in this video i'm going to show you my,recipe organization,and how i use a binder to organize,all of my recipes i put together this,recipe binder,last year and i'm obsessed with it for,all of those recipes that i find from,pinterest and the internet,i'm sophia lee i'm a recent college,graduate who is obsessed with turning,her first apartment,into a home i'm taking you along with me,and showing you my,best decorating ideas organization tips,and cleaning hacks so that you can make,your apartment look pinterest perfect,while sticking to a budget,i'm here to help you turn your apartment,into a place you will love,so i love cooking and baking and i'm,a hoarder when it comes to cookbooks but,honestly,95 of the time i would just go to,pinterest or google when i was looking,for,like recipe ideas or what i should make,for dinner that night,and then i would print them out they,would get super dirty,while i was actually cooking i would,throw them away because they got so,dirty and destroyed,and then six months later i would be,rethinking about the recipe and i would,have no idea where it was,or where i got it from so i figured out,or i decided that i need a organization,system,in place for all of those pinterest,recipes and,google or blog recipes or whatever so,i started a recipe binder and i've used,it for the last,year it is amazing and i'm going to show,you exactly how i set mine up,and how you can start a recipe binder,for yourself so,first where i got all of these supplies,for my recipe,binder i knew that i wanted this recipe,binder for a really long time,like liter i like honestly want to pass,it down to my,daughter when i'm older so i was okay,with spending a little more money on it,i found this golden white binder from,russell and hazel,on amazon and it was around thirty,dollars which is,really expensive for a binder but a two,dollar binder would be perfectly fine,and target just came out with a line,that has,an almost identical white and gold,binder to this for like eight dollars so,if you're only one that looks like this,i would recommend checking it out,and then for the supplies that i have,actually in the recipe binder,i got these page protectors just from,amazon they were really really cheap,but this way my recipes can just easily,slide in and out of there once i print,them out,and i can cook with them and if anything,splatters on them i can just wipe them,off so it's super,it's just really really easy to use and,then lastly i got,these um tabs and i found,these tabs from office depot,you could buy them from amazon or,wherever and the reason,that i got these tabs was so that i,could easily just flip to the different,sections and then,i didn't have to i don't know just made,my life easier,something to consider when getting tabs,is that,you want to get extra wide ones,otherwise the normal size tabs,will not fit over these page protectors,and you won't be able to see them when,you,close up your binder like that so that's,all the supplies that i got,it you can honestly make this for under,ten dollars it's,really really inexpensive to make and,that's just how i found it to be most,practical for me,but the great thing about these recipe,binders is that you can make it work,exactly for you and your cooking,and baking methods okay so starting off,with the front section of my binder,in this front section i wanted to be,kind of the,main hub and an easy resource i could go,to while,cooking for different measurement,conversions and like random things,like that so the first page is just a,cover,and then i put my name and year i,created it in the bottom right which i,thought was a cute little touch since,i do plan on giving or having this,binder for a really really long time so,i thought it'd be,kind of fun to look back at that and,then on the,second page is where you can find all,the conversions,and truthfully i never really use this,page because i'll just go straight,to google but i thought it was a cute,little touch,and then lastly is where i have a recipe,page so this is where i can hand write,recipes,and usually everything i use is online,and i just print it out but this is,really good for those recipes your mom,or grandma gives you,next up we have the different food,sections that i have included and what,it looks like,so like i said before this is where you,can really customize the binder to make,it work exactly,for you so the different sections,that i chose were breakfast appetizers,main dishes side dishes crock pot,instant pot dessert and drink recipes,and the nice thing about this is if i,ever want to add more categories,or divide it out different it's super,super easy to do so,then for each category i literally just,place the recipes,in to sheet protectors and put them,right into place and i like to add a,little notes to my recipes so i can,remember,my opinion for the future so like,there i literally say so good leave out,bread to get still like i add a little,different things like that,so that is exactly how

cooking and the grocery shopping,and feeding your family affordably I,actually hate to cook but I do it,because it saves my family so much money,that's a good example for my kids and it,allows us to spend our hard-earned money,on things that I'd rather spend money on,so how do you cook for your family,regularly affordably and simply well one,of my biggest secrets is a recipe,notebook and I'm gonna show you all,about it why you need one how to do it,and I might even share a few of my,favorite recipes with you alright let's,go do it do you find that making dinner,is kind of like the worst thing ever,girl I'm with you I feel that I,absolutely hate coming up with what to,make for dinner I hate it I feel like,sometimes when it's 4:30 and my family's,starving I will just like run to,Pinterest for the internet or apps or,whatever and I'm just scrolling and,scrolling and something looks good but,then I don't have all the ingredients or,something looks easy but I feel like we,eat it all the time and I just get,stumped and then it's tempting to just,go get a $5 pizza and call it a day so,this all started when Bubba and I were,newlyweds I started a recipe binder and,it has been such a saving grace ever,since think of it kind of like remember,those old-school recipe cards that your,grandma had and your mom had and they,would sort through them and pick out,their favorite recipe and make dinner,well times have changed and we don't,really write down our recipes on recipe,cards anymore what happens when you make,a recipe that is fantastic your family,loves it it's quick and easy and a few,weeks later you want to go make that,recipe and you can't remember what it's,called you can't remember what webs,you found it on you can't remember what,ingredients you need it and it just gets,frustrating well our recipe binder saves,the day let me tell you how it works and,then I'm gonna give you an in-depth look,at mine the concept is simple anytime,you cook from a recipe you print it out,or you photocopy it and you put it in a,binder very simple right let me show you,why this is important as you can see,here I might need a little bit of a,cookbook order I love that I do like,finding my recipes on the internet but,the reality is I also love a good,printed recipe in a book that I love,Terk you rainbow so sure it's easy when,you're cooking the recipe from the web,to print it out but what about all these,cookbooks there might be some amazing,stroganoff recipe that you want to make,and you don't know what book it's in you,don't know where it's at so even though,I have my cookbooks here even though,some of them I do feel like I know like,the back of my hand even these go in the,recipe binder when I want to cook a,recipe from a cookbook then I open it up,and I cook it straight from the cookbook,when I'm done I write my notes directly,in the book but then I print off the,recipe and it goes in my binder which is,essentially a collection of all my,family tried-and-true favorites that we,all like and enjoy and the kids are,coming in and getting really loud mmm,I have to show you guys this cool little,gadget that I love so much this is what,I use when I cook a recipe whether it's,printed out or from a cookbook this one,specifically is from I actually don't,know where it's from but I will try to,find the closest thing I can on the web,but what's nice is its glass it's super,heavy and weighted so that when I'm,cooking from a cookbook it actually,holds the pages open though I'm not,doing that weird awkward flip thing,while I'm trying to cook,ignore all the kids in the background,welcome to the page household you've,tried a recipe whether from the web or,from a favorite cookbook you love it,made notes about it so now that's where,the recipe binder comes in you print it,out or you photocopy it and you keep it,in this binder so that when it's a busy,night or you're planning out your meals,for the week you have all your,tried-and-true favorite recipes in one,place let me show you the inside of mine,and how I organized it and how I do it,morning it is not pretty I've had this,bad boy for a very long time and these,recipes are well-loved so don't judge,first of all the notebook I have so many,cute notebooks that I have found on,Amazon I will link those below but this,is one that I just picked up a target,forever ago so just make sure it's cute,the only other things you really need,for inside the binder are clear page,protectors and divider tabs and I highly,recommend going plastic on everything,don't use paper tabs trust me,this is gonna get well-loved also your,cooking so your hands are gonna be gross,and you're gonna be flipping through,stuff and you don't want to ruin the,pages the next thing you want to do is,divide your recipe binder based on what,makes

hello everyone and welcome back to,another notion tutorial today I'm going,to show you how to create a recipe book,just like this,so this is what our end result is going,to look like we're going to have a,gallery view where you have an overview,of all your recipes usually more than I,have right now and then you're going to,be able to switch between views to,filter specific categories just like,this,and when you click on a recipe,this is going to be kind of what you see,or let's check another one,you're going to have this kind of design,you're going to have a picture and then,you can have ingredients and directions,so this is going to be a template we,want so if I decided to add a new,one I'm new recipe I'm able to click on,recipe right here and then it will,create this layout for me which I can,immediately fill out,so let's make our own recipe book we're,going to start where all good things,start,by adding a page,going to click on empty with icon,which basically creates you an empty,page with an icon you're going to name,it I'm going to call my recipe book,and I'm going to change the icon to,something to a link that I already copy,and pasted just like that,it's also going to add a cover which I,will be taking from my own computer but,you can add whatever you want,and while this is loading we're going to,change the design or the font to serif,and switch to full width mode,so this is the rust layout now we're,going to actually add the content which,is gallery view database,going to create a whole new database,and what I'm going to do here is I'm,going to click on layout,I'm going to hide the database title and,switch the card size to small,the next step with databases is always,changing the properties,I want the name to be called oh what did,I do now,going to click on properties,um I will keep this but instead of,calling it name we're going to call it a,recipe it's going to basically be the,name of the recipe,I'm going to delete the creative,property because that just doesn't make,sense and with the tags I will keep this,multi-select type of property but I'm,going to call it category,and what this is going to refer to is,whether the recipe is for breakfast,lunch or dinner and we're going to add,those as options,at breakfast,then lunch,dinner and also snack,I'm gonna change the,color scheme,because I don't like this,kind of pink and we're going to change a,snack too I think Brown I'm sort of,liking this kind of scheme but you can,change it to whatever you want it to be,and we're gonna add more properties the,next one is going to be a URL,we're going to use that to link to,provide a link to a recipe if you took,it off the internet,then we're going to add one that's,text but we're going to call it cooking,time,and we're going to hide it in view,that's something I'm gonna have to do,for,the,property,oh yes I did that double I'm gonna have,to delete that sorry,and we're going to show the category in,addition to the name of the recipe,now I'm going to delete all these Pages,because we don't need them anymore,and what I'm going to do now is create,the recipe template you just saw,click on your template I'm gonna expand,it and as you can see you can see all,the properties here category cooking,time and Link,we're going to change the layout by,changing the font switching to full,width and I also don't like this comment,section in the middle so what I'm going,to do there is,click on off here and we're also going,to disable backlinks,I'm going to add an icon what I like to,use right what I like to use here is the,frying pan icon,here we go and I'm going to change the,cover,to my own picture again,like this,I'm gonna add this image the actual,image will be added by you later when,you have decided on what recipe this,should be,we're gonna add a heading which is going,to be ingredients,and we're going to start a bulleted list,after that we're going to leave,some space and then we're going to,continue with another heading which,reads directions these are going to be,your instructions and that's going to be,a numbered list,so that's already how your template will,look and we're done with that,we're gonna set this new template as our,default template,and when you click on new,this template will be loaded for you,so that's already done and the next step,is we're going to add a view,going to add a view for every category,starting with breakfast select gallery,hyper database title select card size,small,and the most important thing after,deleting this we're going to add a,filter option we're going to filter by,category and select breakfast,now you're going to do that with all the,other categories as well now that you're,done this is what your recipe book,should look like the last thing it's a little baby do you want to learn,how to develop recipes - no he doesn't,care hey guys and welcome back to my,channel I'm gonna be totally honest with,you here a few years ago I had no idea,how to write recipes and now for over a,year now I've had my own blog and I've,been baking and sharing recipes and,baking tips with you and I've learned a,lot along the way when I first started,my baking journey a couple years ago I,would look at all these amazing,cookbooks and bloggers and just really,love all the recipes but I had no idea,how they thought of flavor combinations,how they wrote recipes and I was just,kind of dumbfounded by how to even start,when I searched online for different,resources and tips on how to start,writing recipes I really kind of drew a,blank and I didn't really find a lot out,there so I wanted to share with you my,best tips on how to develop and write,your own recipes from scratch so in case,you're not familiar with my other videos,or my background I attended pastry,school at the International Culinary,Center a couple years ago and then I,worked as a pastry cook at the,restaurant called the Dutch here in New,York City because of that a lot of my,tips directly applied to kind of pastry,recipes in particular but a lot of these,concepts can be applied to savory one as,well so without further ado here are,some of my best tips and tricks when it,comes to developing your own recipes in,order to even get ideas or inspiration,for recipes you first need to do your,research and this is the best part,because this means you get to go out and,try new foods you get to peruse through,lots of cookbooks and just find,inspiration all around you I personally,love to do this by going to new,restaurants or bakeries and just,ordering something new of the menu order,a new matcha lava cake or a really,decadent cheesecake and think about the,flavor profile why did I choose to,include lime in that cheesecake why does,the macho pair well with the chocolate,in the lava cake start to think,critically about what flavor,combinations different chefs use and,then you can kind of jot ideas down and,then incorporate them into your own,baking,I also love to get inspiration by coming,through cookbooks and magazines or even,places like Pinterest because you can,see so many new recipes that you can,draw ideas and inspiration from whatever,I have some spare time I just like to,sit down on my couch and flip through,cookbooks and I'm not necessarily,looking for a recipe to try I'm just,looking to see what they have developed,because I don't know when I'm gonna be,really amazed by something and want to,incorporate it into my own baking I also,find it really helpful to think about,what fruit is in season during the year,because you really want to work on,baking seasonally so right now we're,kind of going into summer times so a lot,of my recipes currently are using things,like blackberries or strawberries just,because they're more readily available,and tastes extra delicious right now,another super helpful resource that I,like to use is a fruit flavor pairing,guide and I developed one on my blog,I'll leave it linked down below in case,you want to check it out but it's a,really comprehensive guide that shows,you a breakdown of all the different,fruits and then what fruits they pair,well with as well as different nuts they,pair well with and other flavors in,addition I actually referenced this,guide myself when I'm developing recipes,because it's really helpful to see,everything all in one place and it helps,you start to learn like oh yeah those,flavors do go well together and then you,kind of keep it a mental log in your,brain for next time when you're,developing a different recipe finally,when it comes to baking honestly the,baking science behind everything is so,important and I didn't understand a lot,of this until I went to pastry school we,spent so much time researching and,reading our textbooks to learn about why,baking soda works differently than,baking powder how different types of,leavening work how you know certain,cakes if they're rise just all kinds of,things are so important and if you don't,understand why these things are,happening when you're baking it's going,to be hard to write recipes because once,you learn that you know when you're new,making soda you know when you're gonna,incorporate lemon juice you know why you,can't substitute a certain type of flour,for like bread flour for instance so I,highly recommend doing the research I,actually have a lot of articles listed,on my blog that have baking science and,tips and there's lots of really amazing,books and articles that you can,reference as well one of my favorite,books that goes deeply into this topic,is here's the backstory I've been baking so,much lately and I've gathered a few,tried and trued recipes that always gave,me delicious results I'm getting kind of,annoyed with looking in tons of,different places for some of them or,remembering the substitutions I made so,my solution was to make a single recipe,book to gather all my recipes in the,same place and write down any changes,I've made here's how I did it I use,thick cardstock but any paper works if I,also use pens a book ring a hole punch,and of course a recipe that I was going,to copy you can probably type up your,recipes and make the whole process a lot,faster but I kind of like the look of a,handwritten one the cardstock I used was,also a little too thick for my printer,dish middle to make the cards I kept a,letter size sheet of cardstock into two,parts that are each five and a half by,eight and a half inches,they're pretty big but I wanted to give,myself room to fit the whole recipe on,the page I listed the ingredients then,drew a line before writing out the,instructions,I had extra space that's the ingredients,list I wanted to fill so I took a photo,of the finished baked bird from my phone,printed it I want to print our paper and,tape that onto the card too,I finished off the recipe card by making,some star stickers using the same mild,liner I wrote the title with and I start,hole punch,I think the card turned out so cute it's,simple enough to not feel overwhelming,but isn't boring to look at I repeated,this whole process with some other,recipes so that I could have a little,booklet at the end every recipe is,different,and I like how each card is slightly,different too because it makes the,booklet more unique and personal,you,halfway through the project I came up,with the idea of flame leaving the,recipe cards to make them sturdier and,resistant to my messes while baking if,you notice the first recipe I was,copying off up there is a large ink,blade in the middle from when I spilled,some water on the paper and after,spending time and effort making these,new recipe cards I wanted to prevent,them from also getting ruined by stray,water drops or flour I happen to have an,old laminator in my home but you could,also use clear packaging tape to,waterproof your recipe cards,a final step is to punch a hole in the,upper left corner of each card and,assemble them onto the book ring,this is a pretty simple project but I,love how cute it turned out to add more,recipes just under the book room and,slide it in place,thanks for watching and let me know if,you decide to make your own recipe but,I'd love to see it see in my next video

hello and welcome back to the fat boy,weight loss channel my name is Aaron,today I'm showing you how I create,recipe books and the sort of the method,that I go through for using just a,normal notebook and how to create recipe,books out of a normal notebook so that,you can keep track of your recipes and,you know where they all are and you can,easily find them when you need them so,let's get started so this video is just,going to be really really quick I'm sort,of going through the method of how I,create recipe books and it's based off,something that's called the bullet,journal now bullet journaling is a whole,process in itself and sorrell her,YouTube channel I was watching one of,her videos recently how she was doing a,bullet journaling and so they got me,thinking I was like well that can,actually apply to creating recipe books,now the way that bullet journaling works,is that you have a to-do list and you,sort of have a monthly overview and,things like that but the format of that,bullet journal is what I pulled out from,that and sort of applied it to creating,recipe books now I've been doing this,now for a little while and I can't,really show you any of the recipes,inside this book because it's a little,bit top-secret at the moment but what I,can do is I can show you the method that,I use to create recipe books and,hopefully that you can use with any sort,of notebook that you've got at home,whether you know this one was $3 from,Kmart,you can create recipe books using this,method out of any single book so let's,get started let's open to the first page,in the first page what you do is you,create an index so you have the the,spread out of the to two pages the first,two pages and you right at the top you,write index and you underline that index,on both pages so once you've done that,then flick over to the next two pages,and we're going to put some measurements,here so those two pages right,measurements at the top measurements and,then give those a page number so one and,two and then what you're going to use,this page for is you're going to come,back and reference things that you've,measured out and you've given them a,weight if this is important to you so,for me I know that,flower is always going to be 90 grams if,it's one cup and same with coconut flour,I already know that it's going to be 40,grams if it's half a cup so that's sort,of what these two sections are for and,then go back to the index and then,create page one and two as your,measurements so you write one and two,and then put down measurements so that's,the basic overview of how to actually,create recipes in a book like this now,the first recipe maybe you're trying out,a variation of a recipe that you already,know or you you have no idea about,creating the recipe and you're just,going to start from scratch so what you,can do is you write variation 1 and then,what you do is you write the recipe name,and you put down the ingredients that,you used and so if measurements are,important to you then you can write the,measurements but if not that's totally,fine you just write the ingredients and,the measurements and then you've write,the method so maybe if it's something,that goes into the oven you can come,back and put the methods in as you're,cooking it so what I like to do is I,like to write the ingredients first and,then I put the method now if you if that,recipe turns out really really well then,you can you know you can stop there at,variation one but very rarely does that,happen you might want to do a slight,variation whether it's changing the,amount of almonds or changing the amount,of salt or changing the amount of,xanthan gum or whatever that is into the,second variation so you've write,variation two and then you come up with,the alternate changes that you've made,so keeping all the ingredients from that,first list but then just writing the,changes to the ingredients that you want,to change and then you make that again,and then you sort of recipe test as you,go through and you come out with the,final recipe so at the top then you,write final and then you put all of the,recipe ingredients down and then you,write the method and then so for me what,I do is I take that method and I take,all of these instructions and then I,upload that to the fat weight-loss,recipe blog so for anyone who hasn't,visited my blog it's a whole bunch of,recipes a whole bunch of really in from,useful information on kid Jake diet but,and this doesn't have to apply to the,ketogenic diet this can apply to just,basic cooking so keeping a recipe book,like this,ensures that you're able to find the,recipe that you want in a really timely,manner so what you want to do with that,recipe that you created at the start you,want to actually put that at the index,so you'll write page number and then,your rice the the recipe name that,you're putting in so that keeps track so,that you know that when you want to,flick to a certain recipe then you've,got the page numbers at the bottom and,then yo

hey this is Nicholas from Nicholas,styles and today I am calling out the,recipe makers the homemakers the club,coaches the recipe developers fitness,coaches Beachbody Coaches homemakers,everyone that needs to create recipes,I'm going to show you how to create a,recipe or a recipe book or a recipe guy,or a listed booklet whatever it is that,you want to call it inside of canva so,it's very important that you know ahead,of the time what it is that you're,creating so you need to know if you're,creating a book or a guide the reason,why this is important is because you,want to get an estimate of the number of,pages that you will need if you're,creating a 3 resource one design instead,of camera is going to be perfect if you,are creating a recipe book that you are,hoping to sell you might want to,consider its rating that way to be down,in two sections what you want to do is,decide that maybe your cover page your,introduction and your breakfast for,instance is going to be in one design,lunches in salads will be in a second,dinner and miscellaneous might be in a,third also important to know your scheme,ahead of the time so are you creating a,recipe book web breakfast or gluten free,or sugar free what is the theme of your,recipe book every ways to dissolve has a,theme it's important to know what yours,is before you get started it's also,important to start and tris board to get,a general look and feel of what it is,that you're hoping to create inside of,your recipe book what are your main,color is going to be what are the fonts,going to be you need to know all those,things ahead of the time so that when,you're sitting down and finally creating,a brace if you look inside of canva,you've already thought of all those,little things that will make creating,your ebook or creating a recipe book,inside of camp as easy simple and,quickly as possible and then add your,branding elements for your recipe book,to your Campbell account if you want to,learn how to set up,can become like a pro ahead of time go,look for the training that I created on,how to set up your camera account like a,troll do is to go do canva account and,go to the plus sign for more design,options and you want to scroll down,until you see provoking and eBooks go,ahead and select the very first design,option now the reason we're selecting a,preset design is because we're hoping to,create a recipe book or a guide and as,little time as possible and the most,important thing is to just get the,content out and then later you can spend,time editing it and styling it up camera,already has some amazing preset designs,that you can use for your licit ebook so,what I recommend you do is to go through,the candle layout to see what they have,when this is a beautiful simple cover,what every recipe book needs is a cover,a content page and introduction page,your recipe pages or chapters and then,at the end what you want them to do next,what their next step is you'll notice,that the free camera layouts are going,to be right at the top and those are,going to be the one that you want to try,and go for sometimes it's just going to,be one option and then sometimes when,you scroll down you're going to notice,that there's a number and that number,indicates there's more designs inside of,this template so for instance if you're,wanting to go for a soft feminine look,this might be a great design to go for,and to answer it all I do is I add new,pages and then I click on the template,that I want to use or you can drag it,what you'll do is you'll scroll through,and you look for design my ass that feel,like they might work for your recipe,book so your brand colors should be,either undefined colors or you will,create a specific new folder for it,called your recipe book and then you'll,also create a photo folder for all of,those recipes all the images that you,want to store them using your recipe,book you,add to a photo folder so let's say that,I would like to go for this side pink,and gold feminine so now what I do is I,add in and create a rough idea of maybe,what I would like to create for my cover,I already know what my legs would be if,book is all about so I can go ahead I,can add the name and maybe just play,around with the basic idea for my book,don't worry about getting your cover,perfect right off the bat just play,around with ideas adding your content,have a general idea but know you can,always circle back and change that,instead of one image you can choose to,have two you can also choose to maybe,bring in an image of yourself okay so,there is a really quick cover ideas try,not to spend too much time on this,because the most important part is just,getting the content out and then styling,it up later so next you want to style,out your table of contents so most of,the time recipe book would have few more,pages in there so let's say yours is,just a quick guide on some breakfast and,you can make that smaller third I'm currently,making I'm gonna show you the funnest,part my favorite part the hard work of,writing it is done we're in the middle,of the food shoot where I do all the,food photography with an amazing food,photographer Simon Smith this is where,you're going to see me plating up with,flair using the most beautiful plates,bowls backgrounds this is dreamland for,me if you like your plates and balls but,especially the ones that using my,youtube channel,I'm Renu Tube videos you will love what,I'm going to be using today because this,is incredible so bear with me I'm very,tired this is the fourth day of the,shove eight days shooting,I'm already shattered but let's go lots,of food is great is that all right so,this is Simon Smith studio you may have,seen it in the first-ever,book behind the scenes video I did for,my first book vegan 100 I was watching,that video the other day and I I think I,look a bit older now especially after,four days of shoots shooting these,recipes is such an intense week but is,so fun I've got my lovely mate mark here,have me was one of the first chefs I,worked under when I first got my first,chef's job at 15 and this is prop heaven,for me you'll see me literally getting,so excited when I choose the plates the,bowls and things like that serving up,the food is my passion that's what I,love that's what I love doing in the,kitchen is serving food beautifully so I,like doing it here because we got all,these amazing backgrounds and balls lots,of lovely food today the next one I'm,going to do now is some a chickpea curry,with some barrows which is luggage,Trinidad and Tobago dish which is like a,fried bread is incredible so I'm going,to serve those up now these recipes are,amazing I can't wait for you to see the,book I'll choose the little pots and,stuff to go with it but I want to make,sure that I'm able then if I want to,post a half on Instagram I can then cut,it down the to Maine,yeah because that could be the,Trinidadian side it's okay yeah that,could be the Indian side yeah yeah,Street food a year,oh yes better yeah and what I kind of,like doing actually with Indian stuff is,if you had like a round like serving,tray I have one at home actually it's,got like metal like prints on it,it's really beautiful yeah look at us,team of creators putting our heads,together rocks don't that it's really,nice like it's a street food for the,baby I've out on one side yeah this,could be the Trinidadian side curry yeah,salads yeah and then the breads here,cool all right then I'm gonna get,cooking anyway here's the bread look at,this look at this,what's rolling pin and while still,alright then bit of salt he wants a,taste turmeric and it bubbles up like,that because of the yeast in it but I,didn't use the wooden things,these aren't there any position I put,those in so you deploy this amazing,stuff,perfect look at this have a quick look,at that this is the kind of setup I need,it did you taste someone have a little,taste of that corn hello clean hands are,washed them last week,I am a food stylist this is how you food,style break it up and then you create a,rustic scapular that's why I call it,food,see but I'm learning how to do that now,ah see look look at that that gave me,the tingles looking at that it's like,you're back at the new house in it look,at that styling beautiful,so we're done a nice simple pasta dish,is a setup all right so let's have a,test shot of this really nice,so I'm going to add a little bit,parmesan to syrup for an option vegan,Parmesan obviously I want them to be all,a bit rustic and very different from,each other,you'd get amazing well done chef,my Denis Simon can you get your mutual,pat on the back getting a proper shot,now on my camera if I can get in focus,yeah beautiful okay so next thing to,come out the oven we got our Apple and,Blackberry pies and I'm thinking like a,farmhouse traditional looking set up for,this one maybe even a chair I like,similar stuff on a chairs you would have,seen in my other two books I'd done that,quite often it's just nice and rustic,let's have a look for some wooden stuff,Simon I'm thinking something quite,traditional for these Apple and,Blackberry pies farmhouse vibes maybe,something like this with a chair,underneath it I'm gonna individually,plate them up so we have like three,plates maybe like a table set up top,down top down because I can angle them,so that you can see the black maybe high,but not dead-on,yeah okay but I would like to be quite,far away almost like that pasture when,we did so we also need to make sure when,we're doing the book because we're doing,like over the 70 pictures something like,that we need to make sure that we're not,using the same props so this is our,farmhouse style table yeah we'll
