in today's video I have for you three,recipes for bread spreads personally I,really do love all kind of bread spreads,but the ones from the shop are usually,highly processed and contain a lot of,oil and other stuff I don't really want,to eat this is why I have plenty of,those recipes that I just use on a daily,basis and today I will share with you,three of them before begin as always,please make sure you subscribe to my,channel and click the notification,button so you don't miss any of my,future videos,and now without further ado let's begin,for this recipe you will need 250 grams,of cooked lentils which is around 1 cup,1 in 100 grams of dry lentils 30 grams,of cashews 50 grams which is around 5,tablespoons of unsweetened plant-based,milk 300 gram of raw beetroot 1 tbsp of,lemon juice and 1 garlic clove place,cashews in the milk and set aside for a,while so they softened,next step is to cut beetroot into the,smaller pieces there is no need to peel,the beetroot just clean it very well,before using it place the beetroot in a,baking tray I use a glass baking tray,that has a cover that way I do not need,to use any oil if you don't have the top,for your breaking tray you can just pray,a little bit with oil set the oven for,200 degrees Celsius and bake the,beetroot for 30 to 40 minutes until soft,on conventional settings when the beet,roots are soft and ready take them,carefully out of the oven and let them,cool down a little bit for a while,the cup of a blender place all of the,ingredients,when all the ingredients are in blend,them until smooth,transfer this bread into a bowl or a jar,topple this some salt and pepper and,serve whenever you ready,I think it goes really great with just,some whole-grain bread and a pinch of,pepper possibilities are and last and I,hope you will enjoy,for this recipe you will need 190 grams,or 1 cup of black beans you can use the,one from the can or you can cook them,yourself from the scratch 1 teaspoon of,smoked paprika 1 teaspoon of onion,powder 1 teaspoon of low-sodium soy,sauce or Liquid aminos and 3 tablespoon,of tomato paste and then all that's left,is to place all of the ingredients into,a cup of a blender and blend until,smooth,when this bread is ready place it into a,bowl or a jar and top with some salt and,pepper,I do like to serve it on a whole-grain,bread with slices of fresh tomatoes and,green onions but go as creative as you,want and use it wherever you want it's,really tasty,for this recipe you need around 210,grams of white beans which is about one,cup one teaspoon of dried basil 1,teaspoon of low-sodium soy sauce our,Liquid aminos and around 10 dried,tomatoes place all of the ingredients,into a cup of a blender and blend until,smooth if you want to make this recipe,oil free you can use sun-dried tomatoes,that are not from oil I would strongly,recommend you to first soak them a,little bit beforehand to make sure they,are soft if you just want to reduce the,oil you can just rinse the sun-dried,tomatoes before placing them in the,blender transfer into a bowl and serve,whenever you're ready,so as you can see they're all really,simple the beetroot one requires a,little bit more effort but it's not,really much otherwise they are pretty,easy and very cheap to make so if you,ever try them please make sure you,comment down below and share them on,Instagram and tag me reshape underscore,official I would love to see what you,made if you'd like to try any of those,spreads you can find the recipes already,on my website the link to which is over,here or in the description down below as,always there are PDFs to every single,one of those recipes so you can save it,up for the future reference on Raptor or,on your phone and yeah that's it for,today I hope you enjoyed this video,please if so give it a thumbs up and see,you in the next one bye,you

Healthy Wraps at Home (Make Your Own Flatbread)

when i'm at the office i could eat a,wrap every day it seems you can get your,protein your carbs and fat,all in one well wrapped parcel,it could potentially be the perfect food,i mean it's,more substantial than a salad and,slightly less bready,than a sandwich so that's what i'm going,to show you how to do today,so you can go as hefty as a burrito or,as light as a salad,that then is just wrapped so usually,you'll need some proteins,um some roasted or grilled vegetables,some salad leaves and a couple sauces to,help bind everything together,now for the wrap itself you can do,something as traditional as,a mexican tortilla slightly larger,obviously,or you could do a very simple regular,wheat flatbread which i'm going to show,you how to make from scratch today,but again do not let that stop you you,can find pre-made ones,in the supermarket no problem they don't,taste exactly the same but you'll be,able to find more variety,like you can find regular wheat ones to,rye and barley wraps there's absolutely,everything out there i'm also going to,show you just different stuffings that i,really enjoyed to eat,okay let's get cooking in a large bowl,mix together four cups of all-purpose,flour one and one-half teaspoons of salt,and one-fourth cup of extra virgin olive,oil you can also use lard or butter,1 and 2 3 cups of hot water and by hot i,mean,close to boiling basically anything,you'll be able to handle,while kneading it,use a fork or whisk to bring everything,together until you can do it by hand,once the dough is starting to come,together transfer it to your counter,and knead and stretch it for about 10,minutes,if it's too liquid add one tablespoon of,flour at a time,to dry add one tablespoon of hot water,at a time,it should feel like stretchy play-doh,when done,wrap this in a kitchen towel and rest,for 30 minutes,shape a ball and flatten it into a disc,about the size of your palm and then,start rolling it out as circular as you,can get it,i'm not really good at making round,things so just do the best you can,make sure when you roll it you pass over,the sides,everything should be the same thickness,i like to get it thin enough that you,can start seeing the shadows or kind of,see through to the other side,i try to make it at least 10 inches long,for a proper wrap,as you roll these out make sure you,cover them so that the dough doesn't dry,out,get a non-stick pan out on medium heat,wait for it to get hot and place your,dough,on it wait one minute flip and then cook,for,further one minute this comes down to,feel if you want to get some nice dark,spots developed go for it,if you want to keep it nice and white,just make sure you keep an eye on it as,well,you can also rotate it in the pan to,ensure that you don't burn it or get any,hot spots,remember you're not trying to get this,crispy or create any large bubbles like,a mexican tortilla,you just want it cooked and stretchy,once done and this is a really important,step,make sure to cover it right away with,the towel or place this in a large,plastic container,or a tortilla warmer if you have one we,need the heat of the wrap to create,steam to make sure it stays soft if you,skip this all together,you won't be able to fold and roll this,wrap,after about 5 to 10 minutes in the,kitchen towel they should be nice and,pliable,just like this,now time for the fun part i won't give,you a step by step on how to create all,the elements for these wraps as they're,quite simple,but here are a couple of ideas let's,start with my favorite a steak and eggs,wrap,all you need to do is cook your favorite,tenderloin steak to medium rare make,sure to let it rest so that your wrap,doesn't get all runny with all the,juices,and then slice it for the eggs i just,like to make a very simple scramble with,some olive oil some salt,and get it to the doneness that you,enjoy,open up your wrap add some mayonnaise,this will act as a binder,place your eggs and steak inside cover,with some grated cheddar cheese,fold the sides almost straight pinch the,bottom roll tuck,and close,since there's some cheese in there i,like to heat this up in the pan for,about one minute per side,you're all done time to slice,wait wait wait a minute want to see the,roll again,okay there are so many different,techniques but this is the way i like to,do it,so the idea is you only fill the first,half of the wrap,and leave a little bit of margin to the,side then,v-shape the two bottom sides flip the,bottom lip,do the first roll onto itself tuck the,sides,make sure everything is in roll again,and tuck again,and roll once more all throughout this,process you're making sure to tighten it,as you go so you get one compact,unit okay now that that's clear here are,some other fun fillings,one of my go-to ones is made of pesto,a little bit of tzatziki mashed avocados,turkey ham some salad greens and a,little bit of salt and you're good to go,you can wrap this in parchment paper for,later if you want to take this to work,for a quick vegan one you

different,ways to make toast and I feel like I,could make another 50 because there are,so many possibilities when it comes to,an open-faced sandwich that you toast,and get all those delicious toppings on,top and it's just delicious you can have,them for breakfast lunch dinner there is,no type of meal that you really can't,have a toast for so I'm really excited,today we have five savory five sweet and,you are gonna drool they're so delicious,I love every single one of them but I,definitely want to know which one is,your favorite so let's hop right in and,let's make some toast toast number one,is the all about the beat for this one,I'm taking a slice of toasted rye bread,slathering on some beet hummus I,actually have a recipe for my own which,I will link down below layering on,sliced cucumber chopped up kalamata,olives and crumbled goat cheese and,there you have it creamy crunchy and,salty all layered on to one toast it's,delicious toast number two is the smoky,salmon so for this one I'm starting off,with the slice of toasted dark rye,smothering on some good-quality cream,cheese slice cucumber smoked salmon,thinly sliced red onion capers which,kind of felt like an olive taste to them,and for fun a sprig of fresh dill if you,have some on hand there you have it a,creamy smoky salmon toast perfect for,Sunday mornings next up we have the tuna,melt which is one of my personal,favorites and I want to give it some,love I'm starting off with a slice of,toasted multigrain bread and then I'm,spooning on a generous amount of tuna,salad the full recipe will be on my blog,a link will be down below for you guys,to check out I love this one because it,has some pickles onion and even a little,bit of Dijon mustard that goes a long,way,grade on some white cheddar over top and,then pop this into a broiler or toaster,oven just to melt the cheese on top and,there you have it a tuna salad with a,twist next up we have the scramble I,love this one it's perfect for busy,weekday mornings on a slice of toasted,dark rye I'm gonna layer on some avocado,slices top it with some scrambled eggs a,sprinkle of dried chili flakes and a,good heaping of some sprouts you can,really use any sprouts that you like and,you have a complete breakfast that is,suitable for any day of the week next we,have the Sunnyside poached for this one,I'm taking a slice of toasted multigrain,bread spreading on some pre-made pesto a,good helping of some mashed up right the,avocado some heirloom cherry tomatoes,and a perfectly poached egg right on top,season it with some salt and pepper and,some freshly chopped chives this is a,gourmet breakfast that is a worthy of,Sunday mornings and maybe my favorite,out of the savory options now moving on,to the sweet toast we're starting off,with the chocoholic for this one I have,a slice of toasted multigrain I'm gonna,smother a generous helping of some,chocolate hazelnut almond butter you can,find this at most health food stores I,will link the one I used in the blog,post sprinkle on some fresh raspberries,and sliced almonds for crunch who said,you can have dessert for breakfast next,up we have the love toast which is,perfect for Valentine's Day around the,corner I'm starting off with a slice of,toasted dark rye smothering on some,tahini which is basically sesame butter,sliced strawberries that look like,little hearts a sprinkle of cinnamon a,drizzle of some good-quality honey and,for a fun little pop I'm sprinkling on,Cyndi,both pretty and delicious next up we,have one of my personal favorites this,smoothie because I couldn't resist I,love me a good smoothie I have a slice,of toasted multigrain and spreading on,some almond butter plain Greek yogurt,right in the middle you can also use,coconut yogurt sliced banana sliced,strawberries some blooms and a sprinkle,of chia seeds basically everything you,could find in a smoothie why blend your,smoothies when you can just eat them on,toast next up we have the chunky monkey,because who doesn't love peanut butter,and chocolate starting off with the,slice of toasted dark rye smothering on,some peanut butter I like the one that,has a little bit of sea salt in it,sliced banana and some mini chocolate,chips,I mean peanut butter banana and,chocolate always a go-to classic last,but not least we have the New York style,which is basically a my version of,cheesecake on toast,on a slice of toasted multigrain bread,I'm gonna smother on some good-quality,cream cheese and for the topping I've,just stood some frozen mixed berries on,the stovetop all the because,who doesn't love avocado toast you can,eat it for any meal of the day and today,I'm gonna be sharing 10 fun and unique,and of course delicious ways that you,can enjoy you have a cut of toast love it and I love the,variety that they have they have lots of,like nutty and seedy breads and they're,just delicious,so I'm gonna be using them as my base,for all of the avocado toast and week,so without further ado let's get into,the video and I'm gonna show you guys,ten ways to make your avocado toast,first up we have the sweet and savory,for my base I'm using silver hills Mac's,flax sprouted bread I love this one,because it has both whole and ground,flax in it so lots of fiber once your,bread is toasted you're gonna mash about,half of a ripe avocado on top add some,fresh orange slices that have been,peeled and then this may seem like a,weird combination but just trust me on,it you're gonna drizzle on some balsamic,glaze now I'm gonna have the full,directions on how to just make your own,at home on the blog so make sure to,check that out it's really easy so you,don't have to go buy extra ingredients,and then for a fun fresh addition I'm,adding on some freshly sliced basil,which just adds a really fun kick of,flavor to this toast and this whole,combination together is delicious next,we have the fresh for this one I'm gonna,start off by making a little arugula,salad in a large bowl play,a few handfuls of some fresh arugula,drizzle olive oil and a squeeze of lemon,juice a pinch of sea salt and black,pepper and then just lightly toss with,some clean hands and then you're ready,to toast your bread add on your mashed,avocado then take a nice handful of that,arugula salad place it over top and then,I have some sliced apricots which are in,season right now and are so delicious,you can of course use any fresh fruit,and then I'm sprinkling on some lightly,toasted pine nuts this combination is,just like the title says it's so fresh,and flavorful with that fruity kick next,up we have the sushi so for this one I,have my very ripe large avocado and how,you know it's ripe at the grocery store,and a good one to pick out is take that,little button off at the top and you,want it to be a nice bright green and,that's how you know it's ready to go and,take home and I'm telling you there's,nothing better than opening an avocado,and just it's like the perfect,brightness I'm gonna take 1/2 and just,slice it thinly lengthwise and then just,taking a large spoon I'm gonna run it,between the meat of the avocado and the,skin and then you have perfect avocado,slices to top onto your toasted spreaded,bread so lay those down I'm gonna also,add some thinly sliced cucumber smoked,salmon you can also swap it out with,smoked sliced tofu toasted seaweed that,I just kind of chopped up with some,scissors peeled carrot a drizzle of,tamari a sprinkle of black sesame seeds,and you are ready to go it's almost,easier than making sushi because there's,no rolling but it's just as pretty next,up we have one of my favorites the,street corn style for this one I'm using,silver hills sprouted big red spread,which is packed with pumpkin seeds,quinoa and chia seeds,not to mention all their breads are made,with organic non-gmo whole grains and,are naturally sprouted for this one I've,already mashed up my avocado in a bowl,I'm gonna add in some chopped up,jalapeno chopped up fresh cilantro fresh,lime juice a pinch of sea salt and black,pepper and just mash that all together,it's kind of like you're making a really,quick guacamole but you're gonna put it,on your toast toast up your bread and,then go ahead and top it with that,guacamole,next up I have some fresh corn that I,just removed from the cob and just,lightly toasted in some olive oil on a,hot pan just so you get some like nice,charred bits you can of course use corn,that you barbecued but we don't have a,barbecue yet so this was another option,onto that I'm adding some more fresh,cilantro and then I have some crumbled,feta cheese this is an avocado
