hey guys welcome back to my channel in,this video I'm going to show you how we,do our freezer breakfast burrito meal,prep day I do this a bunch of different,ways so I'm just gonna bring you along,today I start with a huge pallet of eggs,and a bowl to crack eggs into and then,my biggest stainless steel bowl that I,will make the actual burrito filling in,as I go so I'm starting by just cracking,like a whole bunch of eggs I ended up,doing the entire top layer of this,pallet which is 30 eggs and depending on,the day how much time I have all the,other ingredients that I'm using I might,come back for eggs but this is all I,ended up using today for this batch it,takes a little while to beat that many,eggs when they're all in the same bowl,but then I just added a little bit of,milk and some pepper,while I get some butter melting on the,stove in a pan I'm gonna start preparing,everything else so I had a whole ham,pre-chopped to the day before and in the,fridge and so I'm just pouring some of,that into my big hole and then Garret,this batches for Garrett my husband he,likes a lot of cheese and so I'm putting,a bunch of this nacho taco blend cheese,and then I keep green onions chopped and,ready in the freezer so I can throw,those into anything so I sprinkled some,of that in there and then I always keep,a big bag of frozen spinach in the,freezer as well so I'm just putting a,big handful of that to get some greens,into his burritos by then my butter was,melted so I poured half of it into my,pan that's about all that fits so I just,have to cook the eggs in two different,shifts unless I want to get out like a,bigger pot but I feel like it cooks more,evenly and I can watch it better when,I'm not doing it all at once so two,shifts is fine and then I just work on,everything else sort of while they're,cooking,I pour a bunch of jarred salsa into our,burritos my husband takes them to work,and microwave them and if I don't put,some sort of moisture in there they are,a little bit dry so salsa add some,really nice flavor and definitely adds,that moisture in there as long as I was,cooking I figured I should eat breakfast,so I put some of those eggs on a plate,for myself so I'm telling you guys,there's really no recipe I kind of just,keep adding things until the ratio of,what's in the bowl looks good like looks,like what I would want in my burrito so,you can see I'm like adding some more,cheese now that I have some eggs in,there and then I go ahead and eat my,breakfast while I'm waiting for the rest,of the eggs to cook once I added the,other half of the eggs I decided it,needed a little bit more ham so I put,the rest of the ham in there and then I,added just a little bit more cheese as,soon as it looked good I cleaned up my,workspace a little bit and set up my,burrito rolling station I spoon some of,the filling onto the tortilla and just,kind of even out the shape and then I,fold the ends in before I roll it up I,have been making burritos like this for,Garrett to bring bring his lunches for,almost two years now and so I've tried a,bunch of different ways rolling it and,this one just seems to hold up the best,after like freezing it and then pulling,out and microwaving it and hands down,this is Garrett's favorite and my,favorite that we've tried so far so I,only had four tortillas left and you'll,see that I also run out of foil but I,wanted to show you guys that you don't,have to be completely all ready to meal,prep breakfast burritos sometimes I just,have to fit it into the nooks and,crannies and like you saw I chopped up,ham on one day and I'm like making the,filling on a different day and ended up,rolling them after going to the grocery,store the next day so you can just kind,of fit it in however you can we've tried,a couple different ways of storing these,in the freezer and wrapping it in foil,seems to work best it preserves them,well in the freezer and then when,Garrett gets to work you can just unwrap,them and it's easy for him and you just,puts it on like a paper plate at work,and microwaves it I would love to find a,more eco-friendly and non-disposable way,of doing this so if anybody has any,suggestions please please let me know I,always label them so he knows what batch,they are or in this case,the batch that's still in the freezer,was also a hand batch they knows this is,like the fresher hand batch it's the ham,to batch and this way we can make sure,that we're using up the older ones first,so after a meal prep this entire shelf,in our freezer is usually full when I,can actually roll them all in one day,and then I'm just putting the lid on,this bowl and putting it in the fridge,and like I said I ended up rolling it,the next day but what I really like to,do when time allows is actually repeat,the whole process again and this batch,made fifteen burritos and so if I double,that that'd be thirty that would be one,month's worth of burritos in the freezer,and usually if I do like a big double,batch like that in one day I will do,sa

hi my beautiful people,welcome back to ross kitchen today i'm,going to make a simple and easy,and tasty breakfast recipe,and it's burritos,okay so i have all of my ingredients,here,i have two eggs in this bowl,i'm going to add a tablespoon of,milk i have diced onion,green peppers i have,my cooked sausage here and you could use,any breakfast,meat of your choice all right i have,toddlers and,cheddar cheese i'm going to add in black,pepper,and salt so first i'm going to add,my milk in in the egg and these two eggs,give it a stir i'm also going to add in,some black pepper,salt to taste,okay we're just going to put this aside,so guys i'm going to put my rice onions,and my green pepper in this bowl,we're just going to add a small amount,of olive oil,so at this stage,in this pan here i'm going to add in,the onion and the pepper,so i'm going to put it in my airfryer,basket,okay and i'm going to do it for,180 degrees celsius for,maybe two minutes,okay my people so just want to give it a,stir,and now i'm going to add in my tomato,and i'm also going to add in my sausage,i'm going to let it go for at least two,minutes,okay my people so what i'm going to do,i'm going to set put this aside,and i'm going to show the next step,okay my people so in this pan here i'm,going to add,about one tablespoon of butter,and i'm just going to let it melt in the,airfryer,for at least one minute,okay my people so my,butter is melt to my people so now i'm,going to add,my eggs and,we're just going to put it inside it,here for your basket,so i'm going to do my scrambled eggs,and i'm going to let it go for,180 degrees celsius first for,three minutes,okay my paper three minutes,now what i'm going to do i'm going to,stir it,okay so i'm going to let my scrambled,eggs go for another three minutes,okay my people i do,i stuff it at two minutes instead of,three minutes,to add my vegetables in my,my satay onion pepper,and my sausage,just combine it together,okay guys so at this stage,i have my thought miller here,i'm just going to add some of the,in just gonna,top it up with some cheese,easy and simple breakfast,you just want to fold it,i'm going to go extra mile with this one,some sriracha,i'm gonna do my peep i'm going to put,add some,cheese,but we turn it to the ear frail,and put this inside down,you

so we know our classic breakfast eggs,bacon toast bread but why not just take,all of our favorite parts of a breakfast,and put them in a tortilla to make the,greatest burrito of all time,okay so today we are making breakfast,burritos but not just any breakfast,burrito the perfect breakfast burrito,the one that makes you call your mom and,say hey come over because we have,breakfast burritos that doesn't really,it's something you got to call somebody,about it because it's so good I don't,know so we're gonna make three different,kinds three different levels one of them,will be a chimichanga style so with all,that said let's make this shall we,listen up really quickly I gotta say,something the apron sold out in less,than 24 hours I know a lot of you still,want aprons so I just want to let you,know that we've restocked them they are,back very limited quantity this is the,last run of it so if you do want an,apron please get one now anyway thank,you guys for the support and thank you,so much for selling it out so fast it,means a lot to me and I'm honestly,pretty shocked by it so anyway on to the,recipe,all right let's start off with some,Basics here first off tortillas if,you've been around here long enough you,know how I feel about store-bought papa,says big no no make your own flower,burrito size tortilla is extremely easy,and I'm using the same recipe that's in,my Chipotle burrito video link in the,description for that it's simple you mix,the dough you let it rest a little slap,it around divide and roll it into,burrito sized circles and then just pop,them in a hot Skillet flip and that,right there is a beautiful tortilla okay,so we got tortillas but there's one more,thing we gotta cross off the list before,we jump into making and assembling these,that is your lovely scrambled egg ah yes,this is the internet's favorite thing to,pretend that they know something about,look a soft scramble would be nice but,functionality wise it just won't do,unless you want to fart out the other,end we also don't want to overcook our,eggs instead what I'd recommend is to do,what I'll call a medium scramble form,with functionality first start off with,a non-stick skillet add in three,tablespoons or 42 grams of unsalted,butter place it on the stove over medium,heat and once that butter is hot and,boomlin crack eight eggs and whisk them,together in a bowl until thoroughly come,combined no salt yet now add your eggs,to the pan and immediately begin,stirring them as these cook you're,essentially just going to continuously,stir sometimes I'll let the egg sit for,a few seconds and cook on the bottom,then Stir It All In that's really all,you gotta do just continue stirring and,cooking over medium heat until they are,just cooked through and hold together on,a spatula but aren't complete rubber,they should look like this then just,season them to taste with salt and,pepper and that is your scramble this,will fill about four burritos now,burrito number one is a classic bacon,egg and cheese here I have some home,cured and smoked bacon I made not too,long ago but obviously you can go to the,store and buy some I prefer making it,because I can control the thickness but,blah blah blah blah otherwise find the,thickest bacon you can you'll need six,to eight glorious slices I cut mine so,thick that I decided to go ahead and,slice it into lardons but you can also,leave it whole in a single slice then,just Place those bad boys on a foil and,baking sheet and toss into a cold oven,that's completely off close the door and,set your oven to 450 Fahrenheit let,those guys cook for 20 to 25 minutes or,until beautifully browned and lightly,crisp the other option would be to cook,it in a pan if you prefer now to make a,simple Pico get yourself a small bowl,and add one large Ripe Tomato that's,been diced one diced jalapeno you can,leave the seeds in or leave them out,depends on how spicy you want it half of,a finely diced sweet onion a large,handful of finely chopped cilantro and,the juice and zest of one lime oh and a,nice little glug of olive oil and salt,and pepper to taste for the flex now,give that a nice mix until thoroughly,combined if you want to take it a step,further you can also make a quick hash,brown you'll need one to two large,russet potatoes peeled completely grated,on a cheese grater give them a little,rinse underwater and then place them in,a hand towel to wring out as much,moisture as possible you want them dry,then all you need is a medium sized,Skillet coat it with enough oil to coat,the bottom of the pan heat it over,medium heat and once it's hot press in,your potatoes let it cook for about,three to four minutes then flip and,repeat on the other side until cooked,through and crispy on both sides now I,bet that McDonald's hash brown recipe I,made would also be dope now to assemble,snag yourself a purdy looking tortilla,put down a decent layer of your,scrambled egg or as much as you like,then hit it with your big old chunky,bacon I don't know

hello my name is tim marson and welcome,to mashable's air friday where we air,fry anything and everything in the name,of deliciousness and this week we are,making,breakfast tacos,the breakfast tacos we are going to make,are working off of a viral tik tok,recipe from a creator called college,chef ron um,he promised them as one dollar breakfast,tacos when you take all the ingredients,together and it's really simple uh we,have some tortillas a little bit of,pepper jack cheese some jalapeno eggs,and sriracha mayo it's going to go in,the airfryer should be done pretty fast,and hopefully comes out pretty tasty so,let's get to work i have two tortillas,down in the airfryer basket with a,little bit of spray,the first step is to take some jalapenos,according to college chef ron and lay,them down,sort of,on the corners here like so,he seemed to use pickled jalapeno,i had fresh around and i prefer fresh,jalapeno so we're going with that it's a,little bit spicier,now here's the delicate part,a couple eggs,we're gonna take these eggs,and try to get them delay,right,inside the tortilla,that doesn't look too bad,okay so the delicate part is done,we're going to take some cheese just,very gently,layer it around,we're gonna put this in the air fryer,for about six minutes at 360 degrees,hopefully we should have a runny egg a,cooked tortilla and everything kind of,coming together,so here's what it looks like,cheese is nice and melty,looks like we should still have a runny,yolk it's gonna take a little bit of,salt,and a little bit of pepper,and,a little bit of the sriracha mayo just,kind of layer it on,and now what uh the tick tock the chef,ron did is he broke the yolk,and,we've kind of got like a jammy yolk here,let me see if i can get a good image of,that,this is a little more cooked,than the tik tok,but i actually like a nice jammy yolk,we've got a little bit of run there,let's give it a taste,looks good,i would say definitely let it cool for a,second before you bite but,the tortilla is nice and cooked,we've got a good,uh like somewhat runny egg,the jalapeno i really like the fresh,jalapeno it's nice and spicy got a good,little kick to it,this is a great,really fast,cheap breakfast,wholeheartedly endorsed,definitely make this very good,you

Hey, foodies. It's Jenna here from Sip Bite Go.,And I want to share with you how to make these easy frozen burritos in air,fryer.,It's an easy 15-minute air fryer recipe for lunch or dinner,,and families are perfect for this because it's basically a complete meal.,So I'm going to take you in the kitchen today and share with you,,start to finish,,how to make them and serve them with guacamole and some other delicious sides.,Let's do it. So I used Red's frozen burritos,,but you could use any frozen burritos in the air fryer.,You could even do frozen breakfast burritos in the air fryer.,So just make sure to preheat the machine for five minutes at 400 degrees,,and then take out the frozen burritos and put them in the air fryer,basket. And it's really easy from here.,Only takes 15 minutes to heat them up.,So you want to make sure the sealed side is up and then you're just going to,cook them in the air fryer in five minute increments.,So that's three times for five minutes at 400 degrees.,It really couldn't be any easier than that.,So just make sure to flip them in between with some tongs and as they cook every,five minutes, they're going to get a little bit more golden brown. Now,,if you're only doing one air fryer, frozen burrito,,then you probably only want to do about 10 to 12 minutes and take it out.,But for two or three or four, this is a good time and temperature.,So my recipe for frozen burritos in the air fryer is a little special because I,love to add some, some like gooey cheese on top. Who doesn't love cheese? So,,um,,you're going to see I had a little cooking fail during this demonstration video.,So what I first attempted to do is use some shredded cheese and shredded cheese,actually didn't work out that well because it was falling off the burritos, um,,and into the basket.,So you might want to spray the basket ahead of time if you're going to use,cheese, but as you see, the shredded cheese did not stick.,So then I moved on and I used sliced cheese, which, you know,,I thought I was just genius at this point. So I cut them in half,,put them perfectly over and look, doesn't it look great? Okay. Well,,you're going to see what accidentally happened is I guess when I put it in,,I bumped it and um, one of the cheese slices fell off.,So you just want to be careful of that. But, um,,the one that had the gooey cheese on the outside looked absolutely beautiful.,And only in two minutes in the air fryer, frozen burritos,,with the melted cheese on top, were ready to go.,So out they went and now I'm going to show you what it looks like to plate them.,Now, if you catch the recipe at Sip Bite Go,,you're going to see that I made some really simple guacamole on the side,,and you can pick up the directions for how to do that at sipbitego.com.,I served these frozen burritos, made in the air fryer,,with some guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and a little sprinkle of cilantro.,Doesn't that look so good?,The outside was perfectly golden brown and the inside of these frozen burritos,were nice and gooey and melted. They couldn't have turned out any better.,I don't even think I would have liked them better in the oven,,and definitely not in the microwave. These were not soggy at all.,They were perfectly crisp on the outside. And the first thing you do is you pat them dry,,and then you mix in the spice rub. So salt, pepper,,garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and baking powder,,which makes them super crispy.,Then you season the wings with dry rub and bake the wings.,So you add the wings to a rack and bake in the oven three times in 20 minute,batches at 425. When they're done,,they reached the internal temperature of 165 degrees and they are golden,brown.,Then you make the homemade sweet and hot sauce and cover the wings when they,come out of the oven nice and hot.
