3 Healthy Chicken Salads for Weight Loss (Paleo, AIP, Whole30)

welcome to cook to nourish in today's,episode i am bringing you three,different chicken salads so the first,one is curry chicken salad which uses a,really creamy delicious,dressing made of turmeric and ginger so,i have five,whole cashew nuts that were soaked,pre-soaked two tablespoons of lemon,juice,now this also has a,quarter teaspoon of fresh grated ginger,which i forgot to record for some reason,and then four tablespoons of coconut,milk,a quarter teaspoon of,sea salt,a quarter teaspoon of turmeric,and all this i'm going to just blitz it,in the food processor,and um i like to do this first but there,are a few more ingredients to add you,know just want to make sure that the,ginger gets,ground well because i'm using fresh,ginger,and then i add like the rest of the,ingredients which is a teaspoon of apple,cider vinegar,a tablespoon of raw honey,honey really adds a nice sweet touch it,is not overly sweet but you know it,balances the ginger and the turmeric,one tablespoon of melted coconut oil and,again you,blend them well now you can totally,avoid the cashew cashewnuts in this,dressing and it will still be very,good as an aip dressing,now for the salad i'm just chopping up,some celery,i like to chop them finely or you know,thinly sliced also similarly purple,cabbage like to shred it um,finely now i like to use like a mix of,colored vegetables so grated carrots is,another thing i put in this just so that,the salad looks really bright and,colorful,but you can use any other salad veggies,you know like lettuce or,you know any other basically crunchy,vegetables you can put,and now um,for the greens i'm using baby spinach,that i also coarsely chop,just so that it's again you know adding,a nice balance,to the salad of different colors plus,nutrient density,now for the chicken i have pre-cooked in,the instant pot chicken thighs using a,pinch of turmeric and some fresh ginger,and salt,and i just shredded that and that's your,salad pour the creamy dressing all over,it you know the more the better,trust me that's a delicious salad,so the next one is chicken tortilla,salad now this one has some,non-aip spices that i use for the,chicken but you can avoid them too,so i'm starting with um about half a,pound to one pound of chicken thighs,and adding half a teaspoon of sea salt a,quarter teaspoon of turmeric half a,teaspoon of red chili powder again this,is a night shade,um,and a quarter teaspoon of coriander,and a quarter teaspoon of cumin powder,now i'm going to just marinate all of,those well,you know just,kind of mix everything using my hands,and add like a,tablespoon of,olive oil extra virgin olive oil or our,or avocado oil,and,just let them marinate for about 15,minutes in these spices,next heat up a stainless steel pan with,avocado oil,on medium heat and when it's really nice,and hot,you add the chicken thighs to it the,marinated chicken thighs,cook for about five minutes on one side,on medium and see when you,see how the bottom is like crisp,and because of the spices it looks like,browned so that's what you want cook for,another four to five minutes on the,other side,and it's done,take it out and let it actually rest,for about,at least 10 minutes before you try to,cut them see how the chicken is,beautifully cooked,it is crisp on the outside but soft and,tender on the inside,next to make the dressing i have half a,ripe avocado have half a cup of cilantro,one garlic clove,i'm adding again one green chili yes,peppers are a reintroduction so avoid,them if you're not you know able to,reintroduce night shades yet,want about one tablespoon of lemon juice,or lime juice,and again a dash of extra virgin olive,oil about a tablespoon,a quarter teaspoon of,sea salt,and half a cup of water,now blend all of these well,now at first you're going to get like a,very thick so this is a very thick,dressing so you can add more water to it,to make it like the consistency that you,like in your salad,so i sometimes keep it as is but,sometimes i also water it down a little,bit so for the other components of the,salad i just have,lettuce and red onions,then i add the cut chicken pieces to,this,now the other you know,critical ingredient here are tortilla,chips because this is a chicken tortilla,salad and i'm using siete,brand cassava chips which again have a,you know reintroduction of chia seeds,but that's the only other non-eip,ingredient in it so if you are able to,introduce chia seeds you can use these,chips or you can create your homemade,cassava crackers,using homemade cassava tortilla,so that's it that's your salad here you,know just mother it with as much,dressing you like,and this again is a delicious salad the,third salad is chicken and asparagus,salad,and this is something that i started,making recently and i love it so again,we start with chicken thighs about half,a pound had about a quarter teaspoon,salt and,half a teaspoon of garlic powder,then about a quarter teaspoon of black,pepper which is again aip reintroduction,about a tables

today on healthy paleo living we're,making fried chicken salad and it's,going to be absolutely delicious and,paleo and autoimmune paleo too let's do,this,if you know me you know i love fried,chicken,and when you're paleo and you eat a lot,of salads you gotta make it exciting you,can't just have,grilled chicken breast every day so,we're taking my famous,batter that i use every time i fry just,use this with my coconut fried shrimp,too which you can check out i'll put up,a card for that too that turned out,really really good so we're going to use,that batter we're going to fry up some,chicken,i did,pound down the chicken breast,and i did salt it but that's all i did,for the chicken,and the recipe for the batters below in,the youtube description box,and you,just simply dunk your chicken in,both sides,this is a messy one,slide it over a little bit,put it in,and because i pounded the chicken breast,down it'll cook like,you know two minutes on each side,maybe even less,just don't overcrowd your plate,everybody always says don't overcrowd,the plate,so i ended up doing the chicken about,five minutes on each side because i was,using that cheap hot pan it took a lot,longer than it would on the stove top so,just you know your stove top do what you,got to do,it tastes delicious i already tasted it,okay so here's what we're gonna do for,the salad i went ahead,and i chopped up,let me show you,some,bok choy,some black olives some carrots some,radicchio,celery and romaine you of course can do,anything you want anything you have in,your fridge is great i always use my,veggies before they go bad,so we're just going to,literally slide it all in there,and then you set,your chicken,on top,and you have a beautiful,fried chicken salad and i'll do some,olive oil some apple cider vinegar,another splash of salt you could do,coconut aminos you could do any vinegars,that you like and there you go you have,a delicious fried chicken sandwich,that's or salad rather that's super easy,super delicious,look at that delicious fried chicken i,dressed it i did exactly what i said i,was gonna do just the apple cider,vinegar which i love and it's really,good for,like burning calories and your,metabolism and your digestion and all of,that,i should have cut up the chicken before,but i didn't and that's okay,i'm just gonna take a big big bite,it doesn't even taste paleo so good so,easy,great mid-week menu,that you can,plan ahead prep ahead prep all your,veggies ahead,have your chicken ready to rock and roll,the batter takes seconds to make,and that's so delicious,just cook it until it's crunchy and it's,going to taste amazing that's my advice,to you,thank you so much for watching this week,update on my fiance chris,he's doing awesome,he's done with surgeries,fingers crossed he's going to have a,nice normal life no permanent damage,we're hoping we don't know but of course,we're hoping so,and thank you for being on this journey,with me this weight loss journey as well,i'm down 70 plus pounds and i did a,going paleo and now doing the autoimmune,paleo thing as well so thank you for,being here with me,i've got a dessert coming up on sunday,so if you haven't subscribed and hit the,bell yet do it now so you get the,notification for the next video thank,you so much for being a part of the,community with me and keeping me,motivated and supporting me i couldn't,do it without you and i mean that across,the board so thank you

hello friends today's recipe is that of,turmeric baked chicken so line a pan,with aluminum foil and then add a dash,of olive oil about a tablespoon or so,and then please that you can't eyes now,I am using tais I always like to use,pies or breads but you could also use,our chicken breasts here make sure,there's not much water on the you know,the chicken pieces you can blot dry,using a paper towel and then we are just,going to add all the seasoning year so,that's about a teaspoon of sea salt you,can add less and then I have half a,teaspoon of Italian seasoning and half a,teaspoon of garlic powder and you know,using garlic powder here since it's a,baked recipe and you know it's much,easier to use the dried powder and then,also half a teaspoon of dried thyme and,next we are adding the star ingredient,here and that's turmeric I'm adding,about half a teaspoon,you can add slightly more too if you,like and then I have one tablespoon of,lemon juice as fresh lemon juice that,are just squeezed and but then just a,little bit like about a tablespoon of,olive oil and it just makes everything,well right on the pan now you could you,know make several things separately you,know another Bowl and then add it here,but since there's turmeric here it just,it she tends to stain the bowl you know,yellow so and plus you know this recipe,is an easy recipe and you know trying to,avoid a lot of cleanup or cleaning the,dishes so this is perfect you know just,kind of add it to the pan and as you can,see how I'm kind of mixing it easily,with my hands and gently massaging it,and then also moving all the pieces,making sure that all the pieces have an,equal equivalent amount of you know all,the spice mixture or or the marinade,you know suggests you can do that I just,find it easier to do it this way and now,all we need to do is bake this so I have,my oven preheating at 400 degrees,Fahrenheit and now I'm going to bake,this for about 15 minutes at 15 minutes,I am you know going to fill up pet so,I'm just flipping each piece over,turning it to the other side and then,I'm going to bake again for about 10,minutes,and if you're doing chicken breast then,you the baking time should be even lower,if you're doing chicken breast instead,of thighs and there you see it is this,total cooking time of baking time of 25,minutes and see how nice nicely done the,chicken pieces are and now what you need,to do this is a very important step the,last step at an important step and that,is actually while they're hot right just,out of the oven you immediately cover it,with a loonie aluminium foil and seal it,and keep it aside until you serve and,now when it's ready to serve,see how juicy and moist the chicken,pieces look by the way this recipe will,make to portion sizes if you are you,know going to pair it with either salad,or vegetables hope you like this recipe,and please don't forget to Like and,subscribe to my channel thank you

so there's spinach there's lettuce and,then you slice two carrots up to make,like three bowls you spread the carrots,around on every single thing is paleo,and almost everything's a yuppie the,only thing that is not a IP is the,crackers in the tuples that doesn't say,a happy third dried blueberries are,gonna be in the next one the last one,she put in is not gonna be in the bowls,the bacon bits she's slicing up the,Apple to put on the ball tomb she is,working really fast and then you put the,apples in here and like you can make,wobbles and she is cleaning off the,strawberries working so fast,some guy right Pro cutting I have no,idea how she studies about,and just leave that to the person who,did maybe did something to it she's,playing the chicken now she's playing,olive oil in apple cider vinegar then,she's putting honey,salt oregano garlic powder in so then,you shake it up a couple times till it's,creamy,then when it's creamy you get out and,get some dressing on your salad it's,really easy to make like really really,easy tastes really good like taste,awesome except maybe you should do a,little bit more dressing these crackers,are not happy but the plantain trips our,last one is a yuppie everything pelo a,yuppie everything and then here's the,place bag taken over four to three,yes you're gonna eat the best ones they,ever had hopefully maybe maybe not but,hopefully happy

hi everyone I'm Audrey and this is it's,live if you're new here welcome if,you're returning welcome back I'm really,glad you're all here so for January our,theme is going to be budget-friendly,meals so achieve eats our gp2 AIP prices,range all over the place depending on,what part of the country live in or what,country live in Canada our prices are,significantly higher for food than the,United States is so I'm going to try to,keep all of these meals sort of under,five dollars or less in Canadian so in,the US that would be more like two to,fifty maybe three dollars and again,prices range all over the place so I'm,just kind of trying to give you some,ideas of how to do things if you're on a,budget and trying to do the IP die,because I know that can be a little bit,tough so today we're going to be doing a,recipe it's a Thai chicken salad now,this recipe is sort of a Renault or,knockoff of if you've ever eaten a,California Pizza Kitchen they have kind,of a Thai chicken salad I sort of took,that recipe and then there was a vegan,blog youtuber called high carb Hanna and,she did a vegan knockoff of it so I'm,sort of taking her version and I'm,taking the California Pizza Kitchen,version and then I'm just renovating it,so that it can be an EIP,so without much more chatter let's get,to cooking,okay everybody so this is the Thai,chicken salad you can do this completely,without any meat in it and it's,delicious but if you just want to add,that extra bit of protein or some,protein into it then add chicken or,turkey pork would also be really good in,this and if you don't want to do all the,chopping something that I would do is,just buy a bag of cole slaw mix because,you can just totally use that dump the,bag in add the dressing a little,cucumber you're good to go,I did it this way just because it's,cheaper to buy a whole head of cabbage,than it is to buy the pre-prepared,cole slaw mix and since this month is,about kind of being cheaper those are,some options that you have but if you,have the budget for it just buy the,Vitamix save the time we go,I love this one the UM the tiger nut,butter is good because if you can't have,any nuts at all but if you can if you,reintroducing in this peanut butter is,your like other mess it's probably too,cashew butter stuff but you want,something a little earthier if you can,have the Oman's this original recipe,actually has chopped up the nuts in it,which are delicious them I didn't do it,in here because it's not that would be,compliant with elimination face that I'm,on but some really great things that you,can do with this one I wouldn't even do,maybe three portions of the tiger nut,butter because I really like that,dressing and add it on so this has a,light flavor of it as is but you can do,one more set of servings for that and,add it to the salad and then it make it,really nice and buttery which anyway I,hope that you enjoy this if you make it,let me know in the comments below I'd,love to hear from you all I ever find,out all the comments also if you have a,recipe that you would like to see,renovated put in the comments below and,I'll see what I could do to try to,figure something out for ya I'd love to,get some ideas from you I think I've got,a few ideas from various viewers that,you'll be seeing here either this month,or next month but if you have ones that,you would love to see made over then let,me know alright everybody talk to you,soon

today unhealthy paleo living I am so,excited for these delicious chicken,salad lettuce wraps they'll be totally,low carb low calorie paleo of course and,absolutely delish let's do this I'm,going to show you the fastest way to do,it because that's my Mo especially,during the work week when I have to work,all day every day the fastest way to do,this is take your crock pot chicken I do,this like every Sunday and this week,it's just some organic chicken thighs,that I mixed with some organic coconut,aminos some olive oil some Himalayan,pink sea salt and then all of your,favorite spices so whatever you like on,your chicken you just throw it in I did,like three pounds of chicken so I did,about a tablespoon of all of the,different slices but I've got tarragon,in there and I've got say age and,parsley and basil and oregano I mean I,do it all it's like everything but the,kitchen sink is in the chicken I slow,cook it in the crock pot on Sunday and,then I have it for the whole week so one,of the many many recipes that I make,with the crock pot chicken is this,delicious chicken salad lettuce wraps,that I love to have for like a late,lunch or if even if I need like a quick,dinner during the work week this is a,great recipe for that,so I'm going to start with just a couple,of chicken thighs and I'm going to go,ahead and just chop those up into really,small bits,even the chicken salad itself is a great,make ahead you could do a huge bowl of,this and then have it a couple of times,during the week or if you have a big,family,this is so good that even the kids will,eat it I promise,put your chicken in first,want to get it all in there,now I like to do,sliced organic grapes I just sliced,those in half I like grapes a lot so I,like big chunks and then I do some,chopped up organic celery,I did two celery stalks because I am,making like a double order right now,and then the only other vegetable or,fruit that's going in,well there's two more but the only other,one that you have to chop up in advance,are your carrots I did some Rainbow,organic carrots and these are baby,carrots that's why there's little baby,sliver round slippers of those,I love buying these rainbow baby carrots,they're just delicious and you get like,a slightly different flavor with,everyone so I love mixing it in with,chicken salad for sure and if you like,onions and you're not sensitive to,onions this is a really good time to put,in some chopped onion too I'm putting in,my chopped chives that I still have left,over from last week's loaded sweet,potato which I'll put a card up for it,if you missed that it was so good I ate,it all week long then I made it again,for the channel and head and had more of,it and never got sick of it,I can do that if I really really really,like something that's not typical for me,but that loaded sweet potato is so good,so I really recommend that one,okay now we're just gonna do about a,tablespoon of Dijon mustard,if,if you're on the AIP diet and you really,want to make this just make it without,your mustard and then we're gonna use,paleo Mayo which is made out of avocado,oil and again if you're on the AIP diet,what I did was I just took fresh avocado,and I just kind of like crushed it up,and made it a mayonnaise with some lemon,juice and a little bit of,um I think I just did a little bit of,salt with it and that was really close,to mayonnaise well as close as you can,get to mayonnaise without having eggs so,that's what I did when I was AIP so if,you want to do that by all means,do it up and now I'm just going to mix,it up I meant to mention this too if you,don't like mustard in your chicken salad,if mustard and mayo together sounds,gross you can skip the mustard,altogether I just like that tang with it,and before we make the wraps I'm just,going to take a little bite of it make,sure it's not missing anything,you can add salt to it I might sprinkle,a little bit on top of the lettuce wraps,itself once I put the chicken salad on,but I think this is perfect just like,this,yes Queen yes Queen I know normally I'm,not this dramatic but I'm telling you,this paleo chicken salad lettuce wrap,lunch that I just made is to die for,it's healthy paleo dairy free,gluten-free grain free soy-free organic,you can make the AIP version I'll have,all of the info Below on how to make,this fantastic recipe the biggest thing,I want to point out is when you're,making anything paleo and using paleo,mayonnaise you're using avocado oil so,it just doesn't taste like the,mayonnaise that we grew up eating so,there's always that weird aftertaste to,it but with this because I did the,perfect amount of Dijon mustard and,fresh herbs and fresh spices it came out,absolutely perfect you gotta get this,recipe you have to try it they're welcome to cook to nourish in today's,episode i'm going to show you how to,make buffalo chicken salad yes buffalo,chicken's a buffalo sauce and cheese,sauce that you can make that is dairy,free and nightshade free,all right so those are the two main,components of the salad but first we'll,start by marinating the chicken so i'm,adding half a teaspoon of sea salt,now here,because i'm making a version that i can,tolerate red chili so i'm adding half a,teaspoon of that but for eip version you,avoid it,one teaspoon of garlic powder next,and then,one tablespoon of tapioca starch,now,for the chicken i am using half a pound,of chicken thighs that i have cut into,bite size pieces so you can see,uh those are like really that's a really,important that you cut it into bite-size,pieces so that it can fry or cook fast,and try to remove as much as water as,possible from the chicken pieces,before mixing it into that,flour and spice mix,so i'm use i like to use my hands but,you can also use a spoon to mix,the,mixture well,and then keep it aside for about five to,ten minutes next we're going to start,making the,buffalo sauce so the secret ingredient,yes you guessed it right is carrot,so,let me tell you that you know just using,carrots gives you a good heart buffalo,sauce now here i'm using 1 4 cup of,those,diced carrots,so it's about 1 4 of a large carrot,add 1 4 the same amount of water 1 4 cup,of water then a quarter teaspoon salt,half a teaspoon,garlic powder,and half a teaspoon of ground ginger now,ground ginger is the one that's going to,give it that,spicy kick for the aip version,so now,heat it up and once the,liquid comes to a boil,you,cover it and cook it on low heat for,about five minutes,next the marinated chicken we are going,to deep fry i'm using avocado oil,and just deep frying it in batches so,i'm doing it in two batches,and you need to you know these this,chicken will cook very fast because it's,very um you know,cut into small,bite size pieces so it cooks fast so you,have to deep fry it until the,exterior is like a little bit crisp but,inside should still be tender like don't,over cook them because then they'll,you know tend to get like too crispy and,too hard we want the inside to be soft,so about,two to three minutes you know depending,upon what kind of fryer you're using,that's about good and always deep fried,only on medium heat not on very high,heat okay,so i'm draining it on paper towels and,so that's my,chicken that's ready next we go back to,the,sauce so this is carrots have been,cooking for five minutes turn the heat,off let it cool off a little bit before,blending okay you don't want like to,blend very hot liquids,uh that can be dangerous so really let,it cool for five ten minutes and then,you transfer it into a blender now you,can see that there is very little water,left in that mixture,next i'm going to add one tablespoon of,apple cider vinegar now,and blend it up but we need to add one,more tablespoon of that the reason i'm,adding only one initially is because of,my food processor if i add too much,water,then the carrots won't be blended well,so now i'm adding two more tablespoons,of water and that additional one,tablespoon of apple cider vinegar,and now i'll blend it up again so that,we get that,perfect consistency that we are looking,for you may need to add even more water,slightly so see this is the consistency,i get i'm actually going to thin it out,a little bit more,and you can do the same,depending upon what kind of you know,consistency you like now see this is the,color of the sauce without the red chili,powder so that's still like a bright,orange color,um now i'm going to add like a,tiny bit like a quarter teaspoon of,kashmiri chili powder and see that's the,hard buffalo sauce but as i showed you,even the aip version looks pretty good,next the last component is our cheese,sauce so for that i'm using coconut,cream,now you can also just use um you know,coconut cream from top of a coconut milk,can,so we need about two tablespoons as you,can see i'm struggling here with that,measurement because,it's like really solidified so,yeah so that's about like two,tablespoons of coconut cream and here,i'm adding like a,tablespoon of slightly warm water,so that it blends up well,next we'll add um,one teaspoon of coconut oil now for the,coconut oil too i'm using like um semi,solid,consistency,and,then we need one teaspoon of apple cider,vinegar for the tartness,uh for the cheese sauce,and then we need a bunch of,spices or seasonings so,a quarter teaspoon of sea salt,then we'll add a quarter teaspoon of,garlic powder,and a,quarter teaspoon of italian seasoning,and finally for the cheesy flavor add a,quarter teaspoon of nutritional yeast,so,and that's what gives it that cheesy,flavor,and just blend this up now do not blend,for too long okay this is like a just a,quick pulse there you go so you might,see like a little bit lumpy coconut,cream that's fine because that's how,your blue cheese dressing looks like

today I want to show you an easy,autoimmune paleo or AIP diet lunch that,you can make at the last minute and take,on the go I know when you're on the AIP,diet things that are last-minute don't,seem to happen very often there's a lot,of planning that happens and even when,you do have things that you can eat at,last minute it's typically something,that you've planned out ahead of time,you've either bought meals from,something like paleo on the go or you've,created and then frozen a whole bunch of,meals that you can take out and heat up,but you still do them way ahead of time,and so there is planning involved but,what it's like you're on a Saturday,morning and your family decides that,they want to go to the zoo or to the,park or on a hike or you know any of,these last kind of minute things where,you need a meal but you don't have time,to make crepes or to make wraps or make,a meal that's gonna take a long time,what do you do that's what this meal,comes in it's gonna be something that,you truly can make last minute before,you go somewhere take on the go and you,really only need one thing that's gonna,be fresh everything else you could,potentially get from your pantry I'm,going sad-looking avocado because,it's been in my fridge for a while but,it goes to show that even when you have,this as are your fresh item it doesn't,have to be something that you bought at,the grocery store that morning it could,have been sitting in there for a week or,two or whatever how long it's been yeah,this avocado is going to form a Mayo,kind of thing it's gonna be like a mail,like consistency but not necessarily a,mail because typically Mayo's have eggs,in them we're gonna add that to either,canned chicken salmon or tuna can just,because it's gonna be in your pantry and,it's gonna be easy to access and last,minute you all have to cook it however,if you happen to have left over of these,items in your fridge you can totally use,them instead and what we're gonna do is,we're gonna take the Mayo and the,chicken or salmon and tuna and make a,chicken tuna or salmon salad sounds,really simple and it's really something,that I always use no matter what kind of,diet I'm on typically I use regular Mayo,but in this case it's going to make a,autoimmune paleo friendly kind of,version that we're gonna be able to,dress up I'm gonna show you three,different variations in this video that,you can do and I'll just show you how,easy it is to make so one not on the,canned chicken it's sometimes hard to,find,AIP compliant chicken in the store you,have to look at the ingredients on the,back Costco has had one that is AIP,compliant or organic one however they,also have had ones that are not,AIP or paleo compliant because they've,had gluten in them and I believe that's,the regular wood not organic one that,they have however I think Costco last,time I went has a little asterisk next,to it so they're probably getting rid of,it at least at my store so that may be,out however I did go to my local Kroger,king superstore the other day and I,found two different versions that would,work,they're simple organic version and then,also the wild planet brand ones these,are just chicken water and salt so they,are compliant but just really look at,the ingredients because there are so,many other brands that I looked at in,the store that had a lot of other stuff,in them just handy to keep a couple cans,of all of these chicken and tuna and,salmon around for these kind of,occasions now to make the avocado Mayo,you just need either a ball jar or bowl,with an immersion blender or a blender,and you're gonna scoop the flesh of the,avocado out and put it into the bowl or,jar or blender and then you're gonna add,a tablespoon of lime juice I just use,jarred lime juice because it's just easy,to have around the limes I find go bad a,lot of times before I can use them so I,just use jarred and I keep it in my,fridge and it tastes perfectly fine so,you can use that a pinch of sea salt and,then a quarter cup to a half cup of,avocado or olive oil olive oil is going,to have a lot more of that,oyel mayo tastes avocados gonna be a,little bit more of a lander not so,strong taste once you've put all of,these into the jar bowl or blender go,ahead and blend until it's a creamy,consistency and then to abel you'll want,to add your chicken salmon or tuna I,usually use one can per person except if,we're going to have all four of us have,a meal sometimes I just use three cans,because I will also have sides with it,and especially if you start adding some,of the things I'm gonna mention you're,gonna have a pretty bulky meal so you,may not need a whole entire canned per,person however if it's just you you're,gonna open a camp anyway so one can and,then you can just add the Mayo to the,chicken and just have a plai
