6AM MORNING ROUTINE: Realistic & Productive Habits | 2023

foreign,foreign,foreign,thank you,good morning and welcome to my 2023,morning routine,right now is the beginning of my morning,routine so this is my screen this first,hour,I try to stay off my phone for the first,hour of my day while I have my coffee,and typically I'll read but this morning,I'm gonna also Journal I switch between,journaling at night and in the mornings,um back and forth just depending on my,mood and what I feel like doing so today,I'm going to be doing it in the morning,I love journaling for gratitude I'll,just write down things I'm thankful for,things that I want to bring into my life,stuff like that so I'm gonna Journal,read drink my coffee,and then we'll carry into the second,part of my morning I get up super early,so that I'm able to have this first hour,that's super relaxing it's still pitch,black outside,that gives you any,any,idea I get up around six between six and,six thirty every day,and this is also in Millie gives me her,morning cuddles I'm actually filming this on a Saturday,so that I have some extra time to film,it for you guys but this is typically my,weekday morning routine I usually wake,up at 6 a.m. on weekday mornings this,morning I did already get up to set up,my camera to turn it on but I still felt,like I needed to get a waking up shot,from her video I'm so used to my long,going off at 6:00 that I usually wake up,somewhere around there anyway first I,checked my phone and I put on my Apple,watch I'm trying to be more active so,this really helps to keep me more,motivated to stay more active once I get,up I tried to make my bed straight away,also Rob never makes the bed never ever,ever so if I don't do it it just won't,get done then I head to the bathroom,brush my teeth I use Sensodyne,toothpaste I have really sensitive teeth,so this is the only thing that really,helps and that's me showing you my nice,communities I don't know what so after,I've gotten up brush my teeth all that,stuff start drinking water and I make,some green tea so I'm gonna do that now,I feel so much better now that I'm not,drinking coffee and I'm just drinking,green tea it was like a thing to get old,coffee but I feel so much better now I,feel like my skin's looking better and,yeah I just feel a lot better so I'm,gonna make green tea,so I'm actually gonna start prepping my,breakfast now I actually feel like,having chia pudding I haven't had chia,pudding in ages and I just feel like,having chia pudding for breakfast so I'm,gonna prep that now I would usually do,that like the night before but I didn't,do it last night so I'm gonna prep that,now and then like I'm gonna do yoga and,I'm gonna do some other stuff and then I,will live like soaked and become like,pudding and then I'll eat it for,breakfast I measure out about 1/4 cup of,chia seeds with a cup you can use any,milk you can add as much sweetener as,you like I just like to do this in the,fridge for like 30 to 60 minutes until,it's nice and soaked I've been trying to,get into a healthy morning routine again,because this is something that I've done,on and off for years and I feel like,when I'm doing when I have a morning,routine and I stick to it I feel so much,better I feel more productive,I just feel healthier like mentally and,like more prepared for my day I've just,been getting inspired I've been,listening to like a lot of audiobooks,and you know podcasts and all sorts of,things like that so I'm gonna share with,you in a little bit like what I've been,doing with that but it's just really,gotten me like inspired to do like,morning routines again and I'll tell you,why because I listen to so much stuff,and I feel like all these successful,people like a lot of really successful,people they all have like morning,routines and I'm just like wow these,people like all have money and routines,and then I get so much stuff done so I'm,just like I really just want to be like,healthy and like focused for my day so,yeah that's why I've been trying to get,into having a healthy morning routine,again,so I'm gonna go to my yoga quickly it's,ready lack yoga I just stood for like 30,minutes it's for like stretching so I'm,gonna go do that I do that at the gym,and my papa building,okay I am so ready for breakfast the,chia pudding should be ready so let's go,see yeah you can just see it thickened,up it's become like a pudding so it's,ready to eat,I'm also gonna have an apple on top and,I'm gonna have some almonds I think I'm,also gonna have some peanut butter on,top use pink lady apples they are my,favorites and they're pretty because,they pink I just cut that out to pieces,and then we're gonna add the pudding to,the ball,Pepsi I'm making such a mess I really,like peanut butter this morning so I'm,gonna have try to drizzle head a little,bit,lastly I'm just gonna do you looks so,good so I'm gonna show you what I do,when I've been eating I used to watch,like series and stuff when I eat,breakfast but I just felt that then I,didn't want to like get up and like get,on with my dad hundred likes a day so,I've been trying to do things that make,me feel inspired you guys know that I,listen to audiobooks understand the pot,cards but I wanted to show you something,that I've already been enjoying because,I usually take about 15 minutes to eat,so this is like perfect so I don't have,a lot of time to sit down and read books,I mean we're all busy we've all got lots,of things to do but there's a lot of,books that I do actually want to read,like specifically with personal,development and health things like that,so I've actually been using this app,called blinkers lately if you've never,heard of blinkers before it's this app,that takes thousands of books and,condenses them down into 15-minute,versions of the book it takes like the,most important me to know information,and it just makes it into a 15 minute,book that you can read on the app or you,can listen to as like an like a quick,audio book and I just hey guys welcome back to my channel i'm,so excited to share my summer morning,routine with you this is like the things,i do first thing in the morning to prep,my day to help me be super productive,and to make sure that i'm just taking,time for myself i feel like when i wake,up early and able to do that i always,have a much better day,so i've been waking up between six and,seven i'm not really consistent about it,lately just because,i've had so much work prepping for our,summer shape-up challenge and our maki,moves program,that i've been staying up a lot later so,it kind of just has depended on how i,feel in the morning but i'm okay with,that like obviously i love routine but,sometimes if i need to wake up a little,bit later it's fine first thing in the,morning though i'll wake up and drink,some water just to help like refresh my,body ryan always sleeps in later than me,so i'm just gonna let him sleep,and then i'll take my little invisaligns,out i'm trying to wear these 24 7. mine,is like eating but,it's really hard to be consistent with,them i forget about them sometimes,and then i'll take my thyroid medication,so a lot of people have asked about my,thyroid medication while i'm pregnant my,doctor has been consistently checking my,levels of my thyroid my medication's,still good so i'm still consistently,taking my levothyroxine and cytomel,every single day and then put a little,deodorant on for good measure that's,usually when i'll quietly head into the,kitchen,i have a lot of flowers around my house,right now because we just had our gender,reveal to find out what lbd little baby,dunlop,is going to be,um and i'll share that video really soon,with you guys too i know a lot of you,already know but i have a whole video,and vlog the whole morning so i'll share,that in a little bit then i'll have my,celery juice i actually made a big batch,of celery juice like two days ago so,this is kind of what's left it was a,little rough i put too much ginger and,lemon in it but,it still just is my go-to first thing in,the morning to help wake me up and,really help with my digestion because,especially being pregnant there's been a,lot of issues with my digestion it's,been a little tough so i make sure i,have that first thing in the morning,and then i'll make my coffee so you guys,might notice that my counter looks a,little bit different i do still have my,nespresso espresso maker but i just,decided to put it away because i'm not,using it every day and it just felt like,bulky on the counter and i just wanted,minimal,and clean i've mostly been doing my,french press again but i actually made a,pot yesterday and i just am not drinking,as much coffee even though it's half,calf i still only have one cup and the,french press usually makes two so i just,put the other half in the fridge so i,don't have to worry about making it and,that saves time as well and then i've,been using this nut pod milk it's just,like i only need a couple tablespoons of,it and it's just thicker there's no,sugar it's super super clean so i love,that and of course add my cinnamon get,that steamed up and,it's actually still kind of cold look,how cute this outfit is it's from amazon,i'll link it for you guys um even though,it's summer it's really been gloomy and,cold in the morning so trying to bundle,up a little bit,i always add my miscongeniality to my,coffee yes still why i'm pregnant and,then i'll add some collagen peptides i,use marine collagen it is just way,better for your hair skin and nails,there's been a lot more research that's,come out about it over the last couple,years so i switched to marine collagen,and i really love it and i've been,trying to take my devotional and my,bible and journal and everything outside,in the mornings just to get some fresh,air and again even though it's,cold for like summer it's not like it's,really like that cold outside and it,just still is such a nice way to start,my day i feel like,getting fresh air is so hard when you're,working on a computer all day you just,feel like stuck sometimes so if i can at,least do it first thing in the morning,then i know that i'm having that time,for myself getting outside and again i,just feel like it helps clear my head,before i jump into work mode so i'll,come out here usually just for like 15,minutes or so to do my devotional and,read my bible and just kind of like,enjoy it we have such a peaceful,backyard and i feel like right now too,there's just like so many birds chirping,and just like i don't know there's,something kind of magical about that,time in the morning that helps you,connect with nature and just like is,really grounding before,the craziness that life can bring every,single day and one of my goals for this,summer is to really just create more,time like this i think this whole year,i've been trying to do that but,especially being pregnant knowing that,these last couple months here are like,my last couple months that i can just,selfishly have me time,i'm really trying to soa

good morning guys so,welcome back to christina's kitchen um,and i say good morning i don't know,whatever time you're watching it um it,is 6 30 in the morning for me so um,today i'm gonna be doing a really quick,um breakfast for my son something that,he loves,um,it is waffles eggs and ham all together,in one something really fast quick easy,i know you know a lot of you're on the,go with something for yourself you can,eat so let's just get right into it okay,so yesterday i act i made a y'all saw my,videos i made a,pineapple upside down cake and i had,some batter left and i put it inside the,refrigerator just added a little bit,more pineapple and um it's ready to go,for this morning,and then i have my egg,one egg beaten with ham,inside,and then,a little bit of salt and pepper,okay,so oh this is really hot here,so we're gonna go ahead and,put in our batter,now mind you this is cake batter so it,does take a little bit longer for it to,cook,um usually i mean it tells you that it's,ready i always leave it just for that,extra few minutes um that way you can,get really nice and cooked now we're,going to add our egg in here,on the other side,let's get it all in there,pinch of our little,salt and pepper,and you can see it already starts to,cook here,okay,and i have it on max this is the vellum,waffle maker i got it like at if you,live in texas i got it in heb it cost me,20 bucks um and it makes wonders i do,peanut butter jelly in here,my son loves a peanut butter jelly i,think he just thinks it's a cool little,um,you know little shapes or whatever that,are in here i do my eggs in here i do,steak in here you know um,and i do this cute little,waffle and uh,an egg it's ham and it's all mixed,together so you're not really drinking,any pans this is really clean you know,really easy to kind of clean and um so,like i said this is good we're gonna,take it a minute before we flip it over,we're going to let it cook on one side i,do have it on maxi now it says ready so,now i'm going to flip it over,and you're going to lock it in,okay now,it's gonna tell me ready right,but,i'm gonna go ahead and leave it in there,because like i said this is cake batter,so,the cake batter um you want to go ahead,and leave it in there just because it's,a little bit more thicker than regular,waffle,batter but i prefer,using cake batter just because it does,come out really nice and soft,i topped it with a little bit of bananas,and,some nutella,and um,or you can do honey we don't do syrup in,this house,my son just doesn't like it but um there,are so many other little toppings that,you can put on there you know it's all,together it's all one quick and easy so,um we're gonna give it just a few,minutes and uh let's see what happens,all right guys so my light already went,off so we're gonna go ahead and turn,around,oh guys,check this out,all right,all right so i'm gonna give her a little,spatula because it's super hot,all right,like i said the,waffle is so s,so soft and,has a little crunch around the edges,you know,look,at,that,all right,now we're going to put some little,chocolate bananas,on top of here,all right,just a little honey,on the side,there you go,got the eggs on one side,and your waffles all in one,and it took maybe,five minutes,uh if you do the cake batter,the night before if you happen to do,waffles,um,i mean it's the same process like i said,i just prefer the cake batter um,and it's already super sweet you know so,and you can do anything i've done red,velvet i've done chocolate you know i've,done banana,i've done lemon um the lemon cakes with,with this i mean and my son just goes,crazy and super easy super quick and i,hope you guys like and enjoy so uh thank,you for coming to christina's kitchen,until next time bye

me,good morning my loves it's that time of,year again welcome to my awesome morning,routine i hope you find this video,peaceful and motivating the start of a,new season always motivates me,especially i don't know there's,something about autumn it might be the,cozy feel the cozier weather each season,just brings its own energy as corny as,it sounds it is a great time to reset,reconfigure routine and habits today was,a work day for me so i wanted to get up,nice and early make time for me in the,morning not feel rushed and i always,disclaim in these morning routines a lot,of mornings don't look like this i have,mornings where i get up at the absolute,last second don't have breakfast i do,the bare minimum i shower and i leave so,don't be hard on yourself but there's,something so rewarding about waking up,whilst the sun is rising i'm grateful,that this time of year the sunrise is,still quite early so it makes it easier,to get up i find focusing on just,getting up and out of bed not checking,notification straight away is what is,best for me and as you saw i love,creating that cozy autumnal feel from,the beginning of the day by turning on,my fairy lights starting my morning with,hydrating letting the light through i'm,waking myself up with a splash of cold,water brushing my teeth these are such,small simple steps that sort of make you,feel like you've already accomplished,something for the day i like to leave my,workout clothes out the night before,this way it just makes things easier for,my mushy 6am brain seeing the morning,light is always a reminder why i like to,get up at this time,so getting a workout in first thing,makes me feel so good makes me feel like,i'm on the right path like i'm gonna,have a fab day so before i move my body,i like to take one of these little,ginger immune shots the taste of this,alone the zingyness definitely helps to,wake me up and then i also like to have,just a banana for a bit of energy since,i'm one of those people who prefers not,to work out on a completely empty,stomach today i just wanted to do a full,body workout i love working out on the,balcony because it just feels like i am,getting some fresh air i love the views,from our apartment and yeah it just,helps keep me motivated whilst working,out today was more of a full body,workout but kind of mainly focusing on,abs this was only for about 30 minutes,mornings when i'm going to the office i,don't really have time to go to the gym,otherwise i'd have to get up more at,like 5 a.m half five which i do,occasionally but this absolutely works,for me there's nothing wrong with a home,workout i put together this little guide,of some of my favorite movements which,include just like limited equipment so i,still feel challenged but there is a lot,you can do with your body weight and as,always moji loves being involved i think,he was just trying to tell me he was,hungry but,it's very cute,so now that it's autumn something i've,been meaning
