Jamie,Robin make it true,now I'm pretty pumped today why we're,talking about a product here that I,absolutely love the little cautious,though I hope that your verdict is a,thumbs up because I've been in his bread,for for quite some time it was actually,introduced to me by my mum my mum so,shout out to Murray I had breakfast at,her place one morning and she whipped,out this this particular bread I'd never,seen it before and I've been hooked ever,since the brand is Dave's killer bread,and the the variety that we're talking,about today is his good seed bread he's,got a few different flavor city I'm in,the market what's your take on it man,good bad and Jamie verdict,all right the gooey boss just as it says,it has good seeds in it,good variety of seeds and grains like,oats flax seeds sunflower seeds and,sesame seeds,it contains omega-3 fatty acids as an,anti-inflammatory,it contains selenium a good amount of,selenium which is a very important,component of an endogenous antioxidant,ohoho everybody okay uh it's organic,it's non-gmo or uses non GMO ingredients,and also the small loaf contains 13,grams of carbohydrate and only 70,calories and I think that's an important,point there is a couple of different,sizes some of this bread this is the,bigger loaf and he does Dave does have a,smaller it will be a smaller loaf out,there as well the bad for those avoiding,wheat and gluten obviously you're going,to avoid this the primary ingredient is,we the verdict though is yes I don't,have a whole lot of wheat or gluten in,my diet but I do not avoid it by any,stretch of the imagination the one thing,you will want to be careful of not you,but you in general is unnecessarily,choosing the smaller loaf just to avoid,calories and I have done that I will be,on watching your figure I was watching,my figure and I shouldn't have been I,should just,going to the glue yeah carbs are not our,enemy it's just a matter of putting them,in when our bodies can use it yeah right,right,all right so thumbs up thumbs up to Dave,and I'm really for me this is a ten,hundred ten on the tasty scale Wow I,really like the taste this is a really,really cold I'm going to hatin scale not,because he's got some major guns he's,got something going on there and we're,curious if there really is a Dave out,there if this is just a branding thing,so Dave if you're out there let us know,man we really like your bread thanks,everybody for watching facebook.com,slash would Jamie eat it send us your,feedback your questions your comments,and definitely some future submissions,thanks for watching we'll see you next,time,you

hey what's going on everybody welcome,back i'm back with another food review,uh i'm gonna do something a little bit,different today now i'm gonna take a,look at uh,dave's killer bread um before guinness,if you guys like this video give us a,like and subscribe,all right so today we're talking about,uh these killer bread i'm gonna there's,two different kinds of i tried this,dessert,21 whole grains let's see this is,i'm gonna kind i'm going to of,just says thin slice 70 calories this is,organic bread,uh grains and seeds and the other one i,trying,so this one's this one this other one,i've probably been eating so this was uh,thin sliced good seed and we can always,see,suppose if it's already gone but that's,what the package looks like like that,so anyways i've been trying both of,these if you're looking for a healthy,alternative for bread,i highly suggest this i've been eating,this for a while so i forget to just do,a quick review of it,um i tried to try going back to regular,wheat or,white bread i've eaten this for a while,and just to me it doesn't taste the same,anymore it is,it this actually tastes a lot better,with this because it's healthy for i,don't know,it's just like a thing for me and this,so long like a mental thing but,um anyways the good seed has,70 grams 70 so they both have 70,calories,and now this is for the good see this is,uh,one and a half grams of fat no saturated,fat,no trans fats one gram of poly,polyunsaturated,half a gram multi-saturated no,cholesterol,115 milligrams of sodium,13 grams of carbs 3 grams of dietary,fiber,two grams of sugar and three grams of,protein,it has point seven milligrams of iron,that's uh see so that's per slice so if,you make a sandwich obviously it'd be,double the,one of those numbers those other kind,that i got,which i'm going to start using probably,this week,this is the thin sliced whole grain,and seeds compared to them which is just,good seeds,i don't know what didn't you know it,kind of tastes the same but the other,one has delivered a little,definitely more seeds than the other one,um this one i don't know if it does the,same information,both the same calories both parts one,slice,let's see so this one this one has only,one gram of,fat compared to either one it's 1.5,grams,again no no saturated trans fat,half gram of polyunsaturated,cholesterol so it has 105 milligrams of,sodium,this one so this one had the other one,had 115 so this one,the this this slice i think is just,again as it looks like,i think it might be a little bit better,for you i think it's it,it should be better anyways from these,numbers but the rest of it,is fairly comparable most of the numbers,are roughly the same thing,carbs they both have 13 now,dietary fibers and sugars the same same,what same amount of protein in both of,both of them,i think one just tastes a little you,know a little bit better than the other,one,um i'm gonna try the thin slice this,week i think it's gonna be better than,the other one,again this is birthday's killer bread,this one and this other one if you can,see that,and the labels kind of messed up so they,sort of started eating that one,i'd say you know i thought that people,was looking for healthy alternatives,for different foods um i've been trying,this for a while i'm trying to get away,from white bread in in whole wheat bread,i know wheat bread's supposed to be,better for the white bread definitely is,not good for you if you're you know,into the whole healthy thing white bread,definitely isn't good for you even,though,some people think it tastes better i,don't i i don't prefer it anymore i can,since i study this other stuff um,so it was too expensive i i don't recall,it's like what the price so i think it's,for,three dollars maybe for a loaf of this,stuff um it's,very comparable to wheat wheat bread,that's the thing i mean it tastes a lot,like it wheat bread just not as,quite as healthy i kept looking for,something with less less calories in it,and this is the,alternative that i came up with so i've,been eating this for quite,a while now um yeah i think that's going,to do i just want to do a quick review,for dave's killer bread i didn't see,this i just recently saw this in the,store like a month ago i never heard of,it before,uh interesting story the guy who created,this was apparently been in prison and,i guess when he came out he started this,company,and he did sell it too so there was a,different owner but it's still,dave's killer brother unnamed after him,i don't know,who owns this now but from the different,brands i've seen it apparently he's,doing pretty well,again that's for the dave's,killer bread so i'm going to wrap up,this video just for a quick review,if you guys looking for a healthy,alternative to bread house just trying,it out,and not too much money or a few dollars,for a loaf um,if you guys have any thoughts or,comments you want me to try anything,else put them on down below and as,always hit that like and subscribe,until next,you

so it seems like everywhere you turn,around these days you're gonna find,another,keto friendly or low carb bread and it's,great to see this stuff coming out there,it's great to see people,putting their best foot forward when it,comes down to living a lower,carbohydrate lifestyle,but let's be real just because it's keto,doesn't mean that it's healthy or that,it's clean,or that it's truly even keto friendly,okay a lot of people can easily jump on,a marketing bandwagon and,slap a keto label with no real,regulation nothing's really,defining if it's keto or not so i'm,seeing a lot of these keto breads and,this started a while ago i did a video,when i went to costco,and i found that they had keto bread and,i uncovered,keto bread there and i took one look at,it and i was like whoa is this what's,out on the market right now,so i figured i'd put together a little,shopping guide to help you understand,what you should be looking for on a,label,if you're shopping for true low carb,bread because there's a few things you,really need to just be careful of hey if,you like these kind of videos you like,consumer reviews you like keto you like,low carb you like fasting this is the,channel to,check out,a company called unbun foods i put a,link down below in the description,these guys have really nailed keto bread,and i know it might seem biased because,this is a how to shop for,keto bread video but truth be told,really is a stellar product so check,them out down below,they're made with almond flour made with,psyllium just a really cool thing,they've got tortillas they've got buns,they've got all kinds of stuff,so down below in the description but,let's also arm yourself with knowledge,so you know how to shop because,they're everywhere okay the first thing,you want to look for is net carbs this,sounds very elementary to someone that,is an avid keto person right but it's,important to note because i've seen a,couple of particular brands i'm not,going to name names,that claim high fiber and therefore,implying it's automatically low carb,net carbs are what matters not the fiber,content if the net carbs are still going,to be,5 6 7 10 grams of carbohydrates even if,the fiber is exponentially higher,that does not mean that it's keto,friendly so disregard fiber at the end,of the day,and look at the net carbohydrate number,that being said there's a curve ball so,if that net carbohydrate number,is factoring in sugar alcohols it throws,a pretty big wrench in things,because as far as what the fda requires,on a label,sugar alcohols can technically be,subtracted from the net carbohydrates,so that means you could have a bunch of,sugar alcohols in something,and it's going to tell you that it's low,carb even though those sugar alcohols,may contribute to your overall,carbohydrate load,not necessarily blood sugar but still,carbohydrates okay,so these are not necessarily always bad,but there's something you want to be,cognizant of okay,xylitol maltitol mannitol,isomalt even glycerin in bread you have,to be careful of,because there's a study that was,published in the canadian journal of,diabetes it looked at xylitol,and they found that about 50 of xylitol,is actually absorbed,meaning 50 of the carbohydrates from,xylitol were actually affecting,the person as way of carbohydrates so a,general rule of thumb,is to not follow what the net carbs say,when it comes to sugar alcohols,take the sugar alcohols divide it by two,and that is the true carbohydrate effect,so,simple math here if you have 10 grams of,sugar alcohol,in something you're gonna count five,of those carbohydrates you're gonna,count half of those because it's safe to,assume that 50,will get absorbed so in other words be,very cautious,with sugar alcohols a lot of times i'll,load them into a product to add flavor,to something that might be a little bit,bland,another thing is the types of fiber okay,chicory root is commonly used,in keto breads or low carb breads small,amounts of chicory root is fine but the,amount that is needed in bread to really,give it the volume,and the texture that they're after is,quite a bit and there's quite a few,studies that,demonstrate that chicory root can cause,some pretty severe,gastric upset another thing you might,see is inulin which is going to be an,even more concentrated form,again inulin can be used as a prebiotic,fiber and not always bad,but if you're consuming two slices of,bread you're gonna have a lot of inulin,which is probably gonna make you feel,fairly uncomfortable but when it's,combined with some other things then it,gets really sketchy,okay so now we're talking about the oils,here this is the big piece i need you to,be careful about,okay do not turn off this video listen,to this piece good morning everybody I pray all of you,are doing great on this beautiful,morning,that God has given us so as I mentioned,yesterday I am doing my Elizabeth's,wellness spotlight on social media I'm,expanding it because I'm trying to reach,all of you so I'm going to be doing this,three times a week at different times,during the week to make sure that I,catch you and get the information to you,that you need to empower your weight,loss along this journey so today's topic,is bread yes bread is like a major issue,with most folks because they think that,if they're trying to lose weight or get,their blood Sugar's in order that they,really should stay away from brick and,so my question this morning is is bread,really that bad and the reason why I,chose this topic is because you know a,lot of people they hear information in,the media on the news about food,different food products and it can get,really confusing so for example you know,what's better seven grain 15 grain 12,grain multigrain 100% whole wheat whole,wheat you know rye pumpernickel all,these different products that we have,out there and sometimes we think they're,healthy and sometimes they're not and,then how did they do they fit into their,food plan alright so it's really,important that we understand the,information out there and you get it,from a credible source and that's why,I'm doing Elizabeth wellness spotlight,so before I start talking about some,bread I just want you to know that I'm,pairing up have been with South eath,Queens moves seq moves with dr. okay so I am back from the gym I ran a,couple errands took for another in a,walk it's like 10:30 right now I just,had a banana around like 8:15 ish right,before I went to the gym and I'm about,to have my real breakfast hey so it is,time for breakfast,update I'm still obsessed with this,bread Dave's killer bread the thin,sliced one oh my gosh it's so good 70,calories per slice and it is pretty thin,but it's actually pretty filling as well,and I like the fact that it's not too,dry like most whole-grain breads it's,just so good definitely check it out you,can actually get this anywhere I always,get mine at Walmart and it's relatively,more affordable there versus like other,grocery stores like Whole Foods or,Wegmans try it out because it's bomb so,I'm gonna pop that in the toaster and,I'm gonna have a Vacarro toast this,morning I'm gonna use half of an avocado,and then the reason I've been loving,this so much is honestly because of this,amazing seasoning so I actually found,this at Aldi which was a really big,surprise because I've never seen this,before I know everybody raves about the,Trader Joe's kind but I don't shop there,I don't have one super close to me so I,was so excited to find this there and if,you love everything bagels you will love,the seasoning it is life-changing on,avvocato toast so there's like sesame,seeds in here salt garlic just delicious,so I just sprinkle this right on top and,that is my breakfast today I'm also,gonna prepare some fruit on the side,while my toast is in the toaster okay I,think I'm feeling a little citrusy vibe,so let's do one orange and then first,and pineapple that sounds good,okay so here we have it last and final,thing the seasoning right on top so I,just do like a little sprinkle so there,we have a
