take it away take it away,feeling too good to me chilling all day,all in your space is where hi everyone,so i had to bring out today to treat my,man because it's our 11 years wedding,anniversary and,also this past week was kind of,bittersweet for us because the 21st,marked,exactly one year of my mum-in-law's,passing so,i had to do something special for hobby,and he wasn't expecting this,at all thankfully my sister-in-law took,care of the kids so we had the house to,myself,and it helped me focus and also execute,the surprise before he came back,so this video is definitely going to,help if you're planning for,an at-home date night especially since,outside isn't safe at the moment because,of corona,so i will share some great tips that can,help you enjoy your dates,at home and of course first thing first,is to make sure the house is clean and,well put together for the dates,i don't know about you guys but for me i,don't like i can't think straight,i can't function in a house that is not,well kept so that is exactly,what i'm doing here i fixed up the,bedroom and of course,when it comes to a date you can never go,wrong with some rose petals so that's,what i'm doing here and,also i'm gonna go ahead and light on,some candles like you need the whole,house,smelling really nice really fresh,i've,before i started to fix the food for the,date i decided to clear out the dishes,in the kitchen because in the morning i,had made them breakfast for the twins,before,they headed out so i needed to kind of,clean out the kitchen to make sure,there are no dishes on the sink like,when i have dishes on the sink you guys,i,don't think straight honestly like i,would be cooking and then at the same,time i would just be kind of my whole,focus is going to be,right on that thing you know to go ahead,and wash it out so,once i'm done with that i headed on to,the refrigerator to get out the chicken,and i think i'm going to go for kind of,a barbecue chicken so of course i had to,go in with my adobo seasoning,some black pepper i just like to season,my chicken really well and,chicken is actually one of them hobbies,favorite food,like he can eat chicken morning,afternoon night so,i knew i had to get some you know,barbecue chicken going,for the date night and i'm just gonna,add some,barbecue sauce and marinate it and then,put it in the um oven to bake,take it away take it away feeling too,good to me,so one of herbie's favorite food is,spaghetti so i decided to make,um spaghetti you know this is one food i,know whenever you save him he's gonna,eat guys like,he really do enjoy spaghetti a lot and,he likes it when you make it kind of,in a jollof form you know you make the,sauce and then you mix it,that's how he likes his spaghetti so i,decided to do that,and also for the sauce i decided to cut,up some onion it's kind of um,you you know fry the onion and then add,the sauce you know make it really really,tasty very very spicy and yummy,and you just go ahead you know and add,whatever vegetable it is you want,if you like your carrots your green peas,you know you can just always customize,them spaghetti i think spaghetti is the,same thing they call lume,so you can always customize it the way,you want it you know the way you prefer,it but for,us we like to make it with some carrots,and some green peas so that,is exactly what i'm doing here and once,i'm done cutting up the carrot i'm just,going to go ahead and add it,into the sauce and go ahead and mix the,spaghetti and the sauce and once you mix,it you give it,kind of i would say 20 25 minutes for,the spaghetti to really get,you know soft and juicy and that is,basically it and also this,is a very very fast meal to make for the,family,asking,and also i'm gonna quickly just spice up,some um shrimps i,actually enjoy spaghetti and shrimp so,this,shrimp is definitely for me i'm just,gonna,go ahead and add some butter into my,frying pan the same frying pan i used,for my sauce because,like come on is the same thing you know,so and also the sauce,the little sauce left on the frying pan,we actually also,help a lot with giving the shrimp a very,good taste,so i'm just going to go ahead and kind,of um,um fry shrimp because you guys know,shrimps don't really take that much to,cook,and as you guys can see like everything,is coming together i have my spaghetti,my,barbecue chicken and now i have,my shrimp,so thankfully the food didn't take a,while to cook so i'm over here putting,on some makeup because we can't go on a,date without glamming up,like of course i'm doing what i would,normally have done if we were going out,to a restaurant,and of course you know you have to look,good and also smell good too,so i will use one of my favorite colon,so what other music would fit the,occasion if not How are you? Did you know that today is a very special day for me?,It's Deil and I's wedding anniversary. And,we're already 24 years. I feel bad for her,,she's suffering for too long because of me. And because it's our anniversary,,I'll cook a simple dinner for today.,I want to buy her a diamond earring.,You know, I saved for this for such a long time.,I hope no one will judge because this girl is really special in my life.,But while I'm doing it, I want us to be together.,Because you were a big part of our lives. And,after that, I'll shop for simple ingredients,,for the food we'll eat this evening.,I'll cook the pasta called 'Pasta al pomodoro.',It's very simple and it's light.,I also want the protein to be light, so,I'll cook salmon separately. I'll bake the salmon fillet,I'll just glazed it.,I checked some jewelries here.,There's a lot and all different so it's overwhelming,when you see the items.,So this one here is a 1 1/2 carat total weight,So this here is thousand.,I decided on choosing the simplest one.,The one with no dangles or too much designs.,I'm happy because I finally bought my gift.,See? Even my eyes are smiling.,It's time to shop.,I went to the nearest supermarket,to buy the ingredients for the spaghetti that I'll cook.,And I also bought the sauce for the salmon.,All the ingredients for the spaghetti pomodoro is ready.,And also the salmon, all the sauces.,Let's cook.,It's time to make our anniversary dinner.,These are two dishes. but at least i washed,my face to a little trip stick on i,did crusty my hair just anywho hey y'all,so today is september 1st,tuesday september 1st and today is,chris and i's anniversary,so today me and chris makes three years,i'm so excited about that,but this vlog is because,we celebrate our anniversary this,weekend in chris's mind we're ju we did,it already like we celebrated today,gonna be a regular day but,not for me so today i wanted to just,surprise chris,with a homecoming meal and i gotta do it,anyway,and just like kind of decorate the house,and make it look like cute and,cool so that is what i'm gonna do today,so he has,no clue that i am doing this to begin,with i'm trying to get his reaction like,when he walk in the door,i already know he's gonna be laughing,because the minute he see me he gonna,see the camera hi,hi he's so cute with your crusty face,anyway so that is what we're gonna do,i'm gonna take you guys with me so,let's go,say let's go,all right bye y'all see on the flip side,i feel for y'all i am tired okay,i got all my groceries i went to walmart,i couldn't vlog that because i had,cameron and it'd be a lot trying to vlog,with a baby and corona,like can't do it got,these plates that you put on top,underneath your plate type of thing so,this would be,cute to like put our dinner on top of,these this is what i got,cool,forgive me i'm out of breath i got some,strawberries of course i'm trying to see,if i'm going to do like a strawberry,hennessy drink,or like what i'm gonna do with the,strawberries but i got them just in case,some butter just some regular butter i,just wanted to use a stick i have,regular butter that you gotta scoop out,but i just wanted a stick for the steak,so yes got some mozzarella cheese,because i like mozzarella cheese,in my potatoes so that's what we're,gonna have on the menu like steak and,potatoes,with shrimp skewers kebab things we're,gonna see what i come up with,then i got cam some chicken nuggets this,is what he eats,and some pizza rules this is what he,used to put that in the freezer,next up i got some cheap wine,for the illusion of things plus this is,the one we normally drink i could have,got some expensive,or cool wine or whatever the good stuff,is but i'm not gonna,venture out today i'm gonna just get,what i know we like he drank this so we,getting this we got this,so i got some wine i also got the sh,skewers the kebab sticks whatever y'all,call them i got some of these,i'ma probably just use two but this is,good for like later on in life i guess,if i ever decide i want to do some more,kebabs and stuff but um yes got these,and we're gonna see how i make the,shrimp kabobs,also got this little banner is so cute,it says,cheers to love so cute right so we're in,love,this is cute y'all i also got some apple,cider vinegar this is like off topic but,apple cider vinegar pills cause your,girl about to be snatched stomach about,to be flat flat in real life,not photoshop i'm so fake y'all,so next up i got some i just got a red,bell,pepper and a jalapeno that's like,garnishing stuff and i cook,i'm cooking my steak in the red bell,peppers too um,they didn't have no big red bell peppers,i was so salty,next up i got the potatoes the baked,potatoes i got two because i have one at,home already,here already so i got two more baked,potatoes,them baked potatoes will small y'all hi guys welcome to another village so,today is gonna be all about my,anniversary dinner basically our trip,got canceled due to Kovac 19 so I,thought why not do a dinner at home so,we went to the grocery store to stock up,on our groceries for the next week at,least and I also bought some of the,stuff for tonight like roses and some,candles we are basically gonna do a DIY,kind of like dinner so if you guys want,to see the preparation and the final,setup please pick you as you can see,there's so much to do I'm gonna start,cooking now I initially planned to make,beef steak but since Tesco has run out,of beef I bought minced beef instead to,make meatballs with asparagus and mashed,potatoes and then I'm gonna make tomato,bruschetta for appetizer and for dessert,it's going to be pavlova with cream,cheese frosting,I'm actually kind of torn between,setting up on the dining table versus,the sofa bed but I think I'm gonna go,with this one because it's gonna be a,little bit more unconventional I've,never really seen anyone doing decor on,sofa bed so this is gonna be a new one,for me I'm hoping I'm making the right,choice here

hey guys welcome to another vlog um,this is a strange well it's not strange,this is a different viewpoint because i,cannot find any of my,freaking tripods so i have my phone on,like a mini tripod,i'm hoping in the middle of this vlog or,at least after this segment i'm i'll,find my tripods because you're like low,and i'm like looking down,um into the camera so anyway i'm just,i'm trying to like,get a decent angle so you're not just,like looking at my nose,but anyway i am you know just getting,ready to film i'm trying to,figure out what to film,um i am pre-filming i actually have a,friend coming to visit me from new york,i am so excited this is uh one of my,very very best friends i've known her,well she likes to remind me that she has,known me longer than,my husband has known me,but she's coming for a little bit over a,week and so,you know i'll be around it's not like,i'm going anywhere she's coming here um,but i really don't want to film and edit,while she's here,so i'm trying to just get that out of,the way before she comes um and so it's,always um,you know it's always interesting it's,like well what can i pre-film i can't do,like,oh will i buy it because then it's just,it's just outdated you know um or,uh like a new release and then like post,it a couple weeks later because then,that's that's outdated so it's just it's,like okay what can i film what can i,film ahead of time what will still make,sense,in a week or so or whatever so anyway,that's um that's what i'm thinking about,this morning,um,what else have i been doing i went to i,mentioned this place in my last vlog so,my last vlog where i did the shop with,me,um in the middle there i went to a new,gym it's called stride,and it basically is,um i i mean i i don't know because i,i've actually never taken a soul cycle,class but i think it's the same idea as,that except instead of bikes it's,treadmills and um so i had my first,class today it was my free first class,and it was,great it was great i don't know if you,guys,know this about me if you've been,watching me since the very beginning you,probably do but i used to be a really,big runner,i ran the new york city marathon,this is,you know uh 14,14 years ago,almost in november it'll be 14 years ago,that i ran the new york city marathon,but i used to love to run and i still do,love to run but my,but i didn't really take care of my body,while i was training,anyway long story short um i just,haven't really,gotten fully back into running and i,would like to i really really enjoy it,it is like my form of meditation um it's,when my mind really really,uh like when i'm running out excuse me,when i'm running outside like i feel,my thoughts really kind of turn,almost like inward and then fully,outward like when you meditate i don't,know if you guys meditate anyway um so,yeah so i thought this would be a good,way to kind of get back into,running um,because i did a class today where it was,kind of like,it's marketed as like kind of like oh,half and half like you're half on the,treadmill and you're half on the floor,where you're doing like weights and,stuff,like calisthenics kind of or like hit,movements,and,uh it didn't feel like half and half it,really felt like maybe closer to like 60,40 or 75 25 maybe they market it more as,like 60 40,on the treadmill,off the treadmill,um,and it was tough it was tough i really,just haven't spent that much time,running at orange theory,it's about like half the class so at,most you're on the treadmill for like,20 25 minutes um and in this class i,would say i was on the treadmill for,about 35,35 minutes almost 40 minutes,um that's a difference that's that's a,pretty big difference so anyway,did that,um really really enjoyed it now i'm just,trying to think like do i want to join,do i want to,supplement otf do i want to,cancel otf and go to stride just for a,change,yeah so anyway did that went to my,chiropractor,so that's good that was my,fourth meeting with him and i don't have,any dizziness or vertigo,i'm going to say that partially it,probably has something to do with the,chiropractor i think also the weather i,think the wet weather that we've been,having here in vegas has actually helped,because,rain always kind of dampens seasonal,allergies you know it kind of like just,washes all the pollen away at least,while it's raining,and i do think that was kind of,contributing to my dizziness and vertigo,so uh anyway went to the chiropractor,this morning and then just got ready,and now i guess i'm kind of i'm like,procrastinating with you guys because i,should be filming,but i'd rather sit here and talk to you,guys um but i actually,am about to refill this diptique,hand soap so this was one of the things,that i bought in that shop with me vlog,and i was gonna refill it and i was like,i'll just kind of continue from the vlog,the last vlog and fill it up with you,guys,so one of these bags,should,fill up,yeah almost exactly so yeah this says to,you,now what i'm doing today is that today,on our second anniversary on our third,anniversary,my love is at work yes guys she went to,work,because hapic was launching the new,brand,the new uh bathroom scrubbing uh i don't,know what it's called,new york washer bath bathroom that's,what her people are launching,and she's part of the people that are,called for that event,so she's not at home so i had decided to,take her out for dinner tonight because,i didn't want to make,a big deal out of it because the big,deal,was supposed to be the russia that's,what we did going back to our parents,and thanking them,for allowing us to get married but now,the big deal became,uh that said then we didn't have to do,anything today apart from martina,so i was waiting for her tonight and i'm,like oh she's gonna be late,so i decided and because of curfew and,we can't go for you know a long stay,somewhere for dinner i'm going to do it,at home so what i'm doing,i'm going to go to the balcony and set,up like a small setup,an intimate setup a table dining set,and you know just pangaki lakitu and so,we can enjoy a beautiful romantic time,there,and the reason i got this idea she had,wanted us to do a couple's dinner so we,went to queen's kitchen where,they have amazing amazing utensils so if,you're looking to do,a beautiful dinner setup definitely,check them out and that is you don't get a chance to,repeat them,both from divine collections by the way,so i'm thinking of wearing black because,my love is wearing black and white,so instead of this because it's too,shouting,i hey guys welcome to my channel so today,i'm going to be sharing a romantic date,night at home so hopefully this video,will give you ideas or inspiration if,you're thinking of doing an at-home date,night sometime soon so the first thing i,like to do of course is make sure that,my space is clean and the living room,was a little bit out of place so i just,wanted to go ahead and pick up in here,really quickly i do have a full clean,and decorate with me for valentine's day,so if you guys want to check that out i,will link it in the description box,below,and i just like to make sure that,everything is nice and clean this is,something that i would normally do,anyway but on a date night it's really,important because you don't want to have,a date night and the house be a mess so,just take the extra few minutes to just,clean up and make everything look really,nice and put together and that way,you'll enjoy your date night that much,more,and you want to make sure that you're,lighting plenty of candles because,candlelight is a must whenever you're,having an at-home date night it just,really helps set the mood and it just,makes everything a little bit more,romantic,and i'm gonna go ahead and start,prepping for dinner so we were having,steaks and i want to go ahead and just,prep those and marinate them so i'm,rubbing a little bit of olive oil on the,steak and this really just kind of helps,tenderize it a little bit and for the,marinade i'm just going to be using this,larry's marinade that i picked up at the,grocery store something really simple um,it doesn't take a lot of time but the,flavor of it is really really great,and once you get everything marinated,you want to add aluminum foil and put it,in the fridge and the marinade is really,just going to help tenderize the meat,and give it all the flavor so just throw,it in the fridge until it's time to cook,and now i'm going to plate these,chocolate covered strawberries so i,bought these so i wouldn't have to worry,about making them myself they are really,simple to make but it's just one less,thing that i had to have on my to-do,list so i'm just adding these to the,plate so that they will be ready for,later tonight,now i'm going to go ahead and set the,table and to really give it that steak,restaurant feel i'm going to add this,white tablecloth and this makes it look,like you put so much more effort into it,i ordered this tablecloth off of amazon,super affordable so i'll link it below,but i love adding the white tablecloth,because it just makes it look a little,bit more fancy so i'm going to add some,flowers to the center of the table and,then also some candles,and of course you want to make sure that,you have your wine selection so i have a,red one for dinner and then a rose for,dessert and now i'm going to go ahead,and add the plates glassware and,silverware and having everything already,on the table just gives it more of that,restaurant feel,now i'm going to get started with dinner,so we're just going to keep it really,easy we're having steak mashed potatoes,and asparagus so i'm gonna boil the,water for the potatoes and i'm gonna add,a little bit of salt to it,and i'm gonna be using these go potatoes,to make the mashed potatoes and they're,going to make the best mashed potatoes i,either like to use the gold potatoes or,red potatoes so yeah i'm just going to,go ahead and peel the potato i don't,really like the skin left on mine so i,do like to peel the potato all the way,but of course you can do it however you,prefer,i'm gonna cut the potatoes into smaller,pieces i feel like this just helps them,boil a little bit faster,i'm gonna get started with the asparagus,so i'm gonna wash it and then add it to,a paper towel take another paper towel,and pat it dry,and i already started heating the olive,oil so i put it on medium high heat and,now i'm going to go ahead and just add,the asparagus and i'm going to add a,little bit more olive oil on top of the,asparagus,also add a little bit of water and salt,and i'll cover it and normally cook it,for about eight to ten minutes,so now i'm going to take this pan and,i'm going to coat it in butter and i'm,going to get started with the steaks,i'm gonna cook the steaks for about,seven to eight minutes on each side only,flipping them once now i'm gonna go,ahead and whip up these potatoes so i'm,adding a little bit of heavy whipping,cream and also butter to the potatoes,and i don't like my mashed potatoes too,creamy i like for them to be a little,bit kind of chunky to where you know the,potatoes are still a little bit whole so,yeah i don't like them too too creamy,but yeah adding the heavy whipping cream,just really makes them so amazing so,that's pretty much all i add to the,potatoes,and i slightly overcooked the asparagus,for my liking i normally cook it for,about eight to ten minutes i like for my,asparagus to have a little bit of crunch,to it so if you like it that way then,eight to ten minutes it's perfect,so i added everything to the ta

it's tarah and welcome back to my,youtube channel today I am so excited,because I have my lovely husband here,can we get an applause Golf Classic he,is joining me on this video today,because we are going to be doing a,romantic dinner for two for Valentine's,Day are you so excited I'm so excited,are you so excited he's never in the,kitchen with me yeah this is one place,they'll actually never find me you know,is here it's the worst way I can make a,good peanut butter and jelly sandwich,and that's the extent not even that good,that even lumps of peanut butter it's so,bad and then he leaves crumbs everywhere,needless to say I don't like my husband,in the kitchen with me this is my if,this is practically my office space yes,and like cars domain and you just leave,out of it anyways so today we're gonna,be doing four courses,stop it stop laughing okay this is,serious we're doing four courses today,we're gonna do an amazing salad with an,avocado cilantro dressing we're gonna do,a shrimp appetizer with tomatoes and,saffron and then we're gonna do a,pomegranate glaze salmon dish and also a,black berry cobbler I'm gonna be so good,today,delicious I don't know Rob I've scored,you kind of scored with you really no I,scored with you I love you so it's gonna,be a good time I cannot wait to show you,what we're gonna be making today and how,you're gonna spice it up for a romantic,night in or Valentine's Day or any kind,of holiday that you just want to you,know light up some candles candles and,nice anyways let's go let's do this mmm,ah all right guys so the first thing,we're going to be making is our salad,I'm making our salad first because it's,easy I could put it away and the good,thing is is that I can make this ahead I,can even make this the morning of or the,night before and just kind of let it sit,in the fridge and bring it back out when,I'm ready to serve on that note I have a,bunch of romaine lettuce I'm just going,to cut that up I have a little bit of,scraps here I'm just gonna chop these up,as well right the next thing we're going,to add to the salad is some radicchio,so radicchio is so good for you it's,crazy and it's really good for your,libido it's really great for your,hormone house so I always like to add it,to my salads it's like so next thing,we're gonna do is we're gonna add some,celery so I'm gonna add about 3 celery,here perfect the celery in this really,adds a nice crunch and depth we're also,gonna add some cilantro perfect the bad,guys give that a good little tossed and,that is it for our salad bass super easy,because let's be honest on a romantic,night you don't want to be slaving away,in the kitchen you want to have an easy,dinner to make that is romantic but yet,not exhausting to make you want to have,a lot of energy afterwards because you,want it you don't want it to like defeat,the whole purpose of a romantic night,end right so we're making this really,easy and simple now that we have our,salad we're gonna make our salad,dressing I have a little bit of water in,here I want to say it's about 1/4 cup to,about half of,cup of water we're gonna add an add-in,avvocato in whole avocado is good there,we go,get in there there we're gonna add some,lime juice I like to add the juice of,one lime we have two garlic cloves I,have 1/4 but a 1/4 cup of cashews which,I did soak overnight so I like to soak,my caches before I put it into a,dressing because it's more creamier and,it just tastes a lot better,also going to add some cilantro pack,that in there I'm putting this into my,little ninja Bullitt thing but feel free,to put this in your blender whatever you,have to blend it up I'm going to add,half of an jalapeno and de-seed it as,well take out all the little seeds spice,is always good as an aphrodisiac because,it gets your blood flowing also adding,some good quality olive oil I want to,say that's about 1/4 cup we're going to,add some salt and pepper yeah a little,bit of salt for good luck just going to,close this all up and put it into our,blender,alright guys so that's it for the,dressing we're just going to pour that,into cute little container so that we,can serve it elegantly with our dish,later okay guys so the next thing we're,going to do is make our pomegranate,glaze for our salmon I have a wild,salmon sockeye salmon here and it's at,about a two pound filet,I got a large portion that way we can,like do it kind of family-style and,share it together I feel like that's,such a romantic way to serve your dinner,so on that note for the glaze I have,three tablespoons of white miso I have,some garlic chopped up garlic about a,love garlic so I always put a lot in,mine but it's good to have about three,or four cloves of chopped garlic next,thing I have here is two tablespoons of,maple syrup two tablespoons of avocado,oil two tablespoons of pomegranate,molasses you guys pomegranate is so good,for your sex drive so you definitely,want to add that also I'm going to zest,one orange and after we zest the orange,we're g
