Creole,seasoning amusing half a lemon,unsalted butter,cornstarch in as well as the shrimp the,shrimp I'm using are nice and clean and,deveined and they are large shrimp all,right let's get cooking y'all,now first thing we're going to be doing,is season our shrimp I am going to leave,the tail in the shrimp just because I,like it when I'm plating the shrimp it,looks really nice in the plate I know,some people don't really like the tail,when they cook shrimp but I'm going to,mix all of my dry seasonings together,then give that a nice stir once you're,done we're going to add it to the shrimp,and give that a nice mix,thank you,now that we're done seasoning our shrimp,we're going to add our cornstarch right,on top of the shrimp and then use our,hand to mix it together,now the oil on,there then I am going to be adding my,butter because I am going to kinda not,really fry these that's why I added the,olive oil just so my butter doesn't,really burn,um so yeah,once that is nice and melted we're going,to add our shrimp to this make sure,you don't overcook your shrimp okay,you're gonna hear this all the time,every time I'm cooking shrimp because,y'all rubbery shrimp is not fun to eat,you keep on chewing and chewing and,cannot swallow well at least for me I,don't like it so I am going to be,cooking these,two minutes per side because I don't,want to overcook them okay now hi everyone welcome and welcome back to,my channel today i am back showing you,guys another,quick and easy garlic butter shrimp,recipe hopefully you enjoy but before i,begin if you know here hi welcome be,sure to subscribe also if you enjoyed,today's recipe be sure to give it a,thumbs up and let's get started,all right guys here's what you need to,make today's video i am using about one,pound of shrimp i am leaving the tail on,also you will need some dry parsley like,i said this is super quick and easy i am,using four cloves of garlic,and for my seasoning i'm using onion,powder garlic powder paprika ground,black pepper lemon pepper italian,seasoning as well as some salt and you,will need one stick of butter to begin i,am going to drizzle a little bit of oil,to my shrimp give that a quick mix just,like that then we're going to season,i'm going to mix it with my hands just,like that then we are going to cook it,to a preheated skillet i am going to,pour about two to three tablespoon of,avocado oil once that is nice and hot,we're going to add in our shrimp,i'm going to cook the shrimp for about,one minute per side once one side is,nice and golden brown and the tails are,turning pink you can flip it over,now i am going to flip it over allow the,other side to be cooked like i said i am,cooking it,one minute per side,now that the shrimp is nice and cooked i,am going to remove it set it aside i,have another batch to cook so i am going,to cook the remaining of the last batch,then i'll show you guys what to do next,dude,me,and if you're watching right now you,have not subscribed what are you waiting,for on this channel i upload new recipes,at least three times a week giving you,guys ideas on what to cook for your,family so be sure to subscribe hit the,bell while you add it so you can get,ideas on what to cook every single day,okay,now that we have our shrimp nice and,cooked it looks absolutely delicious,we're going to remove them set them,aside and we're going to start working,on our garlic butter sauce,this,now to the sims skillet i am going to,add one stick of unsalted butter once,that is nice and melted you are going to,add your minced garlic,next i am going to add in my minced,garlic i want it to be nice and garlicky,so that's why i am actually using real,garlic however you can throw in some,garlic powder in there but you know it's,definitely going to taste different if,you have some fresh garlic cloves in,there now you are going to cook that for,about 30 seconds then you are going to,pour in some dry parsley like i said,this is quick and easy if you have some,fresh parsley throw that in there but,it doesn't matter i am going to throw in,my,look how beautiful look out oh they,looking good they're looking good now,i'm going to pour in my shrimp give that,a toss here and there at this point you,can turn off your stove your shrimp is,nice and cooked already you just want to,mix it with the garlic and,it is absolutely,delicious and this is how easy it is to,make yourself some quick and easy,garlic butter shrimp at home,mm-hmm,okay guys thank you so much for watching,today's recipe i hope you guys try this,out for your family as you guys can see,it is absolutely super easy to make yet,it's absolutely delicious thank you so,much for watching be sure to give this,video you're watching right now a thumbs,up if you enjoy also subscribe and you,will see me on the next recipe bye guys,you

This Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta Is So Easy You'll Make It All Summer Long

today we're going to make a lemon garlic,shrimp pasta this one is delicious and,it's really easy to make here's the,ingredients there's not too many of them,let's get to prepping it right now new,shrimp these are you 21 25 so about 25,to a pound here's a half a teaspoon of,baking soda,a teaspoon of salt quarter teaspoon of,crushed red pepper and we'll put a,little black pepper on there too just,mix it all together,and we'll let this sit for about 10,minutes,all right guys always like to go over,the ingredients and this is a simple one,there's really not a lot of stuff here,i'm using a half a pound of pasta today,i know almost 99 of my recipes use a,full pound but the written recipe on my,site has a half pound so i didn't feel,like updating that and changing it the,only thing is that has a pound of shrimp,here i have two pounds i'm just making,more shrimp you don't need to use that,many basically i think a pound of shrimp,would probably be good for a half a,pound of pasta so i use the brine,basically changes the ph level a little,bit of the shrimp i think it works i've,been doing this for a long time i like,the results we have garlic i did about,six cloves sliced thin lemon juice,that's a juice of one lemon zest of one,lemon i like a lot of lemon flavor in,this one lemon and garlic flavor not,using wine in this one guys please by,all means use it if you like again been,getting a lot of comments lately saying,like did you never,not cook with wine well we're not,cooking with wine today parsley it's,about a quarter cup or maybe a half a,cup minced nice freshness to it we have,about a half a stick of butter that i,cute so cubing it will allow it to melt,a little quicker when we put it in the,sauce at the end it's really simple get,your pasta water to a boil right now,because shrimp are only going to take a,few minutes all right guys going to use,a 12-inch pan because it's a half a,pound of pasta we don't need that 14,inch pan i'm gonna put it to about a,four out of ten here and then let your,pan get hot for about three minutes,before you put oil down so nothing,sticks simple as that so it's been about,three minutes pan's hot enough okay just,a little bit of oil we need,yeah it's smoking a tiny bit and that's,all right all this weight will bring,down that temperature gonna put it all,in,i probably should have done two batches,but it'll be all right just gonna let it,sit for a second we're only cooking,these for a couple minutes if we cook,them too long they're gonna get,overcooked for about this size shrimp,you need about maybe,oh i don't know three four minutes just,want to get pink on both sides,it's been about two minutes i have a,plate over the side i'm just going to,plop them in here when they're done you,know they did come off and naturally,release fairly well because we heated up,the pan properly so i'm just going to,turn them as much as i can try to get,them the gray side onto you know flipped,over i have my pasta water boiling right,here because this whole dish comes,together in minutes this is a dish that,you could,easily make,your family in 30 minutes all right so,these have been going for about three,minutes we'll give them one more minute,there's a little bit of grayness see,like this one is still gray right here,see that,but they're almost done you just don't,want to overcook them but the baking,soda i find keeps them makes them pretty,plump all right my pasta water is,boiling the shrimp are done even if a,little some of them are a little bit,gray you're going to throw it back in at,the end the residual heat will kick take,them up you just touch them there,they're nice and firm let's get them out,dry it off just a tiny bit,put it right back down on that same heat,level i'm gonna back it down to about a,four i think i was at five and put about,four out of ten again olive oil,garlic and i'm gonna put my pasta in,let's talk about today's sponsor butcher,box butcher box is saka fetch youtube and welcome back to,my channel let us make this delicious,shrimp with vegetables,hello my darling so as i mentioned in my,previous videos i'm doing a no red meat,or chicken challenge for the month of,january this is just a little challenge,that i set for myself and my family so,yes on today's menu we're making some,shrimp with vegetables so the first,thing i'm gonna do i'm gonna wash all of,my vegetables before chopping it up i'm,using this crinkle cutter that i got,from amazon and i'm cutting my carrots,i'm now gonna use a knife and then i'm,just gonna clean and chop off every,other vegetable and put it into my bowl,so once everything was prepped i went,ahead and just added it to my bowl give,it a quick rinse again and then set it,to one side,i'm using this jumbo shrimp and i,already cleaned and deveined it so now,i'm just gonna go ahead and use some,paper towels just to top off any excess,moisture i am gonna season it lightly,with just some all-purpose seasoning,black pepper and some mixed herbs,however you can season yours however you,like okay,so this was my shrimp nicely seasoned so,to a clean pan i'm gonna go ahead and,add in some butter i'm using some,kerrygold butter allow it to melt before,going in with your shrimp because my,shrimp is the jumbo shrimp i am gonna,let it cook for about five six minutes,and after about three four minutes i'm,just gonna flip it over on the opposite,side so that it's cooked fully once my,shrimp is cooked i am gonna remove it,from the pot and set it in a clean plate,just so we can steam our veg,now that the shrimp is cooked in goes,our washed veg but first let's add in a,little bit more mixed herbs the spice,jamaica seasoning can be found by,checking out his website www.spicejam,i really love this seasoning and the,chef is my personal friend so chef ali,big off this is the nicest seasoning,i've probably ever used so yes my,darlings after you put in your,seasonings quick mix i am not gonna add,any liquid or anything to this i am,literally just gonna allow it to steam,it's gonna spring a little bit of liquid,and if you don't want your veggies to be,soggy don't add anything to it okay,cover it put it on the lowest heat and,then after about five minutes this is,how it looks okay you don't want this to,be watery and soggy so hence the reason,i do mine like this and i never have any,complaints i'm now gonna go back in with,my cooked shrimp and i'm gonna give it a,good mix before covering it up for about,two more minutes and this will be ready,well this is it all done my darlings all,done i really hope you enjoy this easy,shrimp with vegetables if you're into,chicken you can always just check out my,chicken with vegetables recipe and yes,my loves it is just as delicious and,tasty as this one i really hope you,enjoy it,try it soon let me know how you like it,it's been a pleasure having you here and,i will see you again in my next one,thank you for watching bye bye
