today we talk about the two ingredient,dough that apparently tastes amazing,requires no resting time and is made in,two minutes the two ingredients are,self-raising flour and the plain yogurt,i personally use skewer because of its,high protein content and low amount of,calories you can also use greek yogurt,instead first i will start with the,flour now if you can't find self raising,flour then don't worry you can make your,own i will add in 50 grams of,all-purpose flour into a bowl and then i,will add in half a teaspoon of baking,powder this will leave it in the dough,when it gets heated and will make it,fluffier i will also add a generous,amount of salt and there you go you made,your own self-raising flour next is,yogurt and i find that adding the same,amount of yogurt as the flour makes the,dough a bit dry so to the 50 gram of,flour i will add in 60 gram of yogurt,that will make the dough slightly,stickier but also tastier in my opinion,now first take a spatula and start,combining everything and then i will go,in with my hands i will keep mixing,everything and trying to use all of the,flour until i get one dough ball around,2 minutes as you can see it's a bit,sticky and that's because of slightly,more yogurt than your flour but that's,okay,so the first thing that i will try of,this is a naan bread made in a pan for,that i will take a non-stick pan this is,still coat i will spray now a touch of,olive oil into it this will help with,forming the bread now i will put in the,dough and start pressing it down first,in the center and then i will slowly try,to press the edges so it forms a round,flat bread i will also flip it so i have,a bit of oil on both sides,once i'm happy with the shape i will add,a bit of garlic powder maybe half a,teaspoon next i will heat the pan to,medium and slowly bake the bread until,both sides have a nice brown color i'm,also flipping this every minute to,prevent one side from burning i have,more control like this about five,minutes later i'm quite happy with the,color i will add a couple of cranks of,black pepper and there you go it looks,pretty good and it feels very light and,fluffy i am quite happy with this but,how does it actually taste,honestly i'm impressed i think this,tastes absolutely amazing especially for,a 2 minute dough that on top has also,decent macros this naan bread comes in,with 228 calories 40 grams of carbs 1,gram of fat and 12 grams of protein so,this is a winner and i will keep doing,this but you know what i have to try,next right it's pizza so i will make the,exact same dough again 50 gram of flour,baking powder and salt and 60 gram of,skewer i will make a small dough ball,again but then i will take a baking,sheet instead of a pan i will spray some,olive oil and do basically the same as,before the only difference is that i,will try to make an actual pizza shape,just press slowly in the center and then,again the edges until it looks like this,that's decent enough,so i will add a couple of tablespoon of,50 gram of sieved tomatoes and spread it,in the enterosurface,i will add a touch of salt 10 cranks of,black pepper and a couple of dashes of,dried oregano then i will also add 50,gram of chicken ham this is a very lean,protein sauce that has around 60,calories next is 40 gram of fat reduced,shredded mozzarella dried cheese is a,bit better for pizza as a wet mozzarella,this now gets into a preheated oven on,maximum heat for 10 to 12 minutes,and this is the result i mean it doesn't,look like an award-winning pizza but i,think it's quite nice it has crispy,edges and even a crust on the bottom so,this is very promising time to taste,test,honestly that's delicious does this,taste as good as a regular pizza of,course not but for a 2 minute dough with,these kinds of macros this tastes,absolutely delicious i would highly,recommend you trying this out the pizza,i made comes in with 364 calories 46,grams of carbs 6 grams of fat and 31,grams of protein so please try this out,and let me know what you think click on,this video if you want to know how to,make a great egg breakfast meal,shakshuka and see you there

good morning and welcome back to my,channel if you're new here welcome I am,Joan and this is Joan's pointed plate,normally each week I do a meal prep,video this week is a little bit crazy in,our house and I'm really not doing a,true meal prep so I decided to bring you,a two ingredient Doh video everybody,makes the two ingredient dough with the,bagels and the pizza crust and I thought,I would come on today and show you a,couple other things that we can do with,the two ingredient dough so today we,will be making a pizza we'll be making a,buffalo chicken pizza will be making,cinnamon rolls a pepperoni and cheese,Stromboli and we will also be making,some garlic sticks I think that's,everything and maybe maybe we'll throw,in a bagel or two at the end we'll see,how much do we have left over so we are,going to start with our cinnamon rolls,the cinnamon rolls makes eight rolls and,they are one point each with icing so to,get started we are going to make our,batch of two ingredient dough I have,half a cup of flour and then 1/3 cup of,Greek yogurt,I don't do equal parts because I think,it's a little too sticky so I go a,little less on the Greek yogurt and I,also do not use self-rising flour which,you absolutely and that's what the,original recipe calls for I just make my,own to a half a cup of flour I add one,teaspoon of baking powder and I add,about a quarter to a half a teaspoon of,salt,we are going to just mix that together,once the flour and the yogurt are,incorporated I like to get my hands in,there and knead it a little bit once,it's all incorporated and you knead it,for about 20 seconds we are going to put,it out on to our floured board and roll,it out,you just want to roll it out into a,little bit of a rectangle,it definitely takes some getting used to,working with this dough because it does,tend to get a little bit sticky I like,to keep flipping it over to keep it from,sticking to the board so I will continue,rolling this out and then I will be back,to show you what's next okay next we are,going to spray the dough with some I,can't believe it's not butter spray you,can have about 16 sprays of this for,zero points there we go,it's a while for it to get prime don't,use this very often,a couple more sprees there we go okay,now we are going to take our cinnamon,sugar mixture I have two tablespoons of,the swerve granular sugar and about a,tablespoon and a half to two tablespoons,of cinnamon and we are going to just,sprinkle that all over the dough,and we're going to reserve some of the,cinnamon sugar the top now we're just,going to start rolling it,okay so we have our cinnamon rolls all,rolled I did a little patch job there it,was coming apart and now we're just,going to cut them into eight pieces,and then we're going to arrange them on,our baking dish that has been sprayed,with nonstick cooking spray,I'm thinking we could probably put these,in the airfryer I might try that next,time I'm going to take my remaining,cinnamon and sugar and just sprinkle,them on the top,this is gonna go into the oven at 350,degrees while these cinnamon rolls are,cooking I'm going to get started on the,icing in this bowl I have two,tablespoons of the whipped cream cheese,two tablespoons is two points and I put,it in the microwave for a few seconds,just to make it soft I'm also going to,add about a half a teaspoon of the,swerve sugar,I'm sorry half a tablespoon of the,swerve sugar and then a little bit of,almond milk and whisk that together you,get all the lumps out we'll just set,that aside and that will be our cream,cheese icing or our cinnamon rolls they,need to cook for about 12 minutes we'll,check them at 12 okay while the cinnamon,rolls are cooking we are going to start,on the pizza I'm going to be making a,buffalo chicken pizza with the crust,made of the two ingredient dough in our,bowl I have 1 cup of all-purpose flour 2,teaspoons of baking powder and 3/4,teaspoon of salt to that I'm going to,add 3/4 of a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt,and just like for the cinnamon rolls,we're going to mix it up,this is really sticky I'm just gonna add,a little bit more flour I probably,should have had it less Greek yogurt,it's much better okay I have my pan,sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and,I'm just going to take my roller flour,it up a little bit and start rolling it,out I just go nice and slow start in the,middle and push it out to the sides and,this will fit the entire pan you back to,show you what it looks like okay our,pizza crust is all rolled out I use a,little mini pizza crust a roller I use,the big side to get it nice and flat and,then I use the little side to kind of,just ease it into place it is a great,investment they're less than 10 bucks at,a kitchen store and I'm sure you can get,them on Amazon but it really works,nicely for this so we are going to set,that aside for just a minute before we,start on our toppings and we're going to,put the icing on our cinnamon rolls that,came out of the oven hey guys it's Alisha today I have a,weight watcher recipe for you for two,ingredient pizza dough pizza now this is,one of my family's absolute favorite,meals to have I make this probably at,least twice a month if not more because,they just absolutely love it,I've been making this pizza dough and,this pizza for years in fact I have a,previous video up on it but I've made,just a couple little tweaks to it to,make it more weight washer friendly,because we're doing weight watchers now,and also the quality of my other video,is not the greatest so I thought I would,just refilm it and show you how weight,watcher friendly this recipe really is,and not only that like I said it is just,delicious it is a great way to have,pizza without all the guilt so let me,get started and I will show you what,you're gonna need to make this okay,first off for the pizza dough itself all,you are going to need is one cup of,self-rising flour and one cup of,fat-free Greek yogurt and that is it for,the pizza sauce I like to make my own,you absolutely don't have to you can buy,a premade just if you are doing Weight,Watchers and you're watching your points,make sure you check how much that would,be point wise like I said I make my own,I think it's really easy and it tastes,pretty good so what I used to make mine,is a six ounce can of tomato paste a is,a little bit of olive oil oregano basil,granulated garlic fresh ground pepper,and then I used to use sugar when I made,this but obviously sugar has points in,it so I want to keep this as low as,possible so I now use just a couple,package of this stevia or trivia and it,probably equals up to be about a,teaspoon and then I also add in a little,bit of salt and that is it for my pizza,sauce and as far as toppings I like to,use veggies as you can see here I've got,mushrooms two different colors of bell,pepper and a,an onion chopped up there I like to use,veggies not only because I like having a,lot of veggies on my pizza in general,but these particular veggies are zero,points as are most vegetables on Weight,Watchers so I use a lot of those you can,use anything that you want I've used,spinach before too so you can just get,creative with what kind of toppings that,you want when it comes to the veggies,but I always say the more zero point,veggies in a weight watcher recipe the,better because that just bulks it up,without any added points so that's what,I'm using for veggies I also like olives,on my pizza so I'm using this 2.5 ounce,or 64 gram can a sliced black olives now,olives do have points but that's okay,that's just one of the things I really,like on my pizza,so I go ahead and use these even though,they have points here I have got a,little bit of turkey pepperoni this is a,serving 28 grams and I just weighed it,out so I could get it exact and here I,have 8 ounces of part-skim mozzarella,and I also weighed this out just because,I wanted it to be exact so that is all,I'm gonna be putting on my pizza I'm,gonna get started with my pizza sauce,first so I can have that simmering while,I'm making the dough okay so first thing,I'm gonna do is I'm gonna take my tomato,paste and I'm gonna dump it in this,small sauce pan maybe if it comes out,and then I'm gonna take this can and I'm,gonna fill it with water we got this,filled with water now I'm gonna just,kind of stir this around in here to get,that remaining paste out of the can or,at least as much of it as possible,and then dump that in there next I'm,gonna add a tablespoon of extra virgin,olive oil,and I measure this out now I used to,just kind of dump it in there but again,I'm being conscious of points so I want,to make sure I don't add too much in,there and so now I'm gonna just start,adding my seasonings and this is all,kind of just personal preference just do,it to your taste,I don't measure the stuff as I'm putting,it in I just kind of sprinkle it in so,I'm gonna start out with my oregano,and basil,I would say if I was measuring those two,would probably both be around 1/4,teaspoon and a little granulated garlic,I love my garlic probably same with that,probably around 1/4 teaspoon,little fresh ground pepper salt for,about 1/2 teaspoon maybe a little less,again this is all to taste and then my,two packets of stevia which as I said,before I would guess this is probably,about a teaspoon worth maybe less and I,don't think I said but I've got this on,a low heat and I'm just going to mix,this all together and then I'm gonna,just let this kind of simmer over here,as I'm making my dough and again you do,not have to make your own pizza sauce,like I'm doing here you can definitely,just buy a pizza sauce in a can jar or a,marinara sauce something like that I,just like doing this because I don't,think it's that difficult and it lets me,kind of control what goes in it and,really really know what's in it so I,just think it's pretty easy and so I,just make my own,plus it's cheaper and sometimes this,looks a little thicker than others so I,will go ahead and add in

hi everyone its Christina from the DIY,mommy comm and today I want to share,with you three different things you can,make with two ingredient dough if you've,never heard of it,two ingredient dough is sort of like,there's a brainchild of a lot of Weight,Watchers members or ww freestyle as it's,called now but you don't have to be on,Weight Watchers rww to enjoy this recipe,it's actually very delicious and my kids,love it too and I think if you're low on,time and low on ingredients it's such a,great way to make dough so I'm going to,share with you how to make the two,ingredient dough obviously so easy only,two ingredients plus three different,things that I regularly make with it,don't forget to check out the link in,the description box below if you want to,get the printable version of this recipe,and let's get started,so the basic recipe here is one part of,self-rising flour and one part of,fat-free Greek yogurt so here I'm making,a double recipe of this dough so I'm,using two cups of self-rising flour and,two cups of the zero percent fat-free,Greek yogurt now if you don't have any,self-rising flour you can easily make,your own self rising flour and I'll show,you that next,but basically you put everything,together and mix it up with a dough hook,until it forms a nice tough soft ball of,dough if you don't have self rising,flour just use 1 cup of flour one and a,half teaspoons of baking powder and half,a teaspoon of salt and you can double,that if you want to make a double recipe,and then just add your equal part of a,zero percent Greek yogurt and that makes,a really good tasting dough as well it,becomes a four ingredient in but I still,like you making it that way too,so let me first show you how to make my,favorite thing from this dough that I,absolutely love I made a double batch so,2 cups flour 2 cups of the Greek yogurt,and then I divided that into 8 pieces,next I am rolling it into a snake and,then I am pinching the ends together to,form a bagel shape next put them in a,greased pan and then take one egg and,beat that to create a nice topping for,the bagels to make them get a nice a,shiny glaze look then take that egg,mixture and just brush it over top of,each beg felt like I'm doing here and,then you can add,toppings on top of this egg mixture so,I'm adding some sesame seeds but also,that everything bagel mix or a DIY,version of that everything bagel spice,tastes delicious on these as well so,here's how they look just before they're,put into the oven and then you can put,them in the oven at 375 degrees,Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes until,they're nice and golden brown here's how,the bagels look coming out of the oven,they puff up so nicely with that,self-rising dough or that baking powder,and salt mixture you put in regular,flour and I love how browned they are on,top and they're my favorite with sesame,seeds they also have a really nice,consistency inside I usually bake a,whole bunch of these at the beginning of,the week and then I put most of them in,the refrigerator and that I just split,them in half and toast them in my,toaster at the 5:00 setting for a nice,yummy breakfast,I like eating them plain but you can put,your favorite toppings on these my kids,love them too and they have lots of,delicious protein inside next I want to,show you how to make personal pizzas,using the two ingredient dough as a base,so I made just a single recipe of the,dough then I divided it in half into two,circles and I'm rolling these circles,out with my rolling pin to create a,pizza shape then I'm taking an a baking,pan and I am greasing it and then I'm,putting the dough circles into the pan,just like this next take some tomato,sauce or you can take some pizza sauce,and spread it over the bottom of the,pizzas like I'm doing here and then,simply top it with your favorite,toppings so these ones actually I'm,making for my kids who just like plain,cheese pizza so all I did was put some,mozzarella shredded cheese on top and,that was it but you could put your,favorite vegetables or meats whatever,you want on top of these individual,pizzas after I put all the toppings on,my pizzas I put my pizzas in the oven at,about 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about,20 minutes or until the cheese on my,pizza was nice and golden brown and the,dough was nice and golden-brown as well,and here's how these ones look they're,so delicious such an easy way to make a,quick DIY pizza,bass with that self-rising flour in the,Greek yogurt I've sprinkled a little bit,of basil on mine to make it taste extra,yummy and I love how these ones turned,out the final thing I want to show you,how to make with a two ingredient dough,is some two ingredient flatbread and I'm,going to show you how hey everyone so i'm gonna show you guys,how i make my two ingredient dough,and today i'm actually gonna be making,i'm gonna be tripling the batch,because i like to make extra everything,bagels for breakfast for the week so,this will be the batch times three but,i'll put the instructions for the,regular portion,in the description let's go ahead and,get started and i just have a big bowl,and i'm gonna go ahead and put in,four cups of all-purpose flour and,the recipe calls for self-rising flour,but i don't have that,so i just use regular flour and put in,some baking powder and i just find,that works well i'm gonna go ahead in,with,a teaspoon and i kind of make it a,little heaping teaspoon of,baking powder and then we're going to,put in three cups of,chobani nonfat greek yogurt,so,so now that i've got the greek yogurt in,there i just go ahead in with a spatula,and i'm just going to kind of start,folding the yogurt in,okay and as it starts coming together i,like to just put a glove on you can use,your bare hands if you want or you can,just continue using the spatula to mix,it,but i just go ahead and start kneading,it with my hand,okay like so we're gonna let that sit,for like 10 minutes,okay so now that my dough has been,sitting for 10 minutes it is good to go,i can go ahead and just portion it out,into the,size that i want so i portion them out,into two point,portions and i pretty much just take,the dough i use i put a little bit of,flour on my kitchen scale and i just,use that and i know that the entire,thing's 1400,grams right now so i divided it by 12 so,i want 12 servings of it so,right now i need to be weighing out 160,grams for each ball of dough,and then i will do whatever i want with,them after that,you

no that is just,usa everyone and welcome to my channel,i'm nikki i'm adam and today's video is,just going to be a fun video that i have,been wanting to make for a long time,i've just been too lazy to get the,different flowers and actually do all,this so what we're doing today is we are,going to be testing out two ingredient,dough with three different flowers and,then we're gonna do just the regular,flower to compare it with that so if you,enjoyed this video go ahead and give it,a like and subscribe to my channel and,let's go ahead and get started talking,about these flowers and two ingredient,dough in general so the recipe for two,ingredient dough is usually self-rising,flour and equal parts non-fat greek,yogurt so that's not exactly how i make,my two ingredient dough technically i,use three ingredients which is why,people get confused sometimes i just,still call it two ingredient dough,because that's what people know it as,still the same thing so i always use the,non-fat greek yogurt so that's just this,i like to use the chobani brand but i,prefer to just use regular all-purpose,flour and then i add in my own baking,powder so instead of using self-rising,flour that's what i like to use but also,i don't like to do equal parts of the,greek yogurt to the flour i like to do,one cup of greek yogurt and one and one,third cup of all-purpose flour and,that's just made the best results for us,and that's how we enjoy the dough the,different flours that i'm gonna be using,today,we're gonna test out oat flour,almond flour,and then gluten free all-purpose flour,so this one i got from trader joe's,actually this one i got from trader,joe's as well,and the other one i had ordered online a,while ago so,what we have is i've actually done some,research and if you guys don't know i'm,a home baker so i do bake for a living,more so decorating but in my previous,job i was mainly just a baker so with,these different flowers they are,different consistencies they're,different weights they aren't just like,one-to-one,substitutes the gluten-free flour is,actually gonna be a one-to-one,substitute so we're gonna go ahead and,make that normal,but then the almond flour you actually,from what i've found and we're just,gonna test this out this will be our,first round of doing this so we don't,know what we're gonna get but he's,mainly here to taste test and be my,helper,mainly here to taste test though yeah,i bribe him with that so he helps me it,works yeah but anyway the almond flour,you're supposed to use about four times,as much um compared to like regular,flour i have different measurements for,the flour that we're gonna be trying out,so i'm gonna go ahead and tell you what,those are as we do them but we're gonna,go ahead and get started so we just have,four bowls set up right here i have each,bowl labeled with a post-it note and,pretty much we're gonna put all of the,doughs together in their bowls and let,them sit for like five or ten minutes,and then i'm just gonna make them into,like pitas kind of flatten them out and,we're gonna bake them how we normally,would bake the two ingredient dough,pitas so like i said we're gonna make,some all-purpose flour ones that we,normally make just to compare them but,we're gonna see how this goes and some,of them i'm adding a little bit more,baking powder but like i said i'll put,all the measurements in the description,below and yeah so do you want to grab me,the trays that you got all of them i'm,going to be using the same baking powder,and the same nonfat greek yogurt it's,just the flour that i'm going to be,switching up so what i'm going to do is,we're just going to label these oats,gluten free,just so we don't get them mixed up,then we have almond i spelled almond raw,and all purpose,okay so we have those trays ready we're,gonna go ahead and start making some of,these doughs and then we'll see after,that,okay so i have the oven preheated to 400,and i like to just put the dough on the,oven so i have the all-purpose the,gluten-free,the oats and the almond oh that's cool,so when i make these doughs i really try,not to over mix them i mix them as,little as i possibly can because that,will make them get tougher as you,continue to mix them so that's what i,did with those but i'm gonna go ahead,and let those sit for like 10 minutes,then i'm going to form them into pitas i,don't know if i'm going to do a bagel or,just pitas for each see what we'll see,we'll see how much dough i have for each,when i weigh it out um and then,yeah i don't know i think i'm gonna do,pitas with them so we'll see okay so,when we calculated it each of these,different doughs come out to eight smart,points for the serving i made except for,the almond flour that one came out to 20,smart points and i did use a full cup,compared to the other ones where i used,like two thirds cup of flour but that,was just so that i could get the right,measurements so i'm gonna,divide all these into two separate pitas,so they'll each be four points b

2 cups of,Greek yogurt now I don't have,self-rising flour on hand and luckily I,do we do make our own yogurt here we,make it in the in Sopot and then we,strain it and it becomes Greek yogurt so,I figured okay we just made a batch of,yogurt it should be pretty easy to make,self-rising flour at home and it turns,out for the 3 cups of flour to make,self-rising flour all i have to do is,add 2/3 cups of flour 3/4 of teaspoon of,salt and 4 and a half teaspoons of,baking powder so I'm going to go ahead,and do that make the self-rising flour,and put the 2 cups of Greek yogurt and,mix it up and we'll see how it does I,think it'll be great so anyway let's see,how it goes,alright so I'm gonna do the three cups,of flour here it's a little different,for me usually I do all my dough baking,by weight but my volume also works I,mean Jesus never failed the group our,grandma so today you know and so now I,need 3/4 teaspoon of salt and that will,give extra you know I was worried you,know when I originally saw his recipe he,you know I'm not too familiar with,self-rising flour so I'm thinking oh,geez I should probably add some salt too,but to my surprise and relief,self-rising flour does have salt in it,so now I have to do 4 and 1/2 teaspoons,of baking powder not baking soda baking,powder right now I'm sure you guys are,very entertained by watching me measure,right I mean sometimes it's like alright,come on guys just put all the,ingredients together cut to the crap,let's see the end results but what the,heck there's 4 1/2,and now we have self-rising flour pretty,interesting I know look at this,doesn't that look good mmm self-rising,flour I've never really had a pizza,dough that was yeast free so we'll check,it out although like I said shotgun red,he swears by it and he never lies he,never exaggerate so he said it's good,that's the only reason why I'm willing,to try this so I'm gonna get the mixer,out and we'll mix it up okay so I'm,gonna do the two cups of the Greek,yogurt,that's nice and thick also by the way,I'll do a tutorial how to make homemade,yogurt in the incent pot it's actually,really easy it tastes really good taste,better than store-bought,you can save yourself some money - welcome back guys a salt II veteran,bringing you a kind of recipe kind of,tip tonight I actually did this video,way back when I started the YouTube,channel but you know I'm still kind of,learning and I've made this a lot more,since then and I've really kind of,experimented with ratios and different,tips to get this exactly the way I,wanted so since you guys have been,asking I'm gonna do a redo of two,ingredient dough now two ingredient,dough is essentially when you add flour,and a zero percent fat Greek yogurt,together at a one-to-one ratio to,basically make a big ball of dough that,you can then use to make pizza bread or,bagels or just about anything you can,think of really so the name two,ingredient dough may be a little,misleading a lot of us do add one egg to,our dough because it makes it a little,fluffier and I think eggy and tastes,better so I'm probably gonna go that,method today and the second egg here,I'll probably be using for an egg wash,so let's go over the ingredients on for,a second and then we'll kind of go into,the process of making it and talking,about the tips that you can possibly do,to make this a lot easier on yourself,make sure you follow along very closely,because a lot of beginners that first,get into making two-ingredient dough,usually make it way way too sticky and,it's then it's hard to roll out if you,want to roll it out it just gets all,over your hand it sticks to everything,and at the end of the day you're,scooping up a big pile of goop and,throwing it down your garbage disposal,and we don't want you to waste,delicious two-ingredient dough trust me,because you're gonna love this stuff if,you've never tried it before so the most,important thing and two ingredient dough,in my opinion is the yogurt so there are,two brands of yogurt that I found that,actually work pretty good actually I,would say better than any other brand of,yogurt out there now a lot of us,english-speaking people would call this,page just because of the way it's,spelled but really when you look at the,back here they have to tell you how it's,spelt,I don't know how to say I guess it's,like they yeah they yeah but I'm gonna,call it phage because that's what I do,the reason why I like this yogurt so,much because I really feel it's a lot,thicker than a lot of the competing,brands of Greek yogurt out there it's,very very dry if that makes sense when,you open it doesn have a lot of liquid,lingering around on the surface or,inside of it but you can't find this,brand or the Stonyfield brand that's,okay you can always take whatever yogurt,you can find put it in a colander maybe,try to drain it for a little while and,get some of that liquid out of it,because the more liquid you have in this,the stickier this is gonna get so I just,wanted to bring that to your attention,really quick before we begin because,this can be the bane of two-ingredient,dough existence as you can see my yogurt,is looking nice and dry I have two cups,to match the two cups of flour that I,have in this bowl but to be completely,truthful with you we probably won't even,use this full two cups I like holding,back a little bit of yogurt as I'm,mixing it into the flour to make sure,it's not overly moist,just because my yogurt looks nice and,thick and dry doesn't necessarily mean,it's retaining a whole lot of moisture,on the inside so I'm gonna take this,step by step we talked about the eggs so,let's get out of here while you're,making your two ingredient dough you can,certainly season it if you know you're,gonna use it for the same thing or,similar or like items on a consistent,basis I wouldn't want to flavor this,with thyme or rosemary or some other,flavor if I was going to try to make a,sweeter bagel down the line but if you,know what you're gonna use this for feel,free to cut some of your future,flavoring steps by doing it now like I,mentioned Italian seasoning works really,well in here if you're going for,breadsticks or bagel bombs or any of,that kind of stuff Rosemary's Ali's a,favorite of a lot of us out there pretty,much anything that you like in bread,will work I'm gonna pre season mine with,a little bit of my favorite brand flavor,god I'm gonna use everything but the,salt and this flavoring you're gonna,find garlic paprika some onion some,pepper coriander a little bit of chili,pepper basil oregano thyme and parsley,so that's gonna create the bagels or the,bagel bombs maybe that will make next so,I'm gonna throw maybe a tablespoon of my,favorite seasoning in there and like I,said I'm gonna take the route of the,three ingredient dough,and add one egg now you can use a wooden,spoon or a big spatula I like using,silicone and everything whenever I can I,just helped me out now I'm just gonna,mix this up really briefly doesn't got,to be perfect I'll just kind of spread,it out a little bit now what I'm gonna,do is I'm gonna start adding my two,ingredient dough as you can see I held a,little bit more than half back now I'm,just gonna kind of fold this and
