hello coffeeholics welcome back,we are back with our mango smoothies,this time we are going to make another,version of our creamy,dirty mango smoothie we are going to,make refreshing dirty mango smoothies,while refreshing we are not going to,make use of milk,it is going to be like kind of like an,americano,mango smoothie so no milk at all the,recipes,will be much simpler and the ingredients,are also much,easier and also cheaper what we're going,to need will be,water we are going to need vanilla syrup,if you don't want to use or if you don't,have vanilla syrup you can also use just,plain sugar syrup,but for this i am definitely going to,use my homemade sugar syrup as well as,vanilla syrup and of course the star of,the show,is mango this is a rather large mango,this is a thai,mango very yellow very sweet for this,recipe that i'm going to show you i'm,going to make,two cup sizes one is 16 ounces,and the other is 22 ounces we are going,to blend them together i am going to,combine the 16 ounces and 22 ounces,in one blend and i'm going to put the,recipe for 16 ounces and 22 ounces for,those that wish to do this separately,so check out the description box below,because this is a dirty mango smoothie,so we are going to add coffee into our,refreshing smoothie,we are going to make use of espresso for,those without an espresso machine,you may also use instant coffee and i'm,going to show,the recipe for instant coffee in the,description box below,we're going to start by pulling our,espresso shots,do,so here are my two shots of espresso i'm,going to set it aside,it's better to let it cool down before,we pour it into our,smoothie blend so now let's make our,smoothie blend,i'm going to use one half for each of,the,blend for each of the cup the 16 ounces,and 22 ounces,it's a really really large mango,okay mangoes in let's add,water,and for my 16 ounces i just need,two ounces of sugar syrup,for my 22 i need 2.5 so all together,4.5 ounces of sugar syrup it's rather,sweet but then,you can adjust the sweetness level and,finish my sugar syrup,okay next we're going to put vanilla,syrup if you do not have vanilla syrup,that's okay but i prefer it with vanilla,i am going to put 0.5 oz for each of the,cups so i'm going to put all together,one ounce and that is this is a 7.5 ml,pump,i'm going to give it four pumps so,one two three four,and just to make it balance and taste,i'm going to add,salt and that's it really and then we,need,the ice for the eyes you use your cup to,measure,how much ice you will need so if you're,making 16 ounces,get one full cup of 16 ounces if you're,making 22 ounces get one full cup of 22,ounces,now i have my two cups full of ice into,my blender,and we are ready to blend so if you have,enough tea or coffee shop,you should invest in very good quality,blender this will go a long way,okay,give it about 45 seconds spin and it,should be,smooth let's pour it into our cups,16 ounces,and 22 ounces perfect,and now we are going to pour our,espresso shots,now because it is so full let me put the,cover on first,and then,i will pour it into there okay,and we are going to do the same thing,here because it is very very full let me,put the lid on,and then i'm going to pour my espresso,shots,so,time to give it a try it's more like ice,mango,long black,hmm that is delicious,very very refreshing it's a little bit,on the sweet side but well,you'd like it to be sweet this is a,dessert,the mango smoothie tastes like sorbet,mango sorbet it is absolutely refreshing,and the addition of coffee there just,gives it a little bit of,stronger flavor the coffee although it's,only one shot of espresso,is absolutely strong and really,complements the mango,i think that for those of you that have,not yet tried this combination,this is a good combination to try at,home or in your melty or coffee shop,something new for your summer flavors of,the month,i know the taste should be similar for,the 16 ounces but,i still would like to try it,one shot of espresso with our refreshing,mango smoothie making it dirty mango,smoothie,wow what can i say it is,absolutely delicious give this a try,well for those of you that have not yet,subscribed to this channel don't forget,to click,that subscribe button below there will,be more coffee recipes as well as milk,tea,smoothies and crab on this channel that,you will learn from,in the meantime stay safe as always stay,tuned,thank you for watching ciao for now

so hot,here we just max and i hate,what was that i don't know what my,lights flicker earthquake or some ,in addition to the heat in california,there's earthquakes now oh great,so this is the look you right now,okay,so look what i'm going to add i'm going,to add some lemon and whether you add,lemon or whether you add,lime,get rid of the rind and just use this,piece right,you can't imagine the flavor that's,going to come from that,the other thing we want to add is some,ginger,and here's how we'll do this hi lucky,so we'll get a nice little piece of,ginger right here,we'll cut off all the outside,right,cut up into a couple pieces and then,drop these guys,in like that,the other thing we want to add to this,is some passion fruit i don't look i,don't know if you're a passion fruit fan,but right nice so now i've got,everything back up,whoa sorry,now i add water,you could put some yogurt in here if you,wanted i don't think you need to you,could put orange juice in here if you,want it i don't think you need to,there's a line on here that says max,not that max but max phil,and i like to just throw a splash,of crayon in here,so you can see,i'm up to my line,see that,and here's the beauty of this,ridiculous machine,you put the blades in,facing all the stuff,you take this guy,and that's it,and you just wait,until it's been completely smooth and,rotating beautifully,in a nice little whirlpool for,whatever,30 seconds that's it,there you go,you open it up,you pour out some,and this is breakfast so,not only is it crazy delicious,but this is really filling,this is so much better than stopping at,the store and getting a donut or a,bagel and cream cheese i don't think,there's anything wrong with those things,but in terms of eating better and more,healthy,it's the way to what's going on youtube it's if,you're new to my channel welcome aboard,for my og returning bullies out there,welcome back in this video i'm going to,share with you guys my morning smoothie,i pretty much drink this thing,every day unless i'm like out of,something but you,you know how that goes my goal is to,consume this every day if possible,now i've kind of given you guys a video,before i shared this with you,but some things have changed i've added,some things i've,subtracted some things so i want to,share with you guys my update as far as,what i drink,and what i put in my smoothies,so,and foremost what you're going to need,is a,cup something to you know gather,everything up you want to use a bowl,that's fine,use a bowl i like to use a cup and,number one i'm going to be,throwing some blueberries in there now,i like to use blueberries you can use,whatever you like,but i want to throw some blueberries in,there,i've already kind of washed these,blueberries,i do recommend that you wash your fruit,right next up going to be,my other berries that i would choose to,consume it's going to be,my raspberries now,optional could be strawberries you could,use,some other type of berries sometimes i,put blackberries in there and,next up is going to be bananas okay,so i usually like to put an entire,banana in there i don't,cut it up just use my hands and just cut,this thing up,put it in just like that look at that,it's this thing's already looking dope,now everything that you see right now is,something that i mentioned before in the,smoothie when i kind of shared that with,you guys,and we're going to continue to build on,with this thing next up going to be some,oatmeal,so i eat oatmeal pretty much every day,i put a little bit of oatmeal in my um,smoothie depending on if i'm going to,actually be eating oatmeal,with my actual breakfast and if you guys,want a video as to,what i put in my oatmeal i'm happy to do,that as well i'm talking about the,oatmeal that i,cook and eat but what i'd really like to,do,if i'm being honest with you is i like,to make these the night before so,usually fruit goes bad really quickly we,all know that especially strawberries,and,blueberries and stuff like that so what,i actually like to do,i use these little reusable freezer bags,right,they're not like the normal plastic ones,these things are thick and you could,rinse them out wash them off with some,soap in there and reuse these things,so what i do is i wash all the fruit,individually as far as,the raspberries put in the bag and i,watch the strawberries,put it in this bags and i do same for,blueberries whatever food i'm gonna be,using,stick them right in the freezer they're,good to go for as long as i need them to,be,and so what i do each evening is i like,to,put the frozen fruit in the cup and i,put it in the fridge and i love to put,the oatmeal in there as well,as the fruit sits and starts to defrost,the oatmeal kind of soaks it up and,it's just it's just better that way i,like it that way so by the time i wake,up in the morning,everything is nice and kind of soggy and,like it's,easy to blend and it's perfect it works,out really well,next up is actually going to be some,turmeric and,some cinnamon so with all this stuff you,guys see i'm actually just kind of,eyeballing it i say play around with the,amounts of what you personally like,i found what i like you know i just,yeah until i decide that's enough that's,that's enough for me,you guys know if you've been following,me for a while now you know i'm not,really a stickler on,counting macros and stuff like that to,the team i just make healthy,choices make healthy decisions each day,that's what it's about moving forward,you learn to gather positive and good,habits right you got bad habits you got,good habits build up on your,positive good habit list that's going to,make you better,each day and that's all you really could,ask yourself to do,you don't have to really sit down unless,you're,going to be competing and you're going,to be bodybuilding and stuff like that,next up i'm going to,coconut oil in there,this eyeball a little bit it's really,not much that i like to put in there,a little scoop usually i'm good to go,our next thing that i usually put in it,it depends on what's going on that day,and i'm gonna explain i'm gonna explain,i know it's like what are you talking,about i'm gonna explain,sometimes i put honey in my morning,smoothie,but sometimes i drink tea in the morning,and instead of putting honey in my,smoothie the first thing in the morning,i'm drinking some tea,so i will put honey in my tea instead so,i put honey in my tea,i'm not gonna also put it in my smoothie,so it depends on,what's going on that day like i said,sometimes i don't drink tea but i pretty,much drink Hello milkteaholics welcome back. Today I am going  to share with you another one of my lava series.  ,This time we are going to make Boba Taro Lava.  and for the base we are going to use green tea  ,,any of your favorite green tea is fine. We  are going to use powdered taro well this is  ,the only one that I could get. You can use any  brand that you have available in your market.  ,So i'm using this brand here and i'm going to use  my milk syrup. and for those that do not know yet  ,milk syrup is a combination of evaporated milk and  condensed milk. For the milk syrup this time I'm  ,going to use two cans of condensed milk about  300 grams here and one can of evaporated milk  ,so about 600 milliliters of condensed to about  300 milliliters of evaporated milk. It is going  ,to be sweet. And for my sinkers i'm going to  use my purple tapioca pearls. Perfect for my  ,boba taro lava. Let's get started .We're  going to start by preparing our tea. For  ,the tea base green tea you may also use  black tea as your base. I am going to use  ,a large batch because i'm going to use it for  three cups. We're going to make 22 ounces 16  ,ounces and because I don't have a 12 ounce  cup i am going to make eight ounces so just  ,for those that would like to make this as  small cups here is another recipe for you.,In a medium pot bring 1.5 liters of water to  a boil. You may multiply the proportion for  ,larger batches. Once the water starts  to boil, add the green tea leaves in.  ,Stir them in. Turn off the heat. Put  on the lid and steep for 10 minutes.  ,After 10 minutes strain the tea leaves  out. If your yield is less than 1.5 liters  ,add plain water to bring the mixture to  1.5 liters. Add the non-dairy creamer.  ,This time we are not adding any sugar as  the sweetener will be with the lava mix.  ,Combine well and make sure the creamer is fully  dissolved. Get the bubble on top of your mix.  ,For the recipe i am going to get this  from my book - All Things Milk Tea.  ,For the 8 ounce cup we need 1 tablespoon of taro  powder 1 ounce or 30 milliliters of milk syrup  ,mix. Mix to combine and come up with a rich,  thick taro lava. Next it is for the 16 ounce cup,we need 2 tablespoons of taro powder,1.5 ounce or 45 milliliters of milk syrup mix  to combine making sure you get the sides too,finally for 22 ounce cup this time we  need three tablespoons of taro powder,2 ounces or 60 milliliters  of milk syrup. Mix to combine,moving on to assembling our drinks  ,for the 8 ounce cup start with a scoop of the  purple tapioca pearls fill the cup with ice,pour 75 milliliters of milk tea and pour the  lava over next the 16 ounce cup start with  ,a scoop of the purple tapioca pearls fill the  cup with ice pour 150 milliliters of milk tea,and pour the taro lava over.,Finally for the 22 ounce cup purple tapioca pearls  at the bottom of the cup fill the cup with ice,pour 180 milliliters of milk  tea and pour the taro lava over.,We are all done. today we are making three five star,smoothies to taste test them and,determine which is the best,we've got three very easy smoothies that,we're going to be whipping up today,these are perfect for the summer or,really for any time of the year,we've got some frozen fruit that we're,going to be using as well as,fresh fruit juice milk and other,ingredients,and all of the fruit that we're using,today and all the ingredients in general,are whole and natural foods and this is,because we're in the middle of doing our,health challenge where we're not eating,any,processed foods so we even squeeze our,own orange juice for this,so go check out our becoming perfectly,healthy series to see how we,perfect our health in 30 days and also,before we jump into making the smoothies,make sure to subscribe to our channel if,you haven't already,it's free and it really helps support us,so why not all right it's time to jump,into our first,smoothie this is a classic strawberry,banana smoothie,it's very simple there's only four,ingredients we've got two cups of frozen,strawberries,a fresh banana a cup of milk and a cup,of ice,sounds pretty easy yep let's uh go ahead,and get those ready and throw them in,that blender,oh yeah and we've got our raw milk here,it's unpasteurized because we're not,allowed to eat any processed foods right,now we always put the fresh ingredients,in there first otherwise it chokes the,blender and it doesn't allow it to blend,properly,one fresh banana going in first cup,of frozen strawberries second cup of,frozen strawberries,one cup of milk,finally one cup of ice all right we've,got our blendtec blender that we're,using to blend all these smoothies today,let's go ahead and do it,that looks delicious yes it does all,right we're gonna,store this away until the end and we'll,move on to our second smoothie,next up we've got the easy berry,smoothie this calls for only four,ingredients but,one of the ingredients includes four,different types of berries we've got a,half cup of vanilla yogurt which we're,actually going to be replacing with some,cream on the top of our milk because we,can't eat yogurt right now and then it,calls for two cups of mixed berries,we're going to be using four different,berries,raspberry blackberry strawberry and,blueberry,and then it's got chia seeds in it and a,cup of milk,let's get to it all right we've got our,first cup of milk,so you guys should be using yogurt but,we're using milk and cream mix that's,our second cup,and third cup of milk and cream we've,got a cup of blueberries going in,a cup of strawberries we've got a cup,here this is actually blackberries and,raspberries mixed so we'll do,two cups of this,and the last ingredient we've got two,tablespoons,remember the original recipe is just one,tablespoon but we're doubling it,so you've got two tablespoons of chia,seeds that's it,time to blend,it's got a very nice purple look to it,time for the third smoothie,our third and final smoothie is a peachy,mango smoothie and this one's actually a,superfood smoothie because it includes,turmeric and ginger let's go ahead and,get those ingredients,into that blender and get moving we got,a cup of peaches and a cup of mangoes,next up we got one banana,one cup of orange juice,freshly squeezed and finally we've got a,quarter teaspoon of both turmeric and,ginger,that's the final smoothie complete let's,blend it,all right time for the taste test we're,going to taste each of the smoothies and,then we're both going to rate them out,of 10,to determine the best one we're going to,start off with the strawberry banana,this one is looking very delicious,creamy,i'm looking forward to this super tasty,let's do it,mmm it is very creamy it is you know,what does and i love that,i for me doesn't have quite strong,enough of a flavor but it's very creamy,first one done let's go to the easy,berry smoothie this one,was the one with the four different,berries and this is the one that,actually looks most delicious to me,because,i love blackberries and raspberries and,it's full of them,definitely looks good,oh i can taste all the berries,that's different than i thought it would,be it's more creamy,these have both been really creamy and,you can also taste the chia seeds in,there,uh you kind of uh get it like feel them,you gotta start biting on them and for,some reason i'm looking at these and,thinking that they should be like,a dessert because they look so good and,they're not a dessert they're not,they taste really good they're very nice,and refreshing they're a fantastic food,smoothie just can't expect them to taste,like a dessert i'm gonna go on to the,superfood peachy mango also has a really,great look,it's a nice bright yellow orangey i,guess you could say this is,they're all really healthy because,they're all just completely natural no,additives,but this one has superfoods in it so i,guess it's the healthiest,oh it's not cold it's not cold but i'll,try,to not let that take away i don't know,if we should have put
