today I want to share with you the best,bean with ham soup recipe that's easy to,make and delicious hi sweet friends I'm,Mary and welcome to Mary's Nest where I,teach traditional cooking skills for,making nutrient-dense foods like bone,broth ferments sourdough and more so if,you enjoy learning about those things,consider subscribing to my channel and,don't forget to click on the little,notification bell below that will let,you know every time I upload a new video,today for this recipe I'm going to be,using the beans that come in this,package labeled 15 bean soup it's very,common and you probably see it at your,grocery store now I'm not gonna use the,little packet of ham flavor that comes,with the beans that I'm definitely gonna,set aside I'm not even quite sure what's,in there instead I'm gonna use a ham,hock that's gonna give wonderful flavor,now if you don't have a ham hock don't,worry you can use some cut-up ham if,you've recently baked to him and you,have some leftover that'll work great,also if you have a big piece of ham that,you've purchased at the deli section,done this other big piece but enough,that would be about a pound from your,deli you can cut that up into little,cubes and use that and if you want to,forego the ham you can of course just,you make this into a bean soup or you,can add some variations you could add,cut-up hot dogs,you could add sausage there's so much,this is very flexible and it really,comes out delicious every time now if,you can't find that 15 bean mix don't,worry you can use any type of bean that,you like you just want to make sure that,you start with 1 pound of dried beans,but I love this bean mix because I just,think it's so lovely it's just so,colorful and it's so nice to have this,variety but if you want to use all the,same beans you can if you want to make,your own mixture you can certainly do,that now these beans have been soaked,and there are different schools of,thought on whether people like to soak,beans or not soak beans and these have,been soaked actually for 48 hours which,I discuss why I do that,the video which I'll link to but I know,there's very different opinions on this,do you want to soak overnight do you,want to soak for 24 hours 48 hours do,you want to soak in plain water do you,want to soak in salted water do you want,to put in a pinch of baking soda,whatever the case may be,prepare your beans the way that you're,most comfortable and with though and the,way in which agrees with you I like to,soak my beans for 48 hours in plain,water and then I will rinse them during,the course of that for 48 hours to,refresh the water,I've also soaked them in brine in,advance of cooking them and again for 48,hours and rinsing the water and re,brining and then just making sure I give,them a good rinse before I get ready to,cook them I don't use any baking soda,and I explained that in detail in the,other video where I talk about beans and,the reason is I'll just mention it,quickly is that some scientists have,found that baking soda can sometimes,leach the B vitamins out of beans so I,just leave it out but if you have found,which I've learned from in the comments,on that other video that putting in that,little bit of baking soda makes the,beans more agreeable for you makes them,more digestible whatever the case may be,feel free to do that but if you decide,that you don't soak beans at all you can,still make this recipe it's just that,the cooking time is a little longer,which I'll go over when we get to that,part so let's go over the rest of the,ingredients so as I said you're going to,need a pound of dry beans that are,either dry and ready to be cooked or,have been soaked overnight or longer,you're going to want some type of fat to,cook your onion in your garlic in I like,to use ghee I find it works very well,and it's unlikely to burn because if it,doesn't have the milk solids in it but,if you want to it's a form of clarified,butter if you want to use butter you,certainly can and you can add a little,olive oil to help prevent some of those,milk solids from burning you can use,coconut oil you can use avocado oil any,oil or fat that you like to use that,works well in a situation where you're,going to be sauteing lurid would be,fabulous and whatever fat you're going,to,is all you're gonna need is two,tablespoons and then you're gonna want,one onion and we're gonna slice that,we're gonna dice this up I'm just using,a yellow onion use whatever you have and,then I'm gonna add two cloves of garlic,by all means add as much garlic as you,want next and this is optional you can,add some type of seasoning base that you,like especially since we're not going to,be using that little ham flavored packet,that comes with the beans in the package,and this is something you definitely,want to keep in mind if you're just,using your own dried beans and or making,your own mixture I've got one teaspoon,here of chili powder and the secret to my recipe is i make my own,ham,stock for my ham bone now if you want to,see the video and how i made that,there'll be a link at the end of this,video and if you remember in that video,if you make your own hand bone stock,you're going to want to take the ham out,because we don't want to cook all the,flavor,out of that ham and we're going to add,these back to,the soup when it's done the second,secret to my 15 bean soup is i don't,over soak the beans,eight hours is maximum we're going to,start by sauteing our vegetables i like,to use grapeseed oil,because it doesn't add a lot of flavor,to the,actual finished dish we're going to add,our diced onion,celery carrots,mirepoix in it for an extra little added,flavor i'm going to add a little bit of,some diced leek,now we're going to let them sit for a,couple of minutes to caramelize and get,some nice color and flavor on there,now that we have some color on our,vegetables let's go ahead and add our,garlic,and our tomato paste,now it's very important to cook this,tomato paste down for at least two,minutes,because you want to get that metal,tasting flavor out of it,much richer flavor boy that's looking,and smelling great,next we're going to add our dried basil,and thyme,we're going to give that a little saute,here,then we're going to add our drained,beans,then we'll saute them up to give them,some flavor for about maybe a minute,then we'll add our stock,now this stock was really reduced so,it's concentrated so i'm going to add,about another,cup and a half to two cups of water,now that we've got a little bit of a,simmer going right now we're gonna lower,the heat to its lowest setting,pop on that lid and leave the vent so we,can breathe a little,and we'll cook it for one and a half to,two hours by the way a special shout out,to lavino p in italy as our first,member on our channel welcome lavino p,glad to have you,so in the meantime while this thing,cooks down i'm gonna have a little bit,of wine,and we'll be right back boy after an,hour and a half,the house smells fantastic and we,stirred this,a few times during that cooking process,and it is looking phenomenal now we're,going to take our,ham pieces that we saved out of the,fridge and get them back into the pot,we're going to add in two cans 15 ounce,size,of our tomatoes and as a special layer,for flavor,and texture we're going to add some,fresh spinach,this is going to wilt down in only a few,minutes,and we'll taste we haven't added any,salt,so we may have to add some,just a little bit not much maybe a,teaspoon,we're going to top with some sliced,green onion tops,green part thinly sliced,as a garnish and some shaved parmesan,cheese,hey thanks for cooking with me today,you're always welcome in my kitchen,please consider becoming an insider who,is one of our members and as always,thanks for watching

hello everybody today,we're going to be doing 15 bean soup,we're going to need smoked neck bones,for that,the 15 bean soup,pimentos this is a seven ounce can of,pimento,two small onions are one large onion if,you have one big large one,onion powder large seasoning stuff,a little texas pea dust,and last but not least black pepper okay,i'm gonna rinse the,um neck bones and then i'm gonna soak,the,beans and i'll be right back,okay so i've cut up some bacon,onions i have my pimentos open you're,not going to drain these you're going to,use the juice and all,i have a little package of ham seasoning,mix that came,in the bag with the 15,beans ham flavor seasoning,so we're going to use that here are my,beans soaking in cold water,okay we're going to use just a little,bit of this texas pea dust because it's,spicy,i'm going to use some black pepper we're,going to use,two whole bay leaves a little bit of,larry's,and onion powder because we're using,this ham flavor we do not want it too,salty okay so now we're gonna take a,look at the,smoked neck bones they're boiling,they're coming to a boil so what i'm,gonna do is put all the seasonings,in this pot of water so the flavor can,just really blend in and cook,and then i will saute the onions bacon,and,well the onions and bacon first once the,bacon get crispy then i'll add the,pimentos and let it brown up a little,bit i'll add this from a separate pan,and to the pot,of beans okay thank you i'll be right,back,okay so i got this,cast iron skillet heated up,i'm gonna add my onions to it to start,sauteing,well i should have put the bacon in,first,we're gonna have to bacon but it's gonna,get brown i'm not gonna put any more,onions in,get into the bacon get crispy okay,smells yummy,yummy yummy yummy,happy december 1st everyone i hope,you're having a great,awesome monday i'm sorry tuesday,i just got off work please forgive me,from all across the board,okay we're gonna let that brown up and,saute and then add the pimentos,meanwhile,black pepper,a little bit of the texas pete,dusk or mercy,laurie's not too much because we got to,at the camp,two whole baby,but that was a broken one,now i'm gonna add the whole one,a little onion powder,and last but not least the little ham,seasoning,packet that came with the beans last but,not least,so we're going to let that boil down and,then add this to that,and the beans we're going to let the,greens go for about an hour,okay i'll be back,okay this is what you want it's browning,up pretty good,i'm gonna go ahead and add the pimento,you don't have to drain it okay just add,it,okay,hmm,the ham hearts are boiling this is going,to be so,much flavor in one pot and i have some,cornbread that i made the other day that,i'm going to um,i'm going to um and we're going to eat,this one,but here are my beans still soaking i'm,going to let them soak for one hour,okay i'll be back,okay so we have our um 15,beans here we're going to add them to,our boiling,smoke neck bones,peppers and onions and bacon we're going,to add that all medicare recipients,encouraged to call 800-882-0987,automatically so make sure,neck ball yum,red peppers onions and bacon you can't,go wrong with that,i'm gonna add a little bit more water to,that,while this continues to,hearing cook prescription drugs all,right y'all we'll be right back,okay yo this is the finished,product these are the 15,beads the smoke neck bones,is done now,i've already um,got me a plate together with some,leftover,cornbread and i put me a smoked neck,bone on there,and some sweet potatoes from,the other day,all right,okay this is definite product,15 bean soup smoked neck,sweet potato cornbread,thank you for joining me don't forget to,like,subscribe and comment below thank you,for joining me,love you guys bye,you

oh my goodness y'all this is a season,that everybody's coming in and visiting,with you and you know I've talked about,one-pot males that you needed to have,ready for all your guests and we've,talked about spaghetti sauce which I,showed you how to do that we've talked,about a big pot of chili which we have,done that and we've done other things,it's a one pot meal like chicken and,dumplings to me that's a one pot meal I,mean you know you got everything in it,you need but today we're going to do,something different and I've shown y'all,this before,um if you make some 15 bean soup,it makes a huge pot you could add all,the stuff you want to add to it this was,one of George's very favorite things if,we had 15 bean soup and um,cornbread I had a happy husband,and as a matter of fact I've talked to,heart doctors before when they said you,need to eat at least dry beans,uh was awake now I they told us that,George had heart problems and so I know,about the dry beans once a week and so,you know you change it around like this,time you could this is just uh plain old,15 bean soup and it's got your little,flavor packet in it but I always add,other stuff and I'm going to show you,how to do that but you could get uh this,kind,if y'all like the cable you could get,the Cajun bean soup and the difference,is the beans are the same,see they but the seasoning is different,the little packet in here is different,okay or you can have split tea one day,uh and this one's got let me see what,flavor it's got It's got the ham ham,flavor or if you had a ham Bowl you,could just put that in there too and,here's my favorite of all I love these,um these are navy beans,and these are great Northerners these,are great Northerners but navy beans,look just like them except they're,smaller and so,anyway today we're going to cook just a,regular 15 bean soup and here here's all,you do there's just nothing to it but it,does take a while to cook so when you,get up and you have your biscuits and,whatever in the morning you need to go,ahead and put your soup on so let me,push you back over here and show you,what I'm gonna do,I'm just going to open these up now a,lot of y'all wash your beans and that is,perfectly all right if you do I don't,now if you don't like the way I do it,you get over there with your calendar,and you wash your beans oh you want to,look how pretty that is,see that it's got all kinds in it,there used to be a craft that everybody,did with this,and it was a,they made a rooster and every feather,that came out of the rooster was a,different bean and it was beautiful that,was back in the I think that's like back,in the 50s or 60s they did this here's,your package,so there's your little your little,flavor packet,for your bean soup okay I'm gonna,sprinkle this in,and here's what I do with mine I put one,can off Tomatoes I like tomatoes in mine,and George did too you don't have to do,it but I like to do it so I'm gonna put,one can of diced tomatoes in there,you could put the kind it's got the,peppers in it if you wanted to I'm gonna,put one can of tomato sauce,and now I'm going to uh do the by,another part and then we're gonna,all right so here's what I do I turn my,Skillet on high and I'm and I'm gonna,put a pound of sausage and I put link,sausage in mine this is your heel top,link sausage and that's what I'm gonna,put in mine,and what I do is I cut them in circles,so see this is a one drop meal you've,got your sausage,or what is your bait you got your beans,which is high protein good for you and,I'm just going to cut these really,quickly in little circles like this,these are the baby links right here you,can get the big kind of if you want to,whatever y'all want whatever you like,darling whatever you like,but George and I love this and what I,usually do with this is um I usually,make a little pan of cornbread to go,with mine so we have for supper 15 bean,soup and cornbread and what else nothing,but a little something to drink and,that's it okay all right here we go I'm,gonna put these on,that,we're gonna fry them up I'm not gonna,fry them hard I just want to fry them a,little to get a little a little bit on,the outside of them now I always put an,onion in mine if you don't want to you,don't have to but I love the flavor of,the onion and I'm going to saute it and,uh with my,um,sausage,that's what I'm gonna do,I'm gonna do it,now these like I say it takes a while to,cook so what you want to do is bring,them to a bowl,then turn them down I'm gonna put water,all over that and as they're cooking,when they turn down and as they're,cooking they're going to absorb y'all,this is important they're going to,absorb the water that's in the bean okay,you are gonna have to put some more,water in it,because what we put in additionally will,not be enough,those dry beans just absorb that water,right up,okay let me cut us some little squares,here we're going to throw those in with,our sausages and we're going to hidey-ho their friends and neighbors,Bobby here today what am I doing here,today folks I am actually picking,through some beans here that I am going,to make a pot of beans so if you stay,with me here guys I'm going to show you,how to make a pot of beans today beans,are cheap cheap way to eat you make a,lot of food for a lot of people for not,a lot of money it's good for you good,and protein and fiber so stay tuned if,you want to see how to make a pot of,beans guys the first thing I'm doing,here is actually just picking through,this bag of beans I'm looking for,anything in here that might not look,like I wanna eat let me show you a,perfect example this thing over here,that I took out a minute ago I don't,look right to me it looks like it's been,I don't know what happened that bean but,I don't want to eat that so that's why,you want to pick through your veins so,step one open up your bag lay them out,on the table on a clean surface clean,table and then just kind of look through,them and drag them off into a another,container and you'll be ready to go we,got all our beans picked through here,and we've got our slow cooker out ready,to go we've got all of our ingredients,here we've got our water for our beans,to soak in we're ready to go here guys,let me backtrack here may I'll show you,what we're actually doing today we're,doing the Hearst ham beans brand of,their 15 bean soup okay and these come,either in a Cajun flavor or a ham flavor,it comes to this little seasoned pack,that will actually add light later and,it just simply says ham flavor,you know first slow cooker and I'm gonna,read you off the back here they have a,little recommended recipe here and we're,gonna pretty much stick to it,we might alter it a little bit cuz you,tells you that you're gonna need the,pack of beans you're gonna need an onion,you're gonna need some diced tomatoes,some chili powder some lemon juice some,1 to 2 cloves of garlic and optional a,ham hock or smoked sausage ok so I'm,going to show you how I do it okay I,actually have of course we have the,beans here I'm gonna put them in here,just a minute I'm gonna go ahead and,I've got a heaping teaspoon of salt,heaping teaspoon of pepper I'm gonna add,in at the beginning we've got eight cups,of water,okay these beans are gonna soak up a lot,of water for the first half of the day,and that's what we're gonna put in here,just a minute and then later on we're,gonna open up a can of diced tomatoes,we're gonna add that we're gonna sear up,this little ham steak on the stove and,then we're gonna dice it up we're going,to throw that in there later this,afternoon we have an onion we're,actually gonna saute some of that onion,and saute some of this garlic fresh,garlic while we're doing the ham steak,and then we'll throw all that in later,this afternoon okay and optional here I,don't like things that are real hot and,spicy but I will add a little chili,powder to taste and I'll add that as I,go today,all right so with that said let's go,ahead and get started one thing I like,to do that anytime I cook anything in a,slow cooker I will go ahead and take,some cooking spray and spray the inside,of this thing when I start okay that is,just gonna make it easier to clean up,later whether I make a spaghetti chili,beans whatever step one is to put a coat,of some sort of cooking spray in there,or I guess you could use butter or,whatever that's what I do now let's go,ahead and just add the beans look at her,you see about how many there is okay,and don't look like you feed a whole lot,of it just wait till later today okay,all right you see how it covered the,bottom here it didn't even hardly cover,all of it and now we're gonna add 8 cups,of water you're gonna notice ooh I mean,that looks like a lot of water for them,a little bit of beans,see how far it filled it up but in a,little while probably four hours into,this thing this those beans are gonna,grow and they're gonna soak up all that,water let's reach down here and flip,sucker on high on the slow-cooked side,and we're gonna cap it off with the lid,here and just a moment let me grab the,lid Oh hold on wait a minute I want to,go ahead and add my salt and pepper I'm,gonna add that right now and then let's,see here what's this thing I got the mix,with right now just kind of stir up a,little bit and we're gonna let that,start cooking okay we're gonna cap it,off and let that start cooking for a,three or four hour and we'll come back,and show you what it looks like hearing,a little bit let me go and put the cap,on it right quick so guys it's just that,easy to get a pot of beans started okay,so we'll come back in a few hours we'll,take a look and then we'll show you how,to add the other stuff later on alright,guys it's been about three or four chef buck here and today we're,going to make a super simple bean soup,doesn't that sound awesome,bean soup it's just just we dreamed,about when you a child,so the first thing we're going to do,boom get us a pot soup sized pot and,we're going to put it on a medium-high,heat we're going to heat up a little bit,of oil because we're going to saute some,onions and garlic first so throw you in,there boom you know maybe a tablespoon,or two,all righty so my oils heat it up I'm,gonna let these go for a couple of,minutes what the head even before we let,him go for a couple of minutes I'm going,to throw my garlic in here I got like,five cloves of garlic here but you need,to follow your garlic heart on this one,as much as you want so I got my onion,and garlic in here and I'm going to,saute it up for just a couple of minutes,all on this multi when you was a kid you,know that saying kids always said beans,beans are good for your heart the more,you eat beans the better you feel you,remember saying that all the time of,year a kid did you grow up in a rougher,neighborhoods in I do our own yinz and,garlic have been sauteing up here for a,couple of minutes I'm gonna go ahead and,throw some seasoning in here now this is,all I'm puttin I got a little fresh,ground black pepper some salt and a,little bit of heat this is some chili,pepper but this is that Chipotle you,know if you wanted to you could put a,fresh pepper in here last time I made,this I put a whole jalapeno in here,season everything in hamburger was less,than thrilled she wasn't in a hot mood,you know but this year I had a nice,flavor so stir your spices up into your,own yinz,so we got our onions and garlic going,there what else do we want to put in now,we're not going to do our beans yet,we're going to put in our bra this is a,32 ounce container I'm going to go ahead,and raise the temperature up pour this,in here and bring it up to a bubble,that's very inappropriate somehow while,our soup is coming up to a bubble over,there I'm going to cut up a little bit,of sausage we got some leftover,breakfast sausage and this is already,cooked up you know but if you don't have,any sausage you don't have to you don't,have to use that you don't have to add,any at all but this is a nice addition,you know for a nice little little flavor,and texture but you could also use ham I,mean some cooked ham some smoked ham,that would be fantastic,I mean ham and bean is a great,combination soups come up to a bubble,our onions and our garlic and our broth,we're going to take this sausage that's,already been cooked up and like I said,you could put any kind of meat in here,you want if you want meat but you don't,have to pack and we're gonna bone we're,going to throw a bay leaf in there too,because it's soup and bay leaf and soup,that's just a natural combination right,now we're going to add in our beanies,alrighty I got some cannellini beans two,cans I've already rinsed and drained,them so I'm going to throw my beans in,here these are white beans,like I said cannellini but you know,that's kind of boring,I like cannellini beans for a bean soup,but you know it just needs a little,pizazz so I'm going to take one can of,black beans and when you add your black,beans only use the finest black beans,that be in whatever's on sale,who'da thunk it whoo - whoo - there you,have it,black and white beans living in harmony,I wish the world could be just like this,this soon,I mean hand you can't cook already so we,got our whole mess here,come up to a simmer we're going to go,ahead and reduce it down to a low and,then we're going to cover it up we're,going to let it cook low and slow for,about a half hour,you know simmer wet get those flavors,going and you know they will unite you,know harmonious being medley of joy name,here we are it has been 45 minutes you,know so a little bit more than half hour,why it doesn't really matter I mean soup,you can be loosey-goosey with soup you,know I started watching that,skateboarding videos on YouTube watch in,the fail yeah it's all about,skateboarders and poor decision skills,you know when I had it on super duper,low you know low and slow and you know,haven't really evaporated much of our,liquid but if you did evaporate a lot of,your liquid you could just add a little,bit more you could add a little bit of,water in there but we're going to take,our bay leaf out and discard that this,is pretty lumpy junky you know there's,lots of stuff in here we got lots of,beans we got our sausage we got our,onion some we're going to go ahead and,we're going to zum-zum it up,you don't worry me and creamy it up a,little bit not a lot though you could,creamy it up as much as you want to but,I do like it to have a little bit of,texture so I'm not going to do too much,of that now if you don't have one of,these if you don't have a little hand,blender you know you could just you,could just take a few cups of this out,and you know liquefy it up in a blender,blender blender type blender but I'm,usin

oh,look at that there,hey guys i'm jameson and this is how i,cook,fall is officially upon us and with fall,comes thoughts of warm cozy meals being,nestled inside the house the holidays,and,soup,so i'm going to show you guys how i make,15 bean soup,using smoked,ham hock yes that's right smoked ham,hock let me show you ham hocks let me,tell y'all a secret i love ham hocks,ham hocks in my kitchen,are like the truffle of the pig smoked,ham hocks add amazing flavor add amazing,texture to whatever you put them in if,you take the time to break them down to,make them tender so putting these in my,beans is going to make all the world of,difference if you put them in your beans,it's going to make a huge world of,difference so i want to show you how all,this comes together using my instant pot,another instant pot recipe up next on,this is how i cook,okay before we get too far into our,recipe do me a favor guys hit that,subscription button and turn on those,notifications it helps my growing,channel and it also makes sure that you,don't miss any new videos when i post,new recipes okay so we're going to start,with a pack of,15 bean soup,you can find this at any supermarket,this is a bag of cajun 15,bean soup and it has you know an,assortment of beans in it different,types of beans that's why they call it,15 bean soup and it comes with a,seasoning pack we're going to use the,seasoning pack and obviously the beans,we've got our ham hocks aka the truffle,of the pig this is smoked ham hot you,can find this at your local butcher you,find these at walmart you find these at,any meat market,also we've got,a red onion,we've got a can of fire roasted tomatoes,and we've got some garlic powder that's,it that's all it takes we're going to,put this all inside of our instant pot,and i'm going to show you how i put this,together up next,okay here's the inner pot for my instant,pot pressure cooker,and so you can see that i've got those,four beautiful ham hocks inside i took,the time to take them out the packaging,and rinse them in the sink so i've,rinsed them off and what we're going to,do is we're going to cook these first to,help tenderize them we're going to cook,these for about,25 i'm gonna actually do this for 20,minutes in the pressure cooker that will,help ensure that these get nice and,tender and broken down,we're going to use chicken stock also to,help build flavor in our soup,so the recipe on the pack calls for,eight cups of liquid and so this is one,quart,of chicken stock so i'm gonna pour that,inside and we'll need one more cup i,mean one more quart of chicken stock,so i've got our ham hocks inside with,our chicken stock,and i've got my pressure cooker set to,ceiling so that means that it's going to,pressurize and cook the ham hocks so i,come in and on my pressure cooker my,instant pot pressure cooker,yeah so we've got high pressure,we've got 20 minutes of cook time,and we've got it on the meat setting i,can't wait for you guys to see how these,come together,okay so our our ham hocks have cooked,for 20 minutes and as you can see,they're starting to be nice and tender,but we're going to cook the beans,for 30 minutes so we didn't want to,overcook the ham hocks so next thing,we're going to do is come in and begin,to put our final,batch of ingredients in here is the,onion and the beans,so we're just going to take our time and,put those in,we're going to add in our other four,cups of chicken stock,we're going to put in our seasoning pack,i like to i like a lot of garlic in my,beans so we're gonna use,about two tablespoons,of garlic powder,actually i take that back we'll put,about a tablespoon of garlic powder in,here now we want to give this a nice,spin,and stir this up real good,so that everything gets incorporated,we don't have any clumping from our,spices and ingredients,we want to come in and select the bean,setting,30 minutes is good,and i'm going to make sure,that we're on high pressure,perfect,that's all there is we'll let this cook,for 30 minutes and i'll come back and,i'll show you what this looks like and,we'll put the final finishing touches on,it,okay our beans are done,so the next thing we want to do,is just make sure that everything is,tender,if your beans,aren't tender as tender as you like them,cook them a little bit longer,see how wonderful that ham hock is,see how tender that bad boy is that's,perfect,so now the last thing we're gonna do for,our recipe,is add in a can,of fire roasted diced tomatoes,we don't have to cook these we just want,to warm these up so if your beans are,hot they should do a good enough job,warming up these,look tomatoes that there,so the last thing we want to do,is plate,our beautiful,soup,we're gonna start here,put it ham hock in here,and that is my 15
