because you,know you're an adult when you have an,air fryer don't forget to thumb this,video,okay let's start off with the most,important meal of the day,breakfast airfryer breakfast cookies yep,you heard that right and these are so,easy to make just mash up two ripe,bananas add a fourth cup of peanut,butter one cup of gluten-free oats three,tablespoons of chia seeds for extra,fiber give it a good mix and then add a,half a cup of your favorite chocolate,chips mix one more time and then use a,cookie scooper and place them directly,on some parchment paper inside your air,fryer then i place them directly in my,air fryer at 350 degrees for 10 minutes,when they're done they're crunchy on the,outside and chewy and warm on the inside,i love having these with my morning,latte this is my first time making,cookies for breakfast i'm not hating the,idea cookies are delicious hopefully,this one turns out first i need to smash,two bananas,then once it looks like mush i'm ready,to add in my peanut butter i'm pretty,sure she used like the healthy type but,we're using skippy as always i'm just,gonna guesstimate this,they're creamy style oats with flax seed,and omega three so it's somewhat healthy,okay we're guesstimating again,one cup,one cup we'll mix it and then it's too,runny yeah come on this is tick-tock no,one has time to measure stuff so the,story about chia seeds guys i had every,intention to put chia seeds in this but,then i realized that my mum,finished my chia seeds so she's to blame,these could have been healthier but,they're not but hey that's life instead,we're gonna substitute it with more,chocolate chips,healthy,healthy i bought the semi-sweet kind,there was the dark chocolate but hey,this one,will taste better,and i can eat on its own after,this is the people,it's only 70 calories per serving it's,finally false we have oats again,exactly okay so mixy mix mix,it feels quite wet still i think we need,more oats more oats,it's getting there i think it looks a,little bit wet maybe we should have,measured but hey it's because we didn't,have chia seeds so it just threw the,whole recipe off,should put my chocolate chips,oh shoot,it's fine it's fine it's fine this is,gonna taste even better that looks good,look at that mixture yummy yum yum okay,oh shoes,died,it's a dangerous job guys but someone's,got to do it now i'm ready to scoop it,in my airfryer can you see that,and then i'll just flatten it out with,my fork,that's looking pretty good now they're,going in the airfryer for 10 minutes,try not to drop it try not to drop it or,don't drop it,yes i was trying to show you guys from,this angle that's not okay i mean it,looks like cookies,oh,look at that,yes,they're a little bit,soft at the bottom though are we trying,it we're trying it,oh god it's so soft,very gooey oh gooey i mean it tastes,really good it tastes like those really,like soft moist cookies is it too hot,i think if you let these cool down it,will harden up the top is crispy the,bottom though it's a little bit soft i,think if you want you can flip the,cookies so you can get that nice,crispiness at the bottom i actually,don't mind i like this,very chocolatey,so much chocolate,oh shoot it's healthy guys,do you want to try try this,it's hot it's hot tastes good but not a,cookie texture,you can keep it,hey laila you want cookie you want a,cookie,it's conscious hey guys it's Danny and today I am very,excited to share my new favorite snack,slash breakfast recipe with you guys it,is a three ingredient banana oatmeal,cookie and literally all you need to,make these cookies are bananas oatmeal,and chocolate chips so it's a very,simple recipe to make and what is so,ideal about these cookies is they are,great for this time of year because they,make a delightful breakfast on the go,they're perfect for lunchboxes great for,after-school snacks it's basically a,really easy meal to make and it's a,really good to grab and go so to get,started the first thing you need to do,is to grab two medium sized bananas and,we're just gonna mash them up in a,medium sized Bowl with the back of my,fork so what I like to do is break them,up before I get them in the bowl just to,give them a head start and then I just,mash them with the back of a fork now,the bananas I'm using today we're just,starting to have some brown spots on,them and this totally works for the,recipe but as you may or may not know,the browner your banana is the sweeter,the banana is because the sugars start,to develop more so ideally you want to,let the banana sit on the counter for a,while you could use really brown bananas,for this recipe or you could use bananas,like I just used both will get the job,done the biggest difference is you'll,have a slightly different end texture if,your bananas are super ripe then the,cookies will be like a little bit,chewier if they're like mine the cookies,tend to have a little more bite to them,and it's almost like there's more like,banana bits throughout the cookie so,like always make it work for you and use,what you have once you've got all the,bananas broken down like I have here and,you can see it's basically it's like,banana baby food almost and there are,some little chunks throughout that's the,way I like it because I like the texture,then you are ready to add your oats you,can do either rolled oats or quick oats,personally I like to do a combination of,the two let me show you something very,quickly good old-fashioned rolled oats,like these as you can see they are,still in a-hole flake form that have,been rolled out so they're a little bit,more Hardy than your quick oats which,have been parboiled and just broken down,a little bit more now the biggest,difference here is that the quick oats,are gonna absorb the banana more than,the rolled oats would so really this is,a question of the texture what's the,endgame that you're looking for I have,found that I like to do a combination so,I do one cup of the quick oats and then,I do a half a cup of the rolled oats now,you could certainly do all the coats,that would work and if all you had on,hand were the rolled oats then what you,would do is mix them in with your banana,and just let it sit for like 20 minutes,30 minutes before you make the cookies,because giving it a little bit of extra,time to sit well will help those oats to,absorb some of the banana so the cookies,aren't so dry they'll end up being a,little bit more moist that way okay and,then the final ingredient I have here is,a third to a half a cup of mini,chocolate chips one third to a half of a,cup depending on how chocolaty you want,your cookie then you're just gonna get,in there and stir all of this together,and what you're looking for here is that,the oats are all coated with the banana,and well mixed together but it's a,fairly dry mixture technically speaking,you could add a little bit of cinnamon,or vanilla or a pinch of sea salt to,this recipe all of those would just,enhance the flavor even a little bit,more if you tend to like things on the,sweeter side you could certainly add a,tablespoon or so of maple syrup or honey,and if you wanted to skip the chocolate,chips and do like a nut and raisin or,some dried cranberries you could do that,as well as always I want the takeaway to,be to take this as a base blueprint,recipe and make it your own,okay so this is coming together exactly,the way I want it to be you could take a,look at the mixture it looks very,similar to a very hearty cookie dough so,once you've got that consistency and,everything is mixed well together you're,gonna grab a rimmed baking sheet and you,either need to coat this down with a,little bit of cooking spray or do like I,like to do and lay a Silpat mat on there,so nothing,dicks and then all I do for these,cookies is I take about a heaping,tablespoon and I like to put them in my,hands and kind of roll it into a ball,and then flatten it out these cookies,are basically gonna come out of the oven,the way they go in so they're not gonna,do a lot of spreading once they're in,the oven so you really want to form the,cookie before it goes in and I find this,recipe will get you somewhere between 15,and 16 cookies you know back in the day,I was a big Dunkin Donuts girl I would,love to go get a cup of coffee and I,would get it with like a muffin or a,muffin top or some type of pastry that,they had there and then when I

hello and welcome to mashable's air,friday where we air fry anything and,everything in the name of deliciousness,i am cultural reporter tim marson and,this week we are air frying,a breakfast cookie,this recipe comes from tiktok,where uh nicole addison on tik tok made,this bio recipe of a breakfast cookie,now you might be thinking what is a,breakfast cookie is this just like a,chocolate chip standard cookie and the,answer is no this is kind of a,healthy-ish,version of a cookie something like kind,of a breakfast bar and a cookie shape,hopefully that'll turn out nice and,delicious let's start with,this is half a banana mashed up we've,got half a cup just normal oats this is,half a scoop of protein powder,this is a teaspoon of baking powder,we've got a tablespoon,of almond milk,tablespoon of coconut oil and then,finally for toppings we've got some,cinnamon and some chocolate chips uh the,steps here are easy the next step we're,going to do is we're going to get a bit,of mix a big mixing bowl we're going to,put it all together and we're going to,form it into a cookie shape,i'm gonna take actually i'm gonna save,the chocolate chips for the end i almost,made a mistake there we're gonna top it,sort of like a chocolate chip cookie but,i am going to give just a sprinkle,of cinnamon to mix throughout because i,feel like that'd be a little bit better,mixed throughout the cookie rather than,as topping,so once we got that,we're just going to mix it all up,this looks a little wet,but i'm sure we can form it into a patty,of sorts and then top it with chocolate,chips and then get in the air fryer so,that's our next step,but let's uh get a piece of parchment,paper down so that way the cookie's not,leaking through to the bottom i've taken,a piece of a sheet of parchment paper,and laid it down that's where our,cookie's going to go,so that it doesn't seep through or,anything during the process while you're,air frying the cookie now something to,consider is try not to take up the whole,bottom of the basket with the parchment,paper so you still get air flow,throughout your basket,we're just gonna take our batter form it,into kind of a puck shaped,deal,so i'm kind of just making like almost,like a burger patty,like so,what i'm doing here is a very technical,term,we're just smooshing it down,we're just going to take some chocolate,chips,and drop them right on top,okay our masterpiece is complete we've,got a big old breakfast cookie we're,going to put in the air fryer 360,degrees 10 minutes and we should have a,nice tasty breakfast ready to go,and,honestly i think i probably would have,cooked it for less than 10 minutes,it's looking a little,bit,burnt but not too bad i'm sure it'll,still be tasty,so here's what we got,kind of a little more charred exterior,than you'd probably hope for but,all things considered could be worse,so i cut off just a little piece,if you see here,it's not bad on the inside,it's got a nice like fluffy texture at,least from feeling it,that's pretty good um i mean listen is,it a,ultra sweet chocolate chip cookie that,you're gonna get from some like very,fancy bakery no but that's not really,what you want for breakfast every day,anyway,it's a little sweet it's got some nice,texture it's almost kind of like because,i'm eating it warm,it's almost like if you took,granola maybe kind of a granola e cookie,i appreciate that texture that you get,from the oats,and it's sweet enough to where you can,still,justifiably call this a cookie i think,it's pretty good i think it's a nice,pretty healthy way,pretty easy you know if you're in the,market for like more of a sweet,breakfast,i think this is a pretty good option i,would recommend it

to get some of these in,your ballet,let's go okay to start i've got four pro,tips that you need to know before you,start baking your airfryer chocolate,chip cookies boop i'm,chocolatey number one a lot of websites,and blogs we're recommending,these airfryer parchment papers that,have the cute little holes,what i found is that it just blew the,paper,smooshed my cookies together and i ended,up with these really odd,shape cookies which you know whatever if,you're totally cool with that,they still taste fine they just don't,look as cute so instead,what i found is i just use this cute,homemade foil sling,i could use this more than once where,the parchment paper you could only use,once and then you would need to use,another one,and also this is easier to pull out of,the air fryer because i could make these,cute little holders,so use the foil it did not cause any,problems with a burnt bottom,for my cookies in my air fryer tip,number two you want to go uniform,size you could use a cookie scoop i have,found this one to be the perfect size,i've got a link for you below you can,also use your kitchen scale,for the recipe that i make 39 grams is,perfect amount of cookie dough,for the perfect size cookies for your,air fryer,tip number three let your cookies cool,you can leave them sitting in the air,fryer for about five minutes,and then lift them out and then set them,on a cooling rack for about another five,to ten minutes and then they will just,be,so perfect you don't have to worry about,them falling apart and lastly,tip number four every air fryer is,slightly different,i have the philips xxl airfryer,yours is going to be a little bit,different than mine i recommend going a,little bit lower on the bake time,because you can easily add another,minute or two,so you'll find the perfect time that,works with your airfryer,i have a few other golden nuggets as i,whip up this particular batch of cookie,dough,check out this recipe we've perfected it,and it's,oh so good for this cookie dough you,need one egg at room temperature,i have a trick for that sugar brown,sugar,oatmeal a stick of butter softened i,also have a trick for that,all purpose flour lemon juice vanilla,salt cinnamon chocolate chips of course,in your baking soda,start out with your mixing bowl so,you're going to need a softened,stick of butter i just put mine in the,microwave and soften it i keep it,wrapped that way you'll have,butter splatting everywhere drop that in,your bowl,and then you need a third cup of white,sugar a third cup of brown sugar,and just get your mixer and mix that up,till it's nice and smooth,you will need to scrape your edges of,course next,time for the room temperature egg all,you need is a bowl of,warm water put your egg in there as,you're pulling everything out,by the time you get to kneading it it's,going to be the perfect temperature,crack that and then you're going to add,one teaspoon of vanilla,and here's the magical ingredient just,an,eighth teaspoon of lemon juice you can,use real lemon juice,but i just use the stuff in the bottle,go ahead and mix that up,scrape it it's gonna get nice and fluffy,and this is the magic of the recipe it's,just this,nice soft fluffy dough and we're not,going to,over flour it then you're going to want,to get your dry ingredients going,what i do is get a 2 cup measuring cup,and then,add one cup and two tablespoons of flour,then a half cup of rolled oats half,teaspoon of baking soda,a half teaspoon of salt and a quarter,teaspoon of cinnamon,then i just use my butter knife and stir,up the flour oats baking soda salt and,cinnamon,so it's ready to dump in the bowl as i'm,mixing now you only want to mix for,about 45 seconds you do not want to over,mix this,then set aside the beaters and it is,time to stir,in your chocolate chips now for this,recipe you can do anywhere from one to,one and a half cups,just however many chocolate chips you,love and this dough,is light sticky and so ready hi i'm mckaylee welcome back to my,channel,if you're new here i share holistic,health and wellness tips and tricks and,vlogs each week,today i'm gonna show you how to make the,quickest,simplest healthy air fryer cookies,you are only going to need a few,ingredients that you probably already,have in your kitchen,and if you don't have an air fryer you,can definitely make this in the oven as,well i will share how to do that these,cookies are vegan they're gluten free,and they're also of course refined sugar,free too,perfect,first up is my healthy breakfast on the,go cookie,you're going to add 1 cup of organic,oats,1 3 cup,almond flour,this is the dry base and then you're,going to add in whatever mix-ins that,you like i'm adding two tablespoons of,flax seeds and two tablespoons of cacao,nibs,now i'm adding a couple handfuls of,crushed walnuts,and a handful of slivered almonds and,raisins,and also a teaspoon of sea salt,now you'll mix all the dry ingredients,together,now you'll add in half cup crunchy,peanut butter,and 1 4 cup maple syrup to the dry,ingredients,now mix everything together,you won't get a true dough like,consistency with this recipe but it,should all be well combined like this,now you'll scoop the dough out into,balls on parchment paper,and then flatten the cookies out since,they won't flatten naturally in the,airfryer,this is what they should look like,before going in,now you're going to carefully place them,in your airfryer,and you'll bake them for seven minutes,at 350 degrees,i'm making another batch here with the,leftover dough and i'm making these,cookies larger with a larger scoop like,i originally meant to do with the first,batch,and here are the cookies they are great,to have on the go or just have as an,afternoon snack,next up is the peanut butter chocolate,chip cookie this one is much more of a,true yummy dessert,you'll need 3 4 cup blended oats 1 3 cup,almond flour,1 teaspoon of sea salt,2 tablespoons cacao nibs,vegan chocolate chips or a vegan,chocolate bar like i am doing here,you'll mix all the dry ingredients,together,then add in half cup of crunchy peanut,butter,and 1 4 cup maple syrup,mix until a true dough consistency forms,now scoop the dough onto parchment paper,flatten into half inch thick cookies,you can round the edges here to make,sure that everything is even,again you are just going to air fry for,seven minutes at 350 degrees,these cookies are so yummy and gooey,with a crispy edge and a crunch from the,cacao nibs and the crunchy peanut butter,they are yummy eaten right away but the,real tip here is that they're actually,even better when you let them freeze for,30 minutes to overnight and then you,enjoy them cold with plant-based milk,thank you guys so much for watching this,video today i hope you try one or both,of these cookie recipes out and let me,know if you do and what you think in the,comments below,i so appreciate your guys support and if,you haven't already subscribe so you can,see more videos like this from me each,week

today we're making one minute microwave baked  oats and i know i'm late to the baked oats party  ,but the after party is the best so i hope you're  still here if you've never had baked oats consider  ,these a cross between oatmeal and i want to say  cake sort of these are quick and easy delicious  ,nutritious the perfect breakfast on the go and  you can say you had dessert for breakfast and it  ,took one minute i do like to use oat flour for  these mug oats every time i've tried to make  ,this myself it's never come out this fine you see  this beautiful texture right here well mine never  ,looks like this so i do prefer to just buy it if  you don't have oat flour like i said you can make  ,this yourself the texture might not be a spine but  you won't have to go out and buy it we're going to  ,start with my favorite one no joke i just had this  for breakfast it's what i call the cookie dough um  ,oat monk cake if you're not sure which out of the  three you want to make make this one because it  ,is amazing you want to start out with very loose  peanut butter i just microwaved it for about 10  ,seconds the peanut butter is going to replace the  butter and the egg in this recipe as a sweetener  ,i'm using maple syrup it just really gives you  that breakfast cake vibe and it's delicious  ,but you can of course use honey add the milk oat  flour and baking powder i just give these a quick  ,toss beforehand now you want to mix this well and  you do eventually want to switch to a spatula the  ,peanut butter loves to steak to the bottom of  the bowl so make sure to scrape that bottom well  ,perfect time to mention why i'm making this  recipe in a bowl and not directly in a mug  ,it's for this reason it's just easier to scrape  the bottom of a big bowl rather into a cup because  ,i'm filming a youtube video and i just think it's  prettier this way add more chocolate chips on top  ,and you're gonna pop this baby in the microwave  for about a minute to a minute and 30 seconds  ,every microwave is different so keep an eye on  it but do not over cook this overcooked oats have  ,the worst texture possible i'm telling you okay  and we want a nice fluffy mug oat now these will  ,slightly deflate in the center that's completely  normal oats do not have gluten so they're not  ,gonna give this mug cake the same proper texture  that plain flour would serve this warm this is so  ,comforting and delicious it tastes like cookie  dough for breakfast if you love cookies if you  ,love chocolate chip anything you have to make  this moving on we're going to make the double  ,chocolate version which is just as delicious  again we want to start out with melted peanut  ,butter add the sweetener of your choice the milk  the cocoa powder oat flour and for breakfast  ,the last one we're gonna make is what i call  banana bread oats you know the drill by now so  ,start off with loose peanut butter add 1 4 of a  banana that's about 25 grams and i know this may  ,not seem like a lot of banana but you have to  remember okay this is a single portion here add  ,the maple syrup and you want to mash that banana  well out of the three mugos i would say this is  ,the one out of the three that resembles oatmeal  the most it has a creamier denser texture because  ,of the banana nonetheless it is delicious i've  added the milk the oat flour and baking powder and  ,again you want to mix this well not only does this  have you know peanut butter maple syrup it also  ,has bananas so you want to make sure everything is  well incorporated you can add some chocolate chips  ,if you like you can add some cinnamon some vanilla  you know whatever whatever you like in your banana  ,bread because this has more of an oatmeal texture  i do like to add nuts i just love the combination  ,of that dense cakey texture and the crunch of  the nuts it is so good it's such a good combo  ,pop this in the microwave for about a minute and  30 seconds again this will slightly deflate you're  ,gonna wait tw
