hey guys welcome back to my channel in,today's video I'm going to be doing what,my two and a half year old eats in a day,I'm gonna be sharing with you a couple,different meal ideas that are perfect,for picky eaters and ones that are also,toddler friendly so for today's,breakfast I'm making her scrambled eggs,I'm actually making some for the baby,too so I just have eggs milk salt and,pepper and also I put a little bit of,spinach in there which is kind of like a,quote unquote hidden vegetable and she,actually eats it right up I top it off,with some cheddar cheese and that makes,it super yummy,I'm also popping in the toaster and,English muffin to split between both of,the girls and then I will make my eggs,so this is one of those things my,toddler becomes kind of more of a picky,eater about she does not like eating,avocado plain toddlers are so crazy,she'll only eat guacamole but not plain,avvocato however I did read somewhere,that a child has to be introduced to,some foods over a hundred times before,they develop a liking for it so rather,than just accepting the fact that she,doesn't like avocado I am gonna keep,putting it on her plate until she takes,a bite here and there I definitely don't,force her to eat anything and I found,that she actually enjoys a lot of,different foods because I don't force,her to eat them so this is what she's,having for breakfast I also put some,peanut butter onto her English muffin,and I'm giving her water in this little,mason jar it's actually a mason jar for,kids I love feeding her drinks out of,glass instead of plastic just because I,prefer glass for my kids but I know it's,not great for on-the-go I'll actually,link these below as well and they are,leak proof which is so good as you can,tell I have a very nosy toddler she,seriously loves to eat although,sometimes she is picky about her,vegetables she has a pretty hearty,appetite because I do wait until a,little bit later to feed her for every,meal I find that I feed her too early,and if she doesn't get enough outside,exercise she does not want to eat her,food so I make sure to feed her,breakfast around 8:30 and she eats it,almost all up oh it's barely tasted,subscribe me please giving back please,so for lunch this is actually the first,time I ever made this and it's kind of,more of a kid-friendly meal they're,called like little pizza bites they used,to be called Bagel Bites back in my day,but obviously most moms wouldn't feed,that to their kids nowadays because,everyone tries to be healthy,these are definitely far from healthy,but it's a better option and I don't,know I thought it was fun for a change,so I bought bagel fins I put some wheat,Oni marinara sauce on top of it with,also some mozzarella cheese and mini,pepperonis and we brought them to the,park with us and she thought it was the,most fun thing ever I seriously love,feeding my kids it's like weirdly one of,the best parts about being a mom just,seeing their reaction to food I honestly,think it's because Doug and I are,foodies ourselves so we just love to,like eat with our kids it's so fun I,also just got this bento box from Amazon,and both Annabelle and I are seriously,obsessed with it I don't know why but,whenever I put food in it it's so,satisfying to have everything and there,are little containers and she doesn't,even really go to school yet but it's so,fun to bring this to the park it's also,washable and you can just take out the,inner part and wash it in the dishwasher,so we love that I also put cherry,tomatoes carrots with ranch and,applesauce in her pail,so for dinner tonight we made salmon,squash and potatoes in the oven we,actually used a bagged potato brand from,a Kroger I am all about frozen,vegetables and frozen food it's so much,easier with two kids and Annabelle,actually loved it the key to getting her,to eat vegetables with her dinner is to,serve them as a quote unquote appetizer,I put them on a fancy little tray I even,put like dipping sauce with them and she,seriously eats them all up the only,reason she ate them tonight with her,food was because it was like 6:30 when I,was filming this so she was very hungry,and for dessert I give her a little pop,this is just blended strawberry and,banana and she absolutely loved it,in order to bring you guys into my,pantry really quick to show you some,other really easy meal options as well,so this is something that we have,probably once a week they're called,kodiak cakes I find out with most,pancakes they make my whole entire,family and get the shakes at like 10,a.m. if we eat them at 8:00 that is,probably because normal ones are full of,sugar and these ones are protein packs,so they actually keep us full for longer,sometimes we'll add in an egg or like a,banana just to make it even more hearty,and Annabelle loves these now that it's,beginning to be fall this is something,that we eat a lot we get the soups from,Trader Joe's this is the creamy not,going to want to miss,but for now let's take it over to the,kitchen and check out some of these easy,toddler meal ideas,so first up on our breakfast list is,carrot cake oatmeal,so you're gonna need some cinnamon quick,oats maple syrup,raisins shredded carrots and whole milk,measure out a quarter cup of oatmeal and,then just add enough water to cover the,oats before stirring them,next you're just gonna go ahead and,microwave them for one minute,i chose to just use shredded carrots for,this but you could just shred,one yourself if you'd like and then i,just cut them up into,smaller pieces next you're gonna stir in,one to two tablespoons of milk i chose,to do two,one tablespoon of maple syrup add the,shredded carrots and some raisins,i like to go ahead and mix everything,together after each step,just to ensure that everything's mixed,well and then before serving just add,some cinnamon on top,and mix it one last time this was luke's,first time trying this,and he definitely really loved it so i,just think it's a great option to,mix up oatmeal a little bit,next up for breakfast we have banana,pancakes or,fruit pancakes whatever you want to put,in them i love using this kodiak cake,mix we get this,big thing from costco but i love that,they have extra protein in them so they,are,more filling i don't normally do this,step but today i had an extra ripe,banana so i just decided to,put it in first before i put the mix in,and then mash it up with a fork,and mix it in with the dry batter for,the pancake mix you just do,however much you want for the dry mix,and then just add equal parts water,i was cooking for the whole family this,morning so i did two cups of dry mix and,then,two cups of water i actually think i,wound up adding a tiny bit more water,because i mashed that ripe banana in in,the beginning,so just keep that in mind if you choose,to do the same thing,then i just take a whisk and whisk,everything together before adding some,sliced bananas,what's mommy going to make,pancakes what kind of pancakes is mommy,making no,no banana pancakes luke is,clearly very excited about the banana,pancakes they are one of his favorites,so i like to try and let him get in on,the cooking as much as possible,once everything's mixed together i just,go ahead and melt some butter in a,skillet,and then scoop out around four mini,pancakes,i do put a little bit of butter on these,and then cut them in half so they're a,little easier for luke to eat,our last breakfast recipe are these,vegetable and cheese egg cups,you can use whatever kind of veggies you,want i just stuck with broccoli,but these are super easy and quick to,make and they're a great option,for meal prepping for the week if you,want to have something to just pull out,of the fridge,and stick in the microwave you want to,start by preheating your oven to 375,degrees,and then you're gonna crack six large,eggs into a medium sized bowl,next measure out a quarter cup of milk,and then whisk,the eggs and the milk together like i,said i chose broccoli for this recipe,but you can choose whatever kind of,veggies you like,just chop up enough for a half a cup and,then add them to your egg mixture,next you're going to add half a cup of,shredded cheddar cheese,and then salt and pepper to taste before,mixing everything together,until it's well combined next you're,going to take your muffin tin,and generously spray eight cups with,cooking spray,before scooping the mixture into the,cups,just a note you don't want to fill them,up too much so make sure they're about,three quarters of the way full place,them in the oven,and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes or,until the eggs have set and the cheese,is golden brown,i serve this dish with some cut up,grapes and some chicken sausage that i,got at costco,so our first lunch recipe is avocado,toast so i'm just popping in a piece of,toast right here,and then washing off some veggies that,i'm gonna serve with it,today i'm gonna be serving these with,some grape tomatoes and mini cucumbers,so i'm just gonna go ahead and slice,those up while,i wait for the toast to be done,once the toast is done you're just going,to cut an avocado in half and then scoop,most of it out onto the toast and

hey welcome back to mama try i'm,juliette and today i have some more,toddler meal ideas for you i have,breakfast lunch and dinner so i really,hope you,enjoy thank you,for this morning's breakfast we're just,doing something super simple just some,cheesy eggs and bacon and i'll show you,how i do it i am making breakfast for,the whole fam bam today which is myself,luxie and stefano so that's why i'm,making more than normal but i'm just,cracking all of my eggs into my big,measuring,what is that called,measuring thingy all right so i turned,my griddle onto medium high heat and i'm,adding a splash of cow's milk into my,eggs you can use whatever kind of milk,that you like cow's milk oat milk almond,milk i don't care just throw some milk,in there and then you're going to whisk,all of that up to make some cheesy eggs,now i am spraying my griddle with some,olive oil spray just to make sure that,none of my eggies are going to stick and,i'm just putting the whole thing on the,griddle and as you can see i'm kind of,tilting it so that way it won't spill,everywhere,because i have had that happen before,and it is not fun this is going to be,much easier if you're using a skillet by,the way but you know i like to do things,the hard way,now once the eggs have stopped moving,around and they're not so runny i'm,going to start with the magic so first,sprinkle with some salt and pepper or,whatever seasoning you like in your eggs,i'll warn you i know that i make a lot,of healthy food this is not one of those,healthy things okay you could use better,cheese and it'll be a better situation,but this is just craft singles you guys,i wouldn't say that it's the healthiest,but man it's delicious and luxie loves,her cheesy eggs and for whatever reason,it just doesn't work out if i use any,other kind of cheese i've tried,it's just so much better with the craft,singles,what is in that stuff,i don't want to know i really don't want,to know,okay i'm going to google it right now,okay i'm back from google to give you,all of the information that you didn't,ask for so,um my consensus here is that craft,singles is made out of 98,real cheese but they also add in things,like whey protein concentrate and sodium,citrate,so,i really don't think it's that bad the,added ingredients just kind of give it a,longer shelf life which makes it not,real cheese,so honestly i'm more confused now than i,was before,it's also being phased out in australia,so there's that,now that you've learned something new,just cook those eggies up put the fake,cheese on there and then kind of,scramble it up and let the cheese melt,in there and how i'm making my bacon,it's the lazy mama way this is the,kirkland bacon i'm gonna change your,life if you've never tried it if you,don't have a costco around you i'm sorry,but this bacon,it's so good so it's already fully,cooked which means it has a lot of,sodium in it but you know it is what it,is all you have to do is microwave it,that's it and it's perfect every time,it's perfect just buy the bacon okay,it's delicious,i am serving luxie's eggs and bacon with,a danimals yogurt and half of a banana,and i'm just going to be eating the eggs,and bacon stefano is going to be eating,eggs and bacon and he's making himself,toast,hold up wait a minute i noticed a lot of,you that watch my videos don't even,subscribe what are you doing it for,like a minute i'm telling you guys this,stuff is amazing,alright so for the lettuce wrap in the,sandwich i'm just first putting on some,deli cheddar cheese for the bottom and,then on top of that i'm going to be,adding some,deli fresh,mesquite smoked turkey so it's the,specific deli fresh mesquite smoked one,that is so good i normally just get all,of my deli meat straight from the deli,and not packaged because something about,it just kind of grosses me out but this,stuff is actually really really good i'm,just adding the bacon on mine because,luxie didn't want it on her sandwich and,then change a thing today I'm gonna,sharing four of our family's favorite,recipes but as a request this video is,going to be piggy toddler favorite so,each meal in this episode is toddler,proof and like button because it really helps,my channel out and I would appreciate so,much and now let's get into the first,recipe so it is just after 6 o'clock and,I haven't even started there yeah Daniel,is late so the kids are just watching a,movie so that I have time to actually,get in and just some of the cooking but,tonight's dinner is gonna be a really,quick and easy pasta recipe it's only,gonna take about a half an hour to cook,but about an hour ago the kids had a ton,of watermelon so I think they'll be ok,that dinner is gonna be about 45 minutes,late tonight so anyways,tonight I will be making a creamy tomato,basil pasta and serving it with some,French bread and a vegetable on the side,so ignore my dirty dishes over there but,these are the ingredients that I have,for the recipe very simple I always make,my pasta sauce from scratch this Trader,Joe's organic tomato sauce is really,good it does have a little bit of,seasoning but I always like to add a,little bit more and adjust it to taste,and I don't really have any measurements,either for this recipe I just kind of,dump everything in but I will type out,approximate measurements for you guys,down below and then you can just adjust,it to your own taste so we have some,tomato sauce so,shelf-stable whipped cream I love having,these in my pantry I don't use cream all,the time so if I only use part of a,bottle the rest usually ends up going,bad before I get to it so I love having,this on hand in my pantry so that if any,recipe should need it I can just quickly,grab it so we also have some organic raw,honey some oregano basil and garlic,powder some Parmesan cheese and then,some organic penne pasta so the first,thing I'm going to do is put a 3 quart,saucepan on the stove over medium heat,and add some water to it I like to boil,my water in my kettle just because a it,boils a lot faster that way and then I,pour that into the pot also I like to,add a small handful of coarse ground,pink Himalayan sea salt to my water that,will make it boil at a higher,temperature but also it will season the,pasta next it's time to start with the,sauce I just open the cans and dump them,into a 2 quart saucepan to that I add,about a tablespoon of honey this is to,balance out the acidity of the tomato,sauce and later on I'm going to taste it,and see if I need to add more to flavor,the sauce I like to add about a teaspoon,and a half of dried oregano and also a,teaspoon and a half of dried basil and,then about one teaspoon of garlic powder,after that I'm just gonna give it a,quick mix and then taste it to see if I,got the seasoning right before cooking,it on the stove and I'm just gonna bring,it to a simmer over medium heat after,that I added one pound bag of penne,pasta to my boiling water and gave it a,good mix so the pasta wouldn't stick,together I always like to put a lid on,my tomato sauce because otherwise it's,gonna get all over after that I took my,microplane zester and just zested about,half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese you,can get this pre shredded but I love,using fresh parmesan it is so much,better and it also only takes a couple,extra minutes once the pasta sauce has,reached a boiling point I turn down the,heat to about medium-low and let it,simmer for a few minutes longer after,about four or five minutes I add all my,shredded cheese to the sauce and mix,that up until the cheese has melted,because my cream is the shelf-stable,stuff it's already

clicking on today's video,i am a mom of two so i have a,one-year-old and a three-year-old,and so this video is about my,three-year-old and what she eats so i'm,gonna show you guys what she eats for,breakfast lunch and dinner i'm gonna,tell you if you are new here,my daughter riley is extremely picky,there's only like,a handful of things that she will eat,we've struggled with this like her,entire existence like,she's just a very strong-willed toddler,and she doesn't want to try anything new,at this point so,anything that looks foreign anything it,could be the most delicious looking,thing and if she hasn't tried it by this,point she doesn't want to try it so,we're working on that,um it's just been hard so if you're also,feeling the pain and feeding your kid,and you're like what the heck do i feed,them i feed them the same thing every,single day,um i'm with you on that so i'm hoping,that at the very least this video will,give you maybe,some kind of inspiration or tips maybe,you'll see something here that you,haven't tried before or at the very,least that you,remember that you know we're in it,together you're not alone it is the,hardest thing honestly like in my,daily tasks of things to do the thing,that gives me the most anxiety honestly,is,like what am i going to feed my kids for,breakfast lunch and dinner i am not a,chef by nature,it's hard for me to cook things from,scratch so i'm just trying here and i,hope that this video helps in some way,so let's get into it and if you guys,are new definitely subscribe click that,red button i share a lot of breakfast,breakfast is usually like the easiest,thing for me to prepare for riley,because she has like a couple more,things,that she likes to eat so this is a very,typical breakfast for riley,so i'm starting out with some yogurt,riley likes yogurt for the most part she,has some days where she's a little bit,pickier but i love these stony field,organic yogurts i think they usually,sell them at target and sometimes you,can get them at walmart but they're a,little bit healthier don't have as much,sugar so then what i do is i typically,will,put some chia seeds on top of the yogurt,i tell her that it's sprinkles this is,just like how i tricked my child into,getting some more nutrients in there,so she has her yogurt with sprinkles as,she calls it and then i'll always give,riley in the morning some kind of fruit,sometimes it's like multiple pieces of,fruit but at least,one piece of fruit i'm very lucky in the,sense that at the very least she will,eat fruit,blackberries raspberries bananas,mandarins like i don't really think that,there's,too much that she won't eat so we kind,of rotate through whatever,fresh produce whatever fresh fruit i,have in the fridge blackberries are one,of her favorites so i'm here just,chopping them up i do still chop up all,the fruit and maybe i don't need to but,i am still definitely afraid of choking,hazards,so i just chop them up a little bit to,make them easier for her to eat or at,least to make me less stress about it so,then the next thing i'm preparing for,her are some of those beveda breakfast,biscuits that she likes what i'm gonna,do with these i'm gonna put some peanut,butter on them,these are the actual belvita brand ones,but at aldi if you shop at aldi they,have like a house brand i think it's,called like bentons or something which,is exactly the same,so i'll just spread a little bit of,peanut butter on them sometimes i do,almond butter too just to mix it up but,this way at least she's getting some,protein,so again a very typical breakfast for,her and then i'll also give her her milk,so she has like two percent milk with,her breakfast every morning,and then just to give you like another,variation of that this is what another,breakfast looked like for her another,day just,half of a waffle with some peanut butter,spread on it she just recently started,eating waffles you guys so that was a,big win for us,so now i can do the same thing with a,waffle put some peanut b

Today,I have a toddler meal idea video for you guys so one of my old toddler meal idea,videos from when my son was 11 months old,he's 26 months old now he's getting a lot of traction lately and it's getting,a lot of views and I figured if you guys liked that then I should probably do an,updated version of it so this is gonna be an updated toddler meal ideas but I,will have that old one linked down in the description box below if you have a,younger toddler and they're looking for some meal ideas for them definitely,check that out my toddler is definitely gotten more picky as he's gotten older,so if you have a picky toddler on your hands these are some great ideas I give,you some tips and tricks to get your kids to eat some food bribery along the,way so let me know down in the comments how you get your kids to eat their foods,and then if you're interested in some ideas let's go ahead and check these out,if you are new here don't forget to hit that red subscribe button and they're,just down below and then give this video a big thumbs up it's a really easy and,quick way you can help me out let's jump into the ideas I'm gonna give you guys,five fresh new meal ideas,and since becoming a mom I literally is like I found my purpose,so for tonight Center charlie is gonna have one of these pouches we love the,happy baby and happy top pouches this one has a spinach in it and sweet,potatoes he also really loves omaha's spinach and kale and pears in it but I,love them because they tell you how much of all the ingredients are in there so,he's gonna eat this and get some veggies in and then for dinner he has some salsa,cream cheese at chicken and that I made the recipe is up on my channel if you're,interested with some green beans and some strawberries and if he finishes all,of this he can have some apple sauce or something like that for dessert,but that's gonna be his healthy toddler dinner tonight,so this is how much they hate most of his strawberries he had a couple of the,green beans it pretty much all the pouch and then he had a half of the amount of,chicken I gave him so my son's not a great eater and feels really takes a lot,of milk but tonight's healthy kids meal I am going Charlie these a kid fresh,chicken meatballs turkey absolutely loves these he devours them and I love,them because they actually have a bed base so if you look at the ingredients,the first ingredient is chicken and the second ingredient is vegetables and so,it has celery onions and carrots mixed in there and I love that you can,actually see in the veggies in the meatballs so I just microwave these for,like 45 seconds and then I cut him up for Charlie and he loves them so much,and then I'm just gonna give him some more green beans that we are leftover,and then he's also going to need a pouch for dinner her the usual he didn't have,this one that has purple carrots bananas avocado and quinoa in his tonight so,this one doesn't have nearly as many veggies as the one we usually give him I,only has half of a purple carrot but it's still full of other really good,ingredients for him he's gonna eat that for dinner tonight so he is having milk,to drink with dinner and then I also know giving him,dip because he asked for it with his meatballs,he is eating this Hunt's 100% natural tomato ketchup it has no high fructose,corn syrup in it it does have sugar which I'm not a huge fan of but it's not,very much and it's better than like an artificial sweetener so he really is,enjoying this we don't always give him catch up with,these meatballs a lot of times he doesn't need it but he asked for some,tonight so we went ahead and gave himself the yummy and that is the,healthy toddler dinner date you so firts at dinner tonight truly is going to have,again one of these pouches this one has spinach apple studios and,Kiwis in it this is the same one yeah the other night when I showed y'all I,don't know one third top which was good he's also going to have,green means again it's pretty much the only vegetable we have on hand right now,it's canned green beans so that's what we're eating and then he's gonna have,this yeah bacon cheeseburger casserole it is a keto meal that I made it for the,family this is what it looked like the recipe is on my channel if you're,interested that's my husband's and but he's just gonna eat that with us it has,eggs meat cheese cream cheese and bacon in it so pretty hard me if he's gonna,eat that and then if he wants dessert you may have like an orange or some,apple sauce is it good yeah do you like your casserole okay so my toddler is,healthy dinner for tonight we are just having a salad so it has romaine lettuce,and spinach and then I have some broccoli in there for Bonzo beans black,olives avocado cheese and a little bit of ranch dressing and then there's some,chicken on the side or put his on the side just in case he doesn't like the,salad part and there's mine and t
