estas datas grandes que comprar,estas latas chiquitas si ustedes quieren,hacer una una lata pequeña nada más como,si van a hacer en su casa para unos,cuatro o cinco o seis vasos les,recomiendo que ustedes agarren esto por,ejemplo así y que agarren una,cucharadita de vainilla lechera una,carnation y por acá tengo la crema como,les digo estas son latas grandes por,ejemplo esta es de 14.5 kilogramos 32,libras porque a nosotros estas cosas las,agarramos nosotros de un restaurante un,restaurante por que es donde se surten,los negocios porque porque sale mucho,más económico para nosotros STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM | Fresas Con Crema | Strawberries and Cream Recipe

welcome back everybody today I'm making,strawberries and cream or for a sauce,called Emma this is something simple and,easy to make and it's such a treat okay,to start here I have fresh strawberries,I will be reserving maybe two or three,for garnish but for the most part I've,already removed the stems the leafy part,and now I'm going to slice them okay so,I'm reserving these for garnish I sliced,some that I left some hole and here are,my chopped strawberries so to that I am,going to add a quarter teaspoon of I'm,using clear vanilla extract use what you,have just a little bit and I'm not going,to dress these in sugar or anything else,just the vanilla extract because the,sugar and sweetness is going to come,from the cream sauce that I'm creating,that is done I'm gonna let that hang out,okay so here's my Bowl so to that I am,going to add a quarter cup of Greek,yogurt now traditionally you can use,sour cream but I have Greek yogurt to,use so that's what we're doing today but,I'm also going to add 1/2 cup of,evaporated milk and I am using 1/2 cup,of Mexican table cream you can use heavy,cream but I pretty much if you guys want,to know some of my pantry staples,Mexican table cream is definitely well,it's not a pantry staple but it's in my,fridge and I'll show you it's it's this,I use this all the time so I'm using the,rest of what was in here it was about a,half cup,now I'm going to add a quarter cup of,sweetened condensed milk to this now the,sweetness in this recipe is up to you if,you find a quarter cup of sweetened,condensed milk to sweet start with two,tablespoons and taste and work your way,up from there now I'm just going to give,this a good mix and combine well okay so,this is my cream mixture for the,strawberries and cream you can taste it,for sweetness you want to add flavoring,in here go for it but this is pretty,much it and the ratios are very,forgiving if you want more of a tang to,it add more sour cream or Greek yogurt,but this this tastes really good,and here you go that's it,this is what SS calm Kadima,strawberries with cream very easy and,it's a very simple dessert it's a treat,I hope you give this recipe a try I hope,you like it,and thanks for watching

for today's video I decided,to attempt to make fresh ice cold cream,on this is actually gonna be the first,time I make it I actually went to buy,all the ingredients so we're gonna,literally gonna be winging it and we,will see how it comes down so it's super,simple you literally don't have to bake,or put it in an oven or refrigerate or,anything I mean unless you want to like,if you want to go look like cold but my,strawberries already Corson's they've,been in the fridge but what's a card if,you do want it code you could just put,the ingredients in the fridge for a,little bit so when it's time for you to,close it hmm Justin it's okay so if it's,when it's time for you to actually use,it it's already cold so you guys into,that as well but I just had my,strawberries in the refrigerator so it's,already gonna be cold so the ingredients,that you guys will be needing is a can,of sweet condensed milk or lechera,it can be from the pear Nestle or arm or,Magnolia doesn't matter I tried both it,but they're both so good good I think,personally I like Magnolia better if I'm,gonna be using the Nestle first for this,occasion and then you're gonna need,carnation which is evaporated milk media,crema from the brand Nestle and sour,cream strawberries of course and some,whipped cream whipped cream it is,optional but if you don't want whipped,cream you can use it and you can in cups,about whatever cup you can use a glass,cup a clear cup it doesn't matter I'm,actually gonna be using one of these,that's it right here hanging I was like,you don't want and we just look a little,a little expensive a little you know um,cool expensive looking so I'm just gonna,be using these since already there I,just have to rinse them a little bit but,that's it but yeah guys so let's get,started and we'll see how this,comes out and actually have the,ingredients behind me so let me go get,it alright guys so the first thing you,guys would be needing is strawberries I,used Bao,so I got I cut to share with sharpies,and okay okay,oh yeah so my shower a spouse obviously,dad doesn't count so let me open another,saucepan okay okay so angry so like I,was saying you are gonna be needing,shower base 10,strawberries turn to 15 strawberries,like almost almost almost a whole little,canister that's what I used and I got,these strawberries at Publix these are,because public strawberries are my,favorite like I'm like I'm from warm or,anything else like pop this is my,favorite because I have tried warmer and,and Publix and I could see the,difference Publix is more sweeter so if,you do watch sweeter strawberries just,go to Publix so this is what I have and,then you're gonna also gonna need a,medic camera like I said which is this,one I already opened it for you guys oh,yeah oh yeah and I forgot one more,ingredient,but another extract you're gonna be,needing a little bit of another extra,just sit and have a double vanilla ish,flavor a little bit then let's see I'm,using this one because I can't really,open it like I have a can opener I don't,really know how to use it I don't know,because I haven't never want a can,opener in my life so I just got a knife,and I just wrapped it in there and I,just want like this to open the,carnation because it doesn't have like a,like the automatic thing so that's what,I'm using so right here I have the,lechera from Nestle and you can buy the,bottle which is easier you just squirt,and then my vanilla extract okay so the,first thing we're gonna do is,we make the mixture so what you are,gonna be putting in is it doesn't really,matter which order but I'm gonna put the,liquidy part first which is a carnation,so you're gonna put it in there if you,want you can make bigger holes you can,make a bigger hole so I can actually on,what's a card,la Fontaine was smoother if I'm scared,like cut mine it's got to cut my what's,a card in my on my hand so obviously I,just open as much as I can so doesn't,mean trying to put the whole thing in,there so that we're gonna do I'm only,gonna use one can so this probably isn't,gonna do a lot of servings if you do,want to do a lot of servings you,probably need like four of these but,since it's the first time first time,doing it I'm actually gonna be the one,eating this it may be my little sister,I'm not sure you know so this is we're,gonna be doing so we're just gonna dump,dump dump dump um hello guys welcome back to the mexican,food channel,in today's video we're making this,delicious fresa scone crema,with pecans,all right let's get our ingredients,together we're gonna need two packs of,strawberries,we're gonna take off the stem from the,strawberry and start cleaning them up,this is the perfect dessert to make for,valentine's day if you're in a budget,so,did you guys know that strawberries are,packed with vitamins fiber and,antioxidants they're also sodium free,fat free and cholesterol free,just want to take a quick moment to,remind you guys to please like and,subscribe,after you're done removing the stems,from the strawberries go ahead and wash,them,now that they're all washed we're gonna,start cutting them,you can cut the strawberries however you,want but this is how i like to cut them,start off by cutting the back part of,the strawberry,i'm not going to fast forward this so,you can see you can get this done within,20 minutes,be careful not to cut yourself these are,a lot of strawberries,so,i'm trying so hard not to eat these,right now because they look so good,so,so,so,for those who don't know freses con,crema is a simple mexican dessert made,with fresh strawberries coated in a cold,creamy sauce you can also have it as,breakfast with granola on top best part,of all you don't have to bake it yummy,this is a very popular recipe in mexico,especially in guanajuato and michoacan,they have the largest producer of,strawberries there strawberry fields,forever,see,so,these last five i'm going to cut them,into smaller pieces because i'm going to,use them as my topping,is super fuzzy,so,so,do,do,do,now that we're finally done cutting our,strawberries we're gonna put them in a,bowl and add some sugar,here i added about three tablespoons,so,you're gonna give it a quick mix and set,it aside,now we're gonna work on the crema,start off by adding two cups of sour,cream into your bowl,next you're going to add half a can of,evaporated milk,um that looks about right,next you're gonna add a whole can of la,lechera sweetened condensed milk this,adds the sweet touch everyone loves and,frescas con crema,make sure you get it all in there,you can mix this yourself or you can put,it in the blender to make it easier on,yourself,next we're going to add one tablespoon,of vanilla extract,give it a quick mix,now add in fourth of a cup of pecans,if you're just tuning in i just want to,remind you guys to like and subscribe,now that everything's done we're gonna,start putting our frescas con crema,together you can serve this all in one,bowl or you can serve it individually,now start adding in the crema,some for you,and some for you,a little bit for you too,that bit of a lot for you,and last but not least a little bit for,you,try to fill these up but not too much,because we're still gonna add our,strawberries on top,now for the strawberries,and last but not least the taste test,this is so good,i hope you guys enjoyed this recipe of,fresa's con crema,make sure to like and subscribe and,follow us on instagram and see you guys,on the next one,is,do,you

hey guys welcome back to another video,so today I'm finally going to do a long,awaited video that you guys have been,wanting to see I just haven't gotten,time to do it,but today I'm actually like enough,they'll mean moving mic okay let me film,this before they start getting mad at me,because I know I promised you guys I was,gonna film this recipe video for you,guys but today I'm gonna show you guys,how to do for SS corn did I mom this,recipe you guys should definitely try it,if you guys do like what's going on,because it is a bomb like it literally,tastes the same as where you would buy,it somewhere else like made already so,yeah if you guys want to see how I make,this a scone crema and just keep on,watching so I do want to put a little,reminder out there that I do not measure,I know probably a lot of you guys are,gonna be like ah but I don't measure,when I do fast Muskaan grandma and if I,do like imma trying my best to show you,guys how much I use for you guys can,have an idea of how much to use but I,don't measure like by teaspoons,tablespoons because I don't know I just,I just eyeball it beer mix again you,guys know that Mexicans usually just,eyeball it they don't measure but I hope,you guys can see you know how much I use,and stuff like that but yeah let's get,right into the video,I am going to start off to show you guys,the ingredients so of course you're,going to need some strawberries I,already cut it up just to make it easier,for me for the toppings I like to use,granola it has like a coconut raisins,and just a whole bunch of stuff this you,use for the toppings and then for the,topping as well you use whipped cream or,yeah what's cream right,and then for the ingredients you are,going to need some vanilla I use the,Mexican vanilla blend I'm pretty sure,you have to use any brand but this is,what I use you're going to need some,sour cream I prefer this brand the Daisy,one I know some people use like the,Mexican cream I've never tried it like,that so I mean if you want to go for it,and go for it but I like to use this one,and then you're going to need some lolly,cheddar the original I know there's like,different other types of lechera but I,use the original the one that says la,originally and then you are also going,to need some evaporated fat-free milk,like I said there's also a different,types of this rep rate milk but I like,to use it evaporated fat-free milk so,that is all the ingredients that I am,going to use and then my bowl is going,to be right here so yeah let's get,started so first I'm going to start off,with the sour cream this is a one pound,16 ounces of sour cream I think I'm,gonna put all of it I'm not a hundred,percent sure maybe half but we'll see,okay so I did put a little more than,half underneath could see it's like all,the way up to here so I did put a little,more than half the next thing I'm going,to do is add the evaporated milk make,sure to shake it well it says on top,shake well,so for the milk I didn't even add half I,just add it up to here probably add a,little more just depending on how,liquidy if you guys like it more thick,than Atlas but if you guys like it more,liquidy than Adam more so okay then I,it's all the way up here now so I think,I did at like half okay so the next,thing is knowledge it up this is super,easy to make I know some people might,think it's too hard but like this and,this you could get it at Walmart like,any grocery store they sell these so,so the lechera I also added around half,it's like around right here okay so the,next thing is the vanilla now this you,don't really want to add too much I'm,gonna use this to kind of measure I'm,probably gonna add like two of these,okay so now we're gonna blend it I do,use the little magnet where you blend it,like to make pancakes because if you do,it with the spoon you're still gonna,have like a little chunks of sour cream,there and you don't want that so that's,why I like to use my um I don't know,what the heck it's called my blender,okay so now that it is nice and blended,it should look like this,like liquidy like that you're gonna,taste it to see if it doesn't need any,more of the laquetta or the milk okay so,I think it came up yeah,make him out perfect mm-hmm came out,perfect okay so from there I'm going to,add my strawberries now this is optional,if you guys want to add a lot or a,little bit that's up to you I like me I,prefer the last strawberries and I,prefer more of the liquid because I feel,like strawberries are like a little bit,sour to me so I feel like this is like,perfect amount FRESAS CON CREMA RECIPE - MEXICAN DESSERT

hi everyone welcome to my channel on,this episode I'm gonna make a Mexican,dessert called,fresco grandma you just this is very,easy to do they're just gonna have to,have a little bit of patience to eat it,okay I promise it's gonna be amazing I,am making this video because somebody,requested it on Facebook so that's why I,always tell you guys to follow me in,Facebook and Twitter because there is,where I can ask you guys questions what,you guys want for the next video and,stuff like that you know so I'm gonna,leave the links below so that you can go,and go to my pages or just subscribe to,the channel and you guys are gonna help,me a lot so let's get started okay guys,so I have here a pound of strawberries,there they are already washed and I cut,them in like in four pieces each,strawberry also we're gonna need a cup,of sour cream and about three,tablespoons of sugar instead of the,sugar you can also use condensed milk,but I like to use the sugar this is,pretty easy to do just gonna mix the,sour cream and the sugar and mix it you,can actually just mix this pretty well,and eat it right away but I can,guarantee you that if you leave this in,the fridge for about maybe six six hours,or if you can wait to it in to it at,night leave it on the fridge overnight,and in the morning you will see the,difference because right now,all of the flavors in the color of the,strawberry is going to start to give us,some really nice pink color to this,mixture,so as I said if you want to connect them,right now but just give it a try,leave this a couple of leave this just,to rest and you will see the difference,okay so I already mix it this pretty,well I'm gonna cover it with some wrap,place it in the fridge for a couple of,hours and you will see the difference,okay so I will see you then tomorrow to,show you what this looks like,okay guys so here are the strawberries,they are know already so the benefits of,leaving these overnight is that you're,gonna have a lot of pink showing here,the color is going to improve and the,flavor which is the best party I'm going,to taste it and see of course I already,know the flavor but absolutely delicious,easy to do if you guys tasted this,yesterday and now it's not the same,flavor as it is now it's very strong and,it's it's much better I hope you guys,have enjoyed this recipe,don't forget to comment rate and,subscribe see you next time guys bye
