all right,so first stop of the day is a restaurant,called oof they specialize in different,types of dishes made with eggs and the,concept behind this restaurant wants to,show the versatility that egg has so a,lot of the dishes are inspired by egg,dishes from the United States from,Israel from France from England and,other parts of the world okay they have,quite a few options I have no idea what,to choose Eric Benedict sounds,interesting and this shark shark sounds,interesting as well my thing with,ordering is always order something that,you couldn't easily make at home and the,tuna melt we could easily make ourselves,egg Benedicts like a poached egg I still,haven't figured out how to make that so,I'll go for that yeah and I'll have the,shark sugar,oh that's the one so Tim got an ice,Americano and I got a nice latte so it,definitely seems to be a trend to have,restaurants here in Amsterdam that are,based on around one ingredient so this,restaurant you have the avocado show,that we went to before,it's very warm,thank you thank you oh my God this looks,amazing it looks excellent,it looks amazing it smells amazing let's,see if it tastes amazing so the dish I,ordered it's actually a Israeli dish and,it's made of two poached eggs in spicy,tomato sauce chickpeas harisa feta and,some Middle Eastern spices so let's dig,in,oh my goodness,wow,the bread is also very very high quality,you can definitely feel there is a lot,of spice in it but it's quite subtle the,egg yolk is really runny it matches,really well the rest of the sauce look I,can find some chickpea pieces here,there's some very small pieces of seeds,inside sesame seeds and some herbs very,flavorful actually,the egg is still perfectly runny inside,the flavors really melt well together,and because it's like a soft bread,the sauce kind of like absorbs into it,so it makes for a very smooth mouth feel,I guess,so let me try a little bit of yours yes,of course,very different than mine it's a,completely different vibe yours is more,like smooth and creamy I mean mine is,very creamy as well mine has more of an,intense flavor in comparison yeah I,would say yours is like a taste,explosion,exactly,if
