5 cups plain flour,500gm softened butter,1 can condensed milk,1 cup sugar,mix all together - doesn't matter which order,i just make sure it's all well combined,scrap down the sides every now and again,divide the mixture up if you want to mix in different flavours ,i put each back into the bowl to mix the flavours as the bowl was locked in place - easier to stir LOL ,i used a teaspoon as an approx measure of cookie size,return the stolen chocolate ...,second batch - using sprinkles,both my trays were in the oven so I'm just getting the next batch ready on paper to slide onto the trays,Cornflakes - my favourite - also I know no one else likes them so I will actually GET some cookies,I put mine in a separate container

hello friends,in today's video i'm going to show you,the time when i made over 100 cookies,for a big family that lives near me they,have 14 kids so lots and lots of growing,children to feed so i figured some,cookies would make them happy,i started making some peanut butter,cookies but halfway through making them,i realized that i ran out of peanut,butter,i actually happened to have some biscoff,so i used that to replace the peanut,butter biscoff is cookie butter and it's,really delicious,the results are actually quite amazing,but i already knew that because cookie,butter is just the best,for these cookies i used the white,chocolate peanut butter cookie recipe,that's on my blog and i actually made a,double badge for the cookies,and like i said before i substituted,some of the peanut butter for cookie,butter,i use vanilla bean paste instead of,vanilla extract for the cookies and let,me tell you so good,for the chips i used a mixture of white,chocolate chips and mini semi-sweet,chocolate chips,the dough got scooped into cookies and,since i made this a few days before,baking them i froze the cookies in the,sheet pan,once the cookies were frozen i removed,them to ziploc bags and kept them in the,freezer until it was time to bake them,this is actually a great trick you can,always make a big batch of cookies and,then freeze some so you can easily bake,cookies anytime you want,now we're making regular chocolate chip,cookies,the recipe for this is also on my blog i,used my jumbo chocolate chip cookie,recipe,but i actually made them regular size,this time,i chopped up some milk chocolate to put,in the cookie dough,i also added to the dough some gold,chocolate which by the way is my,favorite chocolate in the whole world,and to the mix i also added some regular,semi-sweet chocolate chips,these were our favorite cookies from all,the ones that i've baked they were so,good,i also scooped the cookies and froze,before baking since i was making a head,when it's time to make the cookies just,pull them from the freezer you don't,need to thaw them you can bake them,straight up in the preheated oven just,make sure to space them out in a baking,sheet,now these are just regular sugar cookies,i can't remember which recipe i used but,i'm gonna find it and i'll put the link,down below,on top of some of the sugar cookies,after they were baked as soon as they,came out of the oven i put some,chocolate hearts on top,after a lot of baking a lot of baking it,took me hours baking this cookies it's,time to let them cool down and then,assemble the boxes,i had some macarons in my freezer so i,added those in,these are some delicious rose macarons,filled with rose ganache,i also had some vanilla bean macarons,and brown sugar macarons,those went in the box they were just too,good not to share,and i had some valentine's day macarons,that i also shared with my friends,you can find a recipe for all of these,macarons on my blog or on my youtube,channel,to assemble the cookies in the stems i,used some cupcake liners,i couldn't stack anything on top of,these because the chocolate was still,super melty and delicious so i just laid,them next to each other like that,and finally here we have them all,i hope the kids and everyone enjoyed,them as much as i enjoyed making them,this was really a lot of fun,thank you so much for watching my video,bye,foreign

do you like hard-boiled eggs yes no,doesn't matter because we're making,cookies today with hard-boiled eggs and,before you say anything these cookies,are my childhood they're really popular,here in Italy and for good reason,they're absolutely delicious buttery,sweet and the hard-boiled eggs gives,these cookies the most amazing crumbly,flaky melt in your mouth texture if,you've yet to try Italian con estrelli,be warned when you do try these you will,not stop eating them these cookies go,way back to Medieval Times And while,nobody really knows the exact origin of,these cookies I personally like to think,somebody had leftover hard-boiled eggs,and decided to make cookies Jokes Aside,the version I'm sharing with you today,is the most widely known and loved in,Italy boil your eggs for 10 minutes run,those under some cold water once you've,prepped the eggs the recipe actually,comes together within minutes it's super,easy they're perfect this time of the,year so make these with your kids and,while they do have a specific shape you,can absolutely dress these up for the,holidays by doing different shapes,they're one of the best cut out cookies,some people like to make the dough using,their hands I personally like to use a,food processor the less you work the,dough the better if you want to pulse,the dry ingredients with the cold butter,until the butter is evenly distributed,among the dry ingredients kind of like,if you were making pie crust at this,point we're going to add the hard-boiled,eggs which should have cooled you're,going to remove the egg yolks that's,what we need for this recipe some people,like to grate the egg yolks using you,know a cheese grater I personally find,it's a lot easier and just more,straightforward to crumble the egg yolks,with your hands directly over the butter,flour mixture you want to do that for,all three egg yolks the full ring recipe,by the way will be in the description,box as usual and on my website Emma,fontanella.com and if you're new to my,channel hello there welcome make sure,sure to subscribe I post new videos,every week the leftover egg whites I,personally just eat those I'm assuming,if you're making these cookies you most,probably eat eggs so do not let those go,to waste by the way in case you're,wondering no you will not taste the,cooked egg yolks they're there for,texture and color as you'll see I've,added vanilla and lemon zest and you,want to pulse these ingredients until,everything comes together at first it,may seem like the dough will never come,together I promise you it will continue,to blend everything and eventually the,dough will come together you're going to,transfer the dough onto your work,surface and bring the dough together,using your hands do not be afraid to,squeeze it press it firmly in between,your hands and we're gonna roll this out,onto a lightly floured work surface keep,the dough moving so it doesn't stick as,you can see the egg yolks really give,the dough this beautiful deep golden,color now as mentioned before these,cookies can traditionally are sort of,flower shaped with a hole in the middle,if you have a fluted cookie cutter,that's what you want to use but please,use any cookie cutter you have on hand,it is the holidays make these whatever,shape you want Italians may come after,you but I certainly won't these cookies,are too good to not make just because,you don't have you know the traditional,kindly cookie cutter place the cookies,on a baking sheet lined with parchment,paper and at this point you do want to,start preheating that oven at 350,degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees,Celsius and while the oven is preheating,I do like to pop these in the freezer,for just about 10 minutes this just,helps the cookies hold their shape after,10 minutes you can bake these off for,about 15 minutes we don't want these to,Brown too much but the bottom and the,edges should be a slight golden color,allow these to cool completely and,you're going to generously dust these,with powdered sugar they powder sugar,really brings these to life These are,massively coated in powdered sugar this,holiday season forget the usual cookies,give these a go but beware you won't,stop at just what

what's going on guys Tom Costanza here,back with another YouTube video posting,videos every single Sunday morning today,we are going to be making Italian,Christmas cookies there's really nothing,more to explain here let's get right,into the video,so we need to make sure that we have all,of our ingredients first and we do we,have our flour sugar vanilla baking,powder sprinkles milk butter confection,sugar and we have our eggs in the fridge,this recipe that I'm going to go over,with you guys yields 100 cookies so plan,accordingly whether you're making them,for a big Gathering or a spoil Gathering,but let's break down these measurements,into the correct measurements and start,mixing okay so our first step here is,going to be to cream together one cup of,salted butter and our sugar so sugar in,three quarters of a cup of sugar and one,cup of butter now at this point you,would want to use an electric mixer just,to beat them together until smooth but,we're just going to use a fork just to,prove a point,all right so after about two minutes I,think we have a pretty smooth mixture,here okay now our next step is going to,be to add in our eggs I'm going to add,in the eggs one at a time just to slowly,mix them in then I'm going to add in our,vanilla then I'm going to add in our,baking powder you want to do all of,these with the electric mixer as well,I'm going to be using a fork,I would say after the second egg it's,pretty safe to use a whisk so I'm going,to be switching from Fork to whisk,we are whipping together nicely after,four eggs,okay now we need to add in our two,teaspoons of vanilla extract,and then our five teaspoons of baking,powder,if you're following along and doing it,yourself this was the easy part this is,where if you're using an electric mixer,you want to ditch the electric mixer and,this is where eating your Wheaties,really comes into play these next steps,are going to be all hand mixing and we,have five cups of flour I'm going to be,adding each cup of flour one cup at a,time and then we're going to keep mixing,until we have a down here we go with cup,number one,number two,this is thickening up already this is,where I mean eating your Wheaties really,comes into play I would say after about,cup number two of flour it's time to,ditch the Whisk we gotta go back to a,fork back to a rubber scraper back to a,wooden spoon something stronger,now it's time for cup number three,okay so this is after cup number three,it's starting to become a pretty thick,dough I think after cup number three,we're gonna ditch the fork I need,something with a little bit more,leverage so we're gonna switch to a,wooden spoon bringing in the big guns,now it's time to talk about cup number,four now cup number four this is where,you you want to turn the AC down your,house this is where it being cool,wherever you live really matters you're,gonna start to break a sweat on cup,number four I don't even want to talk,about cup number five yet,foreign,top number four done our final cup,okay I'm not really sure how much time,has elapsed but we are officially done,mixing,now what we're going to do we have to,let this chill for a few hours so I'm,gonna put this in some Saran Wrap we're,gonna throw it in the fridge let it,chill I'm gonna change outfits drink a,protein shake put a Band-Aid on my,blister and then we're gonna come back,and turn this dough ball into cookies,so we have our dough here we're just,going to throw this in the fridge for a,few hours let it harden up a little bit,and then we'll check back in peace,oh,yes I should turn the camera off okay,guys so it's been about an hour we have,our dough here it's relatively cool it's,still a little soft to the touch but,we're just going to work with it in,small segments so we're going to unwrap,it here I'm just going to cut,probably about a third of it off,then we're just going to wrap the rest,up to keep it cool,a few other things going on we have our,oven preheating to 375 and then we have,a large cookie sheet here that is not,coated with any spray or anything like,that this is fully loaded with butter,that'll be enough for the cookies not to,stick now that we have this we need to,roll out our dough into about a finger,thickness or pencil thickness so let's,do that you could add a little bit of,flour just to make it a little less,sticky once we have about a finger or,pencil thickness,I like to cut them in about four inch,segments and once you have your four,inch segment I actually tend to roll it,a little bit thinner,I have about six or seven inches they're,also these are also called once around,the finger so I tend to just wrap it,around my finger and tie like a little,knot and there you go there you have one,now you have 99 more to go,okay so we have about nine already made,I'm gonna go knock out the rest of these,and we'll check back in once I'm ready,to put these in the oven now all we need,to do is make a whole bunch more,and then we'll be ready to start icing,them but what I'm going

We are gotta make 100 biscuits! Oh yeah ... let's get right into it you will need,500 grams of butter at room temperature or as I go just cheapie table spread,whatever floats your boat ... now I've got a I've got a gripe with my family ...,okay this is the tub of 500 grams and I thought it was full oh okay part of it's taken,hang on I'll get one of these other containers that must all be,full because you wouldn't just partly use a,container would you and then like just put it ... seriously ... four of them open,all at once and this one I'd say was just open yesterday ... they they ... urgh!,Anyway I'm gonna top this one up to 500 grams! Now needless to say you're,making a hundred you're gonna need a big bowl, I got this from Stevens it was on,sale but I think you can get big bowls from the warehouse. Before you think oh my,goodness what I going to do with all these biccies okay obviously you're,gonna eat them. You can freeze them not only can you freeze the biccies after,you've made them but you can just freeze the dough, so you can make the basic dough,and just like freeze half of them. It stays good in the freezer for a,few months so if you're only up for cooking half of it or whatever just,make a whole heap the dough and then defrost it when you're ready to cook the,rest of it. So to this we want to add half a cup of sugar,now we'll get our wazzer. You just want to cream those together,No you're not licking it yet ... put you're tongue away! Then you're going to add,one can of condensed milk so there's 395 grams in this particular can ... I did,mention this recipe isn't exactly health,food!,Now we're going to need 5 cups of self-raising flour ...,While mixing this we just add it a cup at a time until it's all mixed in,because otherwise it's just gonna be a mess it's a lot of flour so just five cups,one cup at a time so it's all nicely mixed in,Right there is your basic plain better you can cook it just as is,but now the beauty of this recipe is that there are so many different options,with this so I'm going to show you a few different options and a few different,flavors that you can do before you pop this in the oven. Put a nonstick,mat on there ... put some sprinkles on a plate, or hundreds & thousands,whatever you call them. Get teaspoon of your mix & gently roll just flatten it out,very slightly with a fork.,I've got a tray with a variety of sprinkles on, I'm going to bake them in a,preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for between eight to ten minutes so they,don't take long at all to cook. The next batch I'm gonna do jammy ones, so,flatten it down a little bit, use your finger to make a hole in the middle & I'm gonna use plum jam, I did just make some rhubarb,jam but I'd be in trouble if I used all that.,I'm gonna put some of the mixture into a bowl cause I'm going to mix in some,honey in some oats. I've been putting about 15 on a tray so about 15 teaspoons in,there. Now I'm going to put some honey ... thank you so much to my husband's work,mate Carl for giving us this honey our bees did not come through for us this,year. Once they come out of the oven just put them out,to cool on the tray for five minutes and then turn them on to a,wire rack or something like that to cool down completely. So mix in a tablespoon of,honey and I'm gonna add about a quarter of a cup of rolled,oats to these ones,I'm just gonna sprinkle a few extra rolled oats on the top of those one.,I'm going to use another mixy bowl because I'll mix something else into these ones.,I'm to add in ... how much cocoa powder you to reckon Aston? I was gonna say gonna add about two,teaspoons of cocoa powder into this two teaspoons now of course you can put chocolate,chips into this one as well ... I do not have chocolate chips sorry ... cocoa powder,through it and a blob of Nutella on top like I did with the jam ... I don't,have Nutella ... I'm just full of disappointments!,Desiccated coconut here so I'm gonna add some more mixture into a bowl,About 1/4 of a cup of coconut in with that,We just picked the girls up from school.,That's Queen Sparkles the unicorn. Coconut ones - I'm just putting a wee,sprinkle coconut on top as well.,I've just had a special request from Olivia she wants me to make a cinnamon and apple,flavored one so ...,a teaspoon of cinnamon ... and chop up a bit of apple and mix it in.,here we go check these out how cool am I! anyway I lied a bit, it didn't quite make,100 it made 88, so you know give or take depending on how big you made them, the honey,oat ones I made I made slightly bigger than what you're meant to maybe, but anyway,you get the idea it's still a lot of biccies!
