chicken breasts,and I'm adding that to all my veggies, I've got a big bowl now.,So I have room to stir it up.,And then I just poured my marinade right over the top and gave it a nice big stir.,You'll notice my backdrop is different.,Just FYI, we were doing a photo shoot at the same time.,So I had to pull out my props.,Just stir that marinade in.,You'll definitely want that big bowl if you're doing the whole recipe.,And then give it some time to marinate if you can.,It just makes the taste even more amazing.,You'll see I have about 10 cups of chicken and veggies here.,So I used both of my Air Fryer pans.,These are both nine by nine wide and I had 4 to 5 cups in each.,And I just dumped it right there in the basket.,You'll see not much glaze was wasted.,Spread it out evenly.,And then we're going to start it at 370 for 10 minutes.,While that was cooking, I went ahead and sliced up a bunch of grape,or cherry tomatoes.,Here we go after 10 minutes, you can see it's almost done but not quite.,So at this point, I decided I was going to crank up the heat.,I went to 400 for 5 minutes more.,And at that point, it was perfectly done.,If you want your veggies more tender, you can cook it for a little bit longer,but this was just like the perfect tender for us.,When it's done cooking, drop in your fresh tomatoes and give it a stir.,You can serve this right out of the pan or pour it in a separate bowl.,You guys, this one is such a crowd pleaser.,You could serve it over rice or pasta or eat it all by itself.,It is so delicious.,So you'll need about a pound of large shrimp that's uncooked, peeled and deveined.,I'm using my cute little bag holders today to help me out.,Go ahead and put your raw shrimp right in a quart sized Ziploc bag,and then we're going to make a nice little marinade.,You'll need a third cup of honey, a quarter cup of low sodium soy sauce,,1 tablespoon of minced garlic,and optional you could add in a teaspoon of minced fresh ginger.,So good.,When you have your marinade,,go ahead and just put half of the marinade right in the bag of shrimp.,So I had about a quarter cup of marinade left.,And then you're gonna let that marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes,,no more than 12 hours.,You're going to save the rest of the marinade for the end of the cooking.,Now you will want to preheat your Air Fryer.,Mine has a cute little preheat button.,Go ahead and place the shrimp right into the Air Fryer basket.,Make sure it's in a nice single layer.,And then I just use the shrimp setting which is 6 minutes at 370 degrees.,At the halfway point

the infamous Tick Tock air fryer salad,hi Rachel it's Alexa also known as your,airfryer salad Queen on Tick Tock the,first thing we're going to make together,today is the infamous Tick Tock air,fryer salad,we're gonna drizzle some olive oil on,top of our shaved brussels sprouts to,give it a little extra crisp in the,airfryer now we're going to pop the,shaved brussels sprouts in the airfryer,at 400 okay it's been about five minutes,oh they're looking so good now we're,gonna add our air fried Brussels sprouts,into the bowl,and now I'm going to add the chicken,into the airfryer I seasoned marinated,these with Caribbean Jerk paprika salt,and pepper and a little bit of olive oil,I'm gonna pop it in for 10 minutes at,400.,oh yes that looks perfect so we're gonna,go ahead and take this bad boy out,so now we're going to cut up our chicken,and put it on top of our air fried,Brussels sprouts oh my goodness it,smells so good,we're gonna add in the rest of our,toppings so we're gonna add the onions,dates,of course the avocado,and the parmesan cheese,now we're just going to toss it around a,bit get everything mixed well together,before we add in the dressing I'm just,going to drizzle on top of little extra,olive oil and a little balsamic glaze,and now the best part gotta get a big,bite,so good,the next airfry recipe is a little,different but very good stuffed air,fried avocado using egg and turkey bacon,so to start we're going to cut our,avocado right down the middle and see,where the hole is from the pit we're,going to expand that hole just a little,bit,scoop it out,so you're going to have a little hole in,your avocado,because we're gonna put the egg in there,and air fry it,crack your egg in a measuring cup we're,going to pour that in the avocado,so now I'm going to air fry my turkey,bacon for about three to four minutes at,400.,then I'm going to put it on top of the,egg stuffed avocado we're gonna pop her,in the airfryer for about five minutes,at 400.,once the stuffed avocado is done cooking,in the airfryer I would let it sit for,just a couple of minutes add your,sriracha and enjoy it looks so good,foreign

hi kasorians i'm chef margaret and today,i'll be making a kale salad with crispy,chickpeas made in the airfryer,it's hearty robust it's got so many,textures going on and it's so easy to,make and it's all plant-based,hit the subscribe button to become part,of the kasori community and if you'd,like to be notified every time we upload,a new recipe video hit the bell icon,so the first thing that we're gonna do,is preheat the airfryer to 400 degrees,so just get that preheating,and while it's going we're going to prep,our chickpeas so i have one 15 ounce can,of chickpeas that i have drained rinsed,and patted dry and you want to make sure,that the chickpeas are dry because that,helps them get crispy in the airfryer so,don't skip that step and to that we're,going to add one tablespoon of olive oil,and a half teaspoon of salt,beautiful and i have a quarter teaspoon,of black pepper,a quarter teaspoon of paprika,in there,a quarter teaspoon of garlic powder,a quarter teaspoon of ground cumin,also a quarter teaspoon of ground,coriander,and an eighth of a teaspoon of cayenne,pepper,and we're just going to mix it all,together,beautiful,and if you don't like you know some of,these spices or seasonings you can,totally substitute with your favorite,ones,if you have a certain spice blend that,you like there's so many different,variations,on flavorings that you can do with these,chickpeas so you can customize them and,make them your favorite,and once the air fryer is done,preheating we'll add the chickpeas in,and get them cooking all right the,airfryer is preheated so let's add the,chickpeas,i'm just going to add all the chickpeas,right in you can already hear them,sizzling,perfect,spread them out so they're in like a,nice even layer and these are gonna cook,at 400 degrees for 12 minutes and i'm,gonna press the shake button so the,shake reminder is gonna help remind us,to shake the basket halfway through,cooking so that the chickpeas get really,golden and crispy throughout,all right the shake reminder just beeped,so let's pull out the chickpeas and give,them a shake,they're already looking really nice and,golden but i'm just gonna shake it a,couple of times just get everything,nice and distributed throughout and then,we'll pop them back in for the remaining,six minutes,all right the chickpeas are done in the,airfryer so let's check them out,oh they look perfect they got super,crunchy and golden looking they're going,to be the perfect topping to our salad,so i'm just going to pop these in a bowl,and have them ready to go while we,assemble the rest of our salad,oh yes,and these chickpeas make an awesome,snack like if you don't even want to,make the salad just making crispy,chickpeas like to have as a snack or for,anything is so delicious and like i said,you can customize with your favorite,spices or seasonings,and they're such a good healthy snack,for you they're,packed with protein nutrients and fiber,so i definitely recommend just making,crispy chickpeas on the side just to,snack on,so next we will make our dressing for,the salad,so now it's time to make the dressing,for this salad so i'm just going to,combine everything in this bowl and,whisk together and then it's all done so,i've got uh two garlic cloves that i've,minced,i'm just gonna add that right in,a quarter cup of freshly squeezed lemon,juice,i've got a third cup of tahini and if,you aren't familiar with tahini it's,just sesame seed paste so ground up,sesame seeds,that is all it is,and it helps make this dressing super,creamy and delicious,and we've got two tablespoons of olive,oil,there,we've got,um one tablespoon of maple syrup,just for a little bit of sweetness,a half a teaspoon of salt,and a quarter teaspoon of pepper,and one tablespoon of hot water and this,just helps thin everything out and get,it nice and smooth and creamy for the,dressing,perfect,and if for some reason like if your,tahini is kind of thick a little bit too,thick you can just add a you know,another tablespoon of hot water just to,thin it out more and get it to the,consistency that you like,but this is looking perfect,it's nice thick creamy,and delicious,and this dressing is all plant based and,it's so delicious it kind of gives like,a caesar salad type dressing vibe but,plant-based,so good and this is like i also love,putting this on like just roasted,vegetables or if like you air fried some,vegetables just drizzling it on top it's,also delicious just,like that too,all right this was super easy to make,super simple,um you can keep this in the refrigerator,it'll last for you know a week or two,and it'll be totally fine,i'm just gonna keep it out while i prep,the kale um the kale leaves for the,salad,now it's time to prep the kale so i you,got it,welcome back to another episode of,tastytech,this salad is an absolute classic dish,popular in australia,the savory roast pumpkin is what shines,here i haven't ever really even enjoyed,pumpkin until i tried to roast it this,way,the hearty butteriness of the pumpkin,the dressing,and pine nuts leaves it on the heavier,side as far as salads go,the brown butter vinaigrette and,pomegranate make it a great meal or side,for autumn,some of these ingredients are seasonal,so depending,on where you live you might have only a,short window of time to make this,here we go let's start out with our,pumpkin,i like the cinderella kind when i can,find it just about any other kind will,work,except for a larger jack-o-lantern type,they're bred to be big and hollow,and aren't as tasty we're going to slice,our pumpkin,in just about half,this stem isn't much fun trying to slice,through,then slice into wedges so we can trim,off the skin,if you have a nice sharp peeler that,works too,once peeled cut the pumpkin into cubes,of about,an inch and a half toss with olive oil,salt and pepper,and spread out in an airfryer,in our airfryer we will be roasting at,390 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes,for a conventional oven roast at 430,degrees,flipping once after 20 minutes you want,the pumpkin to be blistered but not too,mushy,while the pumpkin is roasting heat the,pine nuts in a pan over medium heat,until golden brown,they will go from golden brown to burnt,real quick so keep a close eye on them,these babies aren't cheap they will give,off an amazing aroma when just about,done,remove the nuts from the pan and set,aside,you,in a bowl gently toss the arugula with,two and a half ounces of the brown,butter dressing,the pumpkin,half the crumbled feta and half of the,pomegranate,then top with pine nuts the remaining,feta and pomegranate,there you have it what did you think,about the salad,comment below please subscribe and give,this video a thumbs up if you've enjoyed,it,see you again soon

look ready to help,yes they are okay this air fryer recipe,we're gonna cut us some chicken cook it,in the air fryer and throw it on our,salad this only takes four or five,minutes in the air fryer if you cut it,up it can take six minutes sometimes and,I'm gonna shake and bake it,you know the shaken bake comes with,two packets but that's more than we need,so I'm gonna put half of this in here,zip and put this in a Ziploc bag so we,actually will get,four meals out of these two packets also,subscribe watch over review on Mountain,Dew pitch black all right post below do,you like shake and bake I grew up having,shake and bake on our chicken so that's,why I still like shake and bake,there you go so we're just gonna save,this up holy cow 6.99 a pound is that a,good deal,probably not,foreign,ready are you guys ready to help,we got them cut up here I try to come,about the same size so they'll cook,evenly in here it's pretty moist if it's,not moist I'll dip them in I would just,dip it in water,yep,stick them in the airfryer,I actually sprinkle a little extra on,there where I can,put this in the airfryer and then get,the salad ready,So today we're using the American salad,it's good stuff I'm going to add some,olives bacon bits I don't think we have,any croutons or we washed do you believe,that,this is anybody not,rinse this off,after you open this we're gonna do that,next,so I have a salad spinner but,I'm using that right now to clean off,used Legos after we wash them and spin,the Legos to dry Legos,is it done is it ready I don't know,where is cut one open and see,looks down to me I could use like,one more minute let's do one more minute,okay me and Liam do not like these,pieces,but the Huskies do,oh I love green olives,Leon put some more than I eat them let's,add some real bacon bits,oh but it looks like I got more land,let's go ahead and we'll check back,after dinner okay that's our quick shake,and bake solid dinner 10 minutes from,start to finish six minutes to cook the,chicken you don't have to use chicken,bake put some Chit Chat below,what you put in your chicken,it was really good nice and tender I,always like chicken bake but growing up,we never had skinless chicken growing up,Leah,no we we always had I don't think there,were such thing as skinless chicken back,in my days I'm pretty old but,anyways,still love Shaker bake it was good I,think a lot of people put chicken on,their salad I think they do I think,that's common it's a nice healthy dinner,it's a good quick decent dinner like I,said 10 minutes we're eating dinner so,thanks for watching air fryer chicken

hey guys and welcome to my youtube,channel cooking with kim,today in the kitchen we are going to be,making something very,very simple so simple you're going to,think why didn't i think of this myself,we are making a crispy chicken salad,salad part is really easy the crispy,chicken i'll show you how we'll make it,a little healthier,but before we get started as always if,you guys,like what you see please hit that,subscribe button if you want to be,notified anytime i upload a video hit,the notification button,and if you really really like it,dare i say love it share it with a,friend,all right let's go ahead and get started,so i'm going to be showing you,um with one chicken breast how we are,going to be making our crispy,chicken salad so with my one chicken,breast,i am going to slice it,all the way through and this is honestly,so that it cooks up a lot quicker for us,all right so i got my two pieces of,chicken i am going to season them up,with some black pepper these,measurements are all going to be,about a half teaspoon for both sides,some garlic powder,i'm sorry that was onion powder this is,the garlic powder,and a little bit of paprika should have,opened these before i got my hands all,chickeny dirty,and then of course we're just gonna do,the same on the other side,all right and let's go ahead and make,our bread,so in one bowl shallow bowl we are going,to,add two,egg whites and then i always like to,season my egg whites with just a little,bit of hot sauce,give it a little kick totally optional,for you,whisk it together really quickly for the,crispy chicken i do like to use the,finer bread crumbs versus the panko,um just because i feel like it just,mashes together a lot easier and quicker,for me,so to my other bowl adding that's a,solid cup,now of course i am going to season my,bread crumbs with a little bit of dried,parsley,a teaspoon of that and some black pepper,give that a good mix together,and this is how we do it,we're going to take one of our chicken,breasts we're going to dip it in our egg,wash,make sure we get it really coated on,both sides from the egg wash,right into our bread crumbs again let's,make sure we get it nice,and coated,so now that we have our chicken pieces,nice and coated here's what we're going,to do we're going to cook it in the air,fryer versus,putting some you know oil in a pan and,pan frying them or,deep frying them i'm gonna put them in,my air fryer,uh at 375 roughly 10,to 12 minutes it's just going to depend,on the thickness of my breasts,but i'll let you know what the exact,time was um so,while our chicken is cooking we will go,ahead and prep,our ingredients that we're going to use,the first is i like to use english,cucumber it's going to thinly spice,my cucumber inside we're gonna use some,grape tomatoes i'm just gonna half these,i'm going to use a mixture of some,butter lettuce that i have left over,as well as a combination of spinach so,with my lettuce,just gonna give it a rough chop,just grabbing a good handful just gonna,roll that,up and give that a rough chop,all right so our crispy chicken is done,in the air fryer,and it took exactly 11 minutes for mine,so i'm gonna set those to the side and,we are ready to,build our salad so i'm going to take the,mixture of,our greens and,put that at the bottom next i'm going to,add,my cucumbers and i'm going to slice them,in half,and then our shallots,you could also use red onion,i'm going to grate next i'm going to add,my sliced avocado,and then of course it wouldn't be our,crispy chicken salad without our crispy,chicken,so we are going to take one of our,breasts,did you guys hear that look at how,crispy that is,in the airfryer,add our crispy chicken,and then we are going to make just a,really quick barbecue,honey mustard or dijon mustard salad,dressing so,i have my dijon mustard here,i'm gonna do a teaspoon the same with my,barbecue sauce and the barbecue sauce i,really love g,hughes um his line of barbecue sauces or,sauces in general,because they are sugar-free which is,obviously healthier for you,so i'm going to add a teaspoon of that,as well and then,just a splash of red wine vinegar if you,don't have red wine vinegar,balsamic vinegar if you don't have,either regular,white vinegar will do as well smell,really good too so i'm just going to,add our really put dressing,on top that,is our super simple crispy chicken salad,let me know if you guys try this one,really great lunch option,or a really quick low carb dinner option,as well so if you guys try it,let me know how you like it see you guys,soon

The BEST Air Fryer Chicken Breast In 8 MINUTES | SUPER JUICY!!

airfryer chicken breasts in just eight,minutes is what we've got on the menu,today and this really is a lunchtime,game changer at least for me because i,don't like spending a lot of time making,lunch if i'm gonna put together lunch,it's gotta be made in less than 15,minutes and these airfryer chicken,breasts are just that also i love the,fact that i can customize them i can put,any marinade or rub on them that i'm,feeling like that day and they turn out,perfect every time so with that said,let's not waste any more time let's jump,right into the good stuff make some,perfectly cooked airfryer chicken,breasts all right first things first,while we prep our chicken we're going to,preheat our air fryer to 400 degrees for,five minutes then while the airfryer is,getting warmed up we're gonna add a,couple of chicken breasts to a large,plastic baggie and then we're using meat,tenderizer to tenderize the chicken and,trust me when i say this don't skip this,step it is a huge game changer in,getting your chicken to turn out tender,every single time if you don't have a,meat tenderizer a rolling pin or a,bottle of wine or just something heavy,will work just as well to tenderize your,meat anyway once we've got our chicken,about a half inch thick like this we can,start seasoning or marinating it and i'm,actually going to use both of these,methods for my airfryer chicken today so,as you're seeing here i'm starting with,the marinated chicken and really that's,just gonna be as easy as adding one of,the chicken breasts back into the,plastic baggie pouring in some italian,dressing and then working that italian,dressing into the chicken then while,that's marinating i'm gonna make a super,tasty dry rub for the other chicken,breast so in a small bowl i'm gonna add,a half a teaspoon of chili powder a,quarter teaspoon of garlic salt a,quarter teaspoon of onion powder a,quarter teaspoon of paprika an eighth of,a teaspoon of cinnamon and some freshly,cracked black pepper then we're gonna,give that a mix until it combines and,when it does we're gonna sprinkle some,of it onto our chicken breast and then,rub it into the chicken until we've got,it well coated in the rub so now we can,give our chicken a flip and do the exact,same thing on the other side,and at this point all that's left to do,is insert my meat thermometer into the,chicken and get it set up to cook to 162,degrees fahrenheit and the reason i'm,cooking it to that temp is so that the,chicken will reach just over 165 degrees,fahrenheit while it's resting by the way,i know i'm gonna get some questions,about the thermometer i'm using i'm,using the meter meat thermometer and i,gotta say i'm in love with this thing it,is absolutely impossible to screw up,cooking any kind of meat with this,thermometer so if you want to pick one,of these up i'll leave a link to it in,the video description below anyway at,this point we're all set to get our,chicken breasts into our air fryer and,to start we're going to cook them for,four minutes at 400 degrees,then after that amount of time we're,gonna give them a flip and cook them for,another three to four minutes then we're,gonna let them rest for just a few,minutes before we cut into them but you,can already see without me even cutting,into these how juicy these chicken,breasts turn out in the,that said i did cut into one of these,breasts just to show you how juice they,are on the inside and i mean just look,at this it is absolutely dripping with,juice so i definitely got to get a taste,of this,that is perfectly tender perfectly juicy,perfectly seasoned seriously you gotta,check out this airfryer chicken it is so,good and so easy i hope you guys like it,anyway thank you guys for watching as,always the full recipe is in the video,description below i'll see in the next,one cheers
