love them hot hot uh don't forget,the girls you know they start,complaining when you get them too hot,how come you love hot food,um,i don't know i really love hot food so,in there we've got palm sugar,tamarind paste chili flakes some garlic,one nice tablespoon,of fish sauce please,this is looking really good isn't it and,then a couple of tablespoons of oil the,marinade,in how nice a little taste,not your finger jack,that's really good right wings in get,your hands in there and start rubbing in,the marinade please okay,so the secret now is to coat,the chicken wings and all that sealed jar in,the fridge,to awaken the flavors lime roll to,release the juice,next season with salt and pepper and,blend into a smooth paste,heat the paste until aromatic,add in cooled or leftover rice i love,using fragrant jasmine rice but your,standard long grain rice is great too,when thoroughly heated through,serve,thai green curry paste is so easy to,make so with rice like this it's,incredible but simply add to chicken,fish or veg to create a fantastic meal,in minutes,right now for the green beans,beans in,uh bring the water to the ball what's,the first thing i should put in Today we're gonna be making this delicious Tuscan chicken.,Welcome back to our kitchen where we show you how to make delicious family,friendly recipes. Packed with flavor my delicious Tuscan chicken in sun-dried,tomato sauce is rich creamy and totally moorish. We're starting by preheating the,oven to 160 C or 320 F, and then we're going to coat the chicken breasts. Whisk,a large egg in a shallow bowl, in a separate bowl mix together three,tablespoons of plain all-purpose flour, a quarter of a teaspoon each of salt and,garlic salt and half a teaspoon each of black pepper, oregano, thyme and paprika.,Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan on a medium to high,heat, dip the chicken breasts in the egg and then dredging the flour mixture,place the chicken in the pan and fry on both sides until golden.,Now we're going to take the chicken out of the pan and place on a tray and then,we'll place in the oven for 10 minutes to finish up cooking while we make the,sauce.,To make the sauce we're going to add a tablespoon of olive oil to the same pan,and heat over a medium to high heat, add a sliced onion and cook for three to,four minutes until they start to soften,,now add two cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 a teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of,paprika, 160 grams, or a cup, of sun-dried tomatoes, a red bell pepper that's been,sliced and a tablespoon of tomato puree or paste, cook for 2 minutes stirring,gently. Pour in 90 mil, or 1/3 of a cup, of white wine, allow to bubble for 2,minutes then add in 240 mil, or a cup, of chicken stock and a pinch of salt and,pepper. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.,Add in 90 mil, or 1/3 of a cup, of double or heavy cream, 50 grams or half a packed,cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 90 grams or 3 cups of baby spinach. Stir,everything together and cook for a couple of minutes until the spinach,starts to wilt. By now the chicken should be cooked, make sure it's not pink in the,middle, and then remove the chicken from the,oven and add the chicken to the sauce, and cook for another couple of minutes,then top with a sprinkling of fresh parsley. Serve this delicious Tuscan,chicken with potatoes pasta or just a big hunk of bread to dip into that,creamy sauce. there are not a lot of Asian,meal specific meal prep videos so today,I'm going to show you how to make four,dishes that are really heavy in protein,low in carbs that you will absolutely,love that are perfect for fat loss and,your muscle gains this year,we love our stir-fried noodle dishes and,pancit is something that's actually,getting known worldwide the issue when,you're making pizza is if you are,someone that's watching your weight and,kind of want to reduce your carb intake,then yeah definitely there are a lot of,noodles in it when you're looking at,traditional dishes like this and you're,trying to make it healthier it's really,important to look at the elements to,which you can kind of reduce so you want,to be able to reduce your sodium so you,don't put too much soy sauce or salt you,don't want too much carbs and reduce the,amount amount of rice or noodles that,you add in stir fries and just kind of,bump up the number of vegetables that,you put in so that your meal still feels,and looks really full,so I'm going to be doing that by adding,tons of vegetables carrots celery,cabbage onions garlic and we'll be,adding a lot of chicken to the dish as,well way more than the traditional,recipes would call for and just a,limited amount of noodles to really just,make it feel like pancit but make it,healthier,cabbage is one of my favorite,ingredients if you've been watching this,channel for a while you'll see I use a,lot of cabbage because it just adds so,much volume to your dish without adding,much calories to the bottom line all of,the dishes today are going to be one pan,dishes too so that just adds a level of,convenience to everything and I think,all of them can be made,within 20 to 30 minutes oil is something,you want to look at and make sure you're,reducing so here I'm using just half a,tablespoon,garlic onions,to this you can add some already,pre-boiled chicken breasts if you have,it if you don't you can use some raw,chicken breasts and you would add it at,this time so I'm going to be using two,pieces,which is just a lot of good lean protein,once your chicken's in we can go ahead,and add the rest of our vegetables,except for the Cabbage so carrots and,celery basically anything that needs to,be cooked down a little more give that,awesome color and then we're going to,cover everything with some chicken broth,five minutes it's really quick you can,fish out all the ingredients so this is,where it gets interesting a lot of times,you'd add a lot of noodles here we're,just gonna add just the small handful,because really the noodles are gonna be,filled up by the Cabbage a little bit of,seasoning so this is about two portions,so we're just gonna be very careful with,the seasoning about one teaspoon of soy,sauce we can always add more if you want,but I like to control the level of,sodium that I'm putting in there then,we're gonna get a lot of cabbage and,it's obviously you'll see,that your amount of quote-unquote,noodles will just look like there's so,much more in there,make sure we mix in the noodles really,well in there and then to this we can,add in all the other veg,I mean it tastes like really clean the,chicken is cut up into small bits so if,you're not a fan of chicken breasts at,least here it's magical pieces it stays,nice and juicy because it's cooked in,broth,and yes you could add condiments like,crispy onions and crispy garlic but,honestly a lot of those things usually,are cooked in tons of oil and so it just,adds the amount of calories that I might,not be comfortable with if I'm looking,to cut weight now,really good,that galbi is probably one of my,favorite Korean dishes because it's,really simple to make on one pot and you,can build lots of flavor getting a,recipe like this and trying to make it,healthier is a little tricky because a,lot of the flavor comes from the,marinade of the chicken and it has,things like goshujang which it's a lot,of sodium so I'm just gonna take it,really easy in terms of how much I'm,actually gonna add so one tablespoon of,gochug I'm going to make up for that,with some,jaru red pepper flakes a tiny bit of,sugar so we're doing one teaspoon here,lots of minced garlic,lots of minced ginger and usually they,add some sort of sweetened rice wine or,rice vinegar here it's a bit of mirin so,again one to two tablespoons for the,marinade mix all that together into a,paste and then you want to marinate your,chicken at least four hours you can even,go overnight if you want to and exact,same thing as the pancit we're going to,make sure we add a lot of chicken in,there so this makes it a really kind of,heavy protein meal Korean food in,general is actually quite healthy,um like as long as you watch,you know the proportions a lot of the,time healthy food is about kind of how,much you add to what you

what you need to make this recipe,i'm using pepper flakes about five,cloves of garlic also i am using salt,and pepper and as well as some honey,also here we have some vinegar it,doesn't really matter you can use the,still vinegar apple cider vinegar or,whatever you have we have some oyster,sauce as well as some soy sauce also we,have some all-purpose flour,with unsalted butter,and over here we have a little bit of,chicken broth and of course here is the,star of the show,the chicken breast,shall we begin,let's get started,to begin i am going to take a sharp,knife and just slice my chicken breast,right in the middle just like that,all right now that you have your chicken,breast nice and sliced you are going to,take a meat tenderizer to flatten your,chicken breast now you don't have to use,a meat tenderizer you can also use a,rolling pin if you don't have a meat,tenderizer now we're doing this is,because we want the chicken to be nice,and flat and that way it'll cook faster,now if you want you can cut your chicken,into bite size if you don't want to cut,your chicken the way i cut mine you can,also cut them into right sides,now it's time to season our chicken,breast what i'm doing first is,drizzling a little bit of olive oil onto,the chicken,once i am done i am going to use my hand,to rub it in,next i am about to take my seasoning to,season,the,chicken breast i am using salt and,pepper and don't worry guys i know i'm,not using a lot of seasoning that i,normally use but all the flavor is going,to come from the garlic the oyster sauce,the soy sauce this will come out so,good once it's done so just trust the,process okay,now we're going to sprinkle the salt and,pepper all over,the,chicken breast then we're going to flip,it over and of course add the salt and,pepper on the other side,now you're going to take your flour,you're going to dredge the chicken into,the flour you want a light coat of the,flour don't overdo it,you don't want the breading to be too,heavy so don't overdo it and i'll show,you guys what to do with it next,in,once you are done adding the flour to,all of your chicken you're going to set,them aside to cook the chicken i am,going to add two tablespoons of unsalted,butter to a frying pan oops i added a,little bit too much two tablespoons once,melted we're going to add the chicken in,as you guys can see i have some new,frying pan i have move it don't touch,it just let it cook for about five,minutes per side then flip it over cook,the other side you all know how,dry chicken breast can be sometimes now,if you know how to properly cook them it,will not be dry so don't overcook,your chicken breast that's the key if,you overcook it it will be dry,guaranteed dry dry dry so try not to,overcook your chicken breast so it can,be nice and juicy,once your chicken is done cooking you're,going to remove it set it aside just,look how beautiful,this came out i just love cooking in,this new frying pan because my food come,out so colorful and not burnt so what,we're going to do now is use the same,skillet i know i washed mine but use the,same skillet add the rest of the butter,in you are going to cook your garlic,okay that's that's the garlic right,there make sure you chop them pretty,small unless you like chewing on,big chunks of garlic so make sure you,mince them so we're going to cook the,garlic until it's,kind of fragrant and turning golden,brown and then you can add the remaining,of the ingredients,a few seconds later i am going in with,my dry pepper flakes don't add too much,of this a little bit goes a long way,okay so i am going to add that in and,stir it together next i am going in with,my honey just pour that in,honey garlic i love love love the,combination of that flavor,all right now i am going to stir it,together as the honey is cooking make,sure you're cooking it on medium low at,this point now i'm going to be adding in,my oyster sauce just stir it in and of,course i have to get every little bit of,sauce so i went ahead and grabbed a,spoon and just scraped every little bit,of oyster sauce that was on that little,bowl,now i'm going to be adding in my vinegar,and of course we're going to add in the,soy sauce as well like i said you can,add any type of vinegar in this it,doesn't really matter,just to add some hints of vinegary,flavor in there now i am going in with,my chicken broth of course once i'm done,pouring that in i am going

hi and welcome to spice and pans,today we'll be cooking stir-fried,chicken with onion and oyster sauce so,let's start cooking,now we're going to fry the chicken heat,up a pan add in just a little bit of oil,i'm using a non-stick pan over here so,i'm not adding in too much of oil,once the oil has heated up,add in chicken,i'm using over here,one boneless chicken thai approximately,230 grams kind two pieces like this,we do not need to marinate the chicken,because this dish comes with some sauce,don't move the chicken first we want to,brown the chicken on all sides just let,them pan fry for a minute or two now,we'll turn it to the other side,now all this while i'm using medium heat,you can do the same this is how we want,it to be a little bit brown we'll do the,same for each side,now that the chicken has brown you add,in two pieces of red onion kind of,pieces like this put it in,if you like your dish should be a little,spicy you can add in some dried chili,i've soaked two pieces of dried chili,just mix it around,fry this for a minute or two we just,want the onions to soften a bit now,we'll add in four cloves of garlic,sliced very creamy like this,make sure that your onion has softened,or become translucent like this before,you add in the garlic i'll be adding in,also two pieces of spring onion,putting in the fried stem part first cut,into pieces like this,just mix it around,very beautiful dish,now we're adding our seasoning one,tablespoon of oyster sauce,one tablespoon of dark soy sauce,and one tablespoon of soy sauce,mix it around,we'll now add in one teaspoon of sugar,same thing we'll mix this around,now we'll add in four tablespoon of,chinese rice wine if you do not take,alcohol then you can just change this to,water it's fine,smells really really good,this is almost ready add in a few dashes,of white pepper,and now all we need to do is thicken,this up with cornstarch solution,just mix it around,give this a mix,and add in the rest of the spring onion,time to have our lunch,and now the dish is done let's have a,taste,the chicken is cooked just nice you can,feel a little bite on the chicken the,sauce is really really really fantastic,i think this goes best with steamed rice,so ladies and gentlemen i hope you like,our video click like on our video and do,subscribe to our channel thank you for,watching,you
