MK BUTTERY BREAD MACHINE ROLLS JULY 2022

hi i'm maddie and welcome to maddie's,kitchen today we're going to be making, buttery bread machine rolls and today i,have a guest star my mom stacy, okay so to start with i'm going to show, you guys the order that you put your, ingredients into, the bread machine to make the dough so,all ingredients should be room, temperature, except for the milk and you have to,warm the milk up just a little bit it,has to be at least,70 to 80 degrees fahrenheit because, that's what's going to help activate the, yeast,so you also have to put it in in a,certain order for this particular, machine, and it says um first we're going to add,in,the milk and eggs, and next you add,the softened room temperature, that's so butter, next, sugar and salt, this is sugar, one fourth cup of sugar, and one and a half of salt teaspoons one, half teaspoon, and next we're going to add four, cups of,bread flour, you could just take, your little spatula or something and, smooth it around just to make sure, there's flower like in all the corners, and you can,tap it on the counter,a few times just to make sure it settles, and the last thing that you add is your, active dry yeast, and this recipe calls for, what is it,it's two and a four teaspoons of active, dry yeast so that's exactly what this, packet is and you just sprinkle it on,the top, this recipe also has it has sugar in it,that helps activate the yeast and some,of the bread recipes,we use honey instead of sugar, and so after you got it in there you, just put, snap the, container into the bread machine, and it has a setting to just make dough, this machine can bake the bread but this, recipe we want to,make our own so we just let it make the, dough so we can add cheese to it flavor,so we put it on the dough, and then you're just going to listen to,this noise for an hour and a half,i'll get back with you when it's done,we're back you need to sprinkle some, bread flour on your surface, and then we're going to remove the dough, from the,the bread machine it's finished it's um,dough cycle so it kneads it and then, rises a couple of times,we're going to dump this dough onto this, floured surface, and okay gonna sprinkle a little more,go ahead,so now you have to roll it into balls,we also add some, cubed sharp cheddar, you just gotta like stick the cheese in,there, and then you have to put it in your, greased pan,so we're going to roll these out, and, add some cheese to all of them and then, after they're in in the pan we put them, like in the oven just a little warm oven, and let them rise for 30 more minutes, before we bake them so we'll be back, after,we roll these out and let them rise one, more time, okay we finished rolling out the dough,um this is what it looks like before,we're gonna put it in the oven the oven,is just a tad bit warm it's not even on,anymore we're gonna let it rise, and you'll see when we take it out that,it's probably, twice, the size, when we,after they've been in the warm oven, rising so see how they got bigger, now,we just bake them at 350,for how many minutes 13 to 16 minutes 13,to 16 minutes and then we're gonna eat, these, with dinner or,just write by themselves,we're back, after they've been cooking now it's time,to taste, thank you for watching,oh

The above is a brief introduction to buttery bread machine rolls

Let's move on to the first section of buttery bread machine rolls

Super Easy, Soft Bread Machine Dinner Rolls!

Super Easy, Soft Bread Machine Dinner Rolls!

okay so we're ready to start our recipe,we're gonna just put everything into our, bread machine pan which is super easy to,clean, and we always want to start with our, liquids first okay so again i don't cook,a lot of bread in the machine but it's a,great device for doing all your work and, needing all you have to do is just take,it out and shape your, shape your loaves or rolls or whatever,so these rolls we're making today are, super simple, and super delicious my i'm not even, allowed to make anything else for bread,at the holidays because people just, always want these rolls they are melt in,your mouth buttery delicious and they're,so easy to make and it's nice to have, him doing all the work while i'm doing, other things especially when i'm making, the holiday meal,so i'm going to put everything just, layering right in my bread machine pan, and,we want to start with our liquids first,so the first thing we're going to need,is one cup of water,so you need a one cup measure, that,or you know the ability to measure one,cup of liquid and we want our water to,be warm, warm to hot but not too hot or we kill, the yeast yeast is a living thing, not too cold or it won't activate so we,just want it at that nice temperature, you could take the temperature but i,just kind of stick my finger in and see,so we're going to need two, tablespoons of softened butter and if,you didn't think ahead you could just, pop it in the microwave for like 20,seconds um,but or you could leave it on the counter,if you are thinking ahead, all right so i've got my uh cup of water,i'm going to go ahead and put that in my,bread pan first, step out of the way here, simply pour it in,then i'm going to take my two, tablespoons of butter and go ahead and, dump that in,try to get as much of that, goodness in there as possible you don't,want to use butter you can go ahead and,use olive oil or something like that but,i like butter, and, not very much butter there so okay so,we've got our warm water our butter our, next step,so i've got my eggs here these are some, nice peachy, large eggs, this is what i do to crack an egg,on the long side of the egg i just, make a nice crack, stick my thumbs in and push them in like,i'm going to open a book, all right so we've got water our butter, and our egg now it's time to put our dry, ingredients in,i'm going to use some bread flour,to toss like that,i get mine from king arthur i always use, king arthur flour that's just my,preference use whatever you have,we're going to put 3 and 1 4 cup of,flour do the scoop method so we scoop,in level, put it in our pan which is off camera, right now, that's number one this is number two,and this is number three, then our little quarter cup measure, same thing, just like so,now we've got i want to tip it too much, because i want my layers to stay that, way we're just leveling that out a,little bit so now we have our flower, layer we're going to add some salt,if you can make the switch try to use, coarse salt, you'll have a lot less sodium problems, and,um it's just,a lot better than table salt,in my opinion anyway or use what you, have but i'm using a little bit of,coarse salt, brings out the flavor in things, and then we want to go ahead and put, some sugar now yeast of course is a,living thing and it feeds off the sugar,so i'm just going to use, some granulated sugar, unbleached i'm going to use my same, quarter cup measure,no need to scoop and measure with that, you just wiggle it off,and then just sort of dust it over the, top, like so,then i'm going to use some bread machine, yeast it's a quicker acting yeast three, teaspoons,so you simply, put it right on top,and we don't want to mix this at all,we're gonna let the bread machine do it,all so one two three, all right and just like that uh without, doing anything else to it we're going to,open it up and put it into our machine, just simply snaps into place,i kind of give it a tug to make sure,it's in pull down the handle close the, door turn it on,it's really hard stuff, and um it has a dough cycle on there so,the dough cycle is what you want to use, here for mine it's 11 years is probably, going to be different, okay the dough has been in my bread, machine for an hour and a half i'm see,it in a pan right here and i deflated it,a little bit it was very poofy, and i'm just going to turn it out onto i,have a sheet pan just like a,sheet tray, lined with parchment paper also from, king arthur flower it comes in these,pre-cut sheets which is really handy and,i'm just going to turn it out, shake, and then we're just going to cover it,and let it rest for about 10 minutes, okay the dough has risen and it's nice, and puffy and i'm just going to use a,bench scraper to divide it up into, about 15,rolls or so and if it gets sticky you, just put flour on your hands it's a very, soft dough so it's fine to put some, flour on there,if you don't want it sticking, all right so we're going to buy these, into rolls so i kind of just divide it,in half, like so,and then i just keep dividing each, section in half, until i have t

Amy's Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

Amy's Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

welcome to Amy learns to cook on the, show today we're going to make bread, machine dinner rolls, now these dinner rolls are so easy to,make you can use them for a special, occasion or every day now if you liked, this video please subscribe below and, visit my website at a meal urns to cook, calm you'll get updates on my future, videos now let's make bread machine, dinner rolls, okay the first thing we're going to do,is we're going to take the pan of our, bread maker and we're going to put the, paddle attachment in here I have a bread, machine ultimate if you have a different, bread machine your paddle when my fit in,here a little bit differently, now the order you put these ingredients,is should depend on your instructions, from your manufacturer my bread machine, you put the liquid in first with the, salt in the sugar then the flour and, then the yeast on top it's important to,follow the directions of your, manufacturer because you don't want the, salt and sugar to interact with the ease, too quickly so follow the directions for, your individual bread machine so we're,going to put in 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, then we're going to put in one cup of,110 degree water now make sure when you, measure your water that you put your, measuring cup down and eyeball it from, the side to make sure you have the, proper of measurement so this is one cup,of 110 degree water next we're going to,put in 1 teaspoon salt and we're going,to sweeten it up with two tablespoons of,sugar, okay next we're going to put in our, flour and we're going to put in three, cups of bread flour and you really want,to use bread flour because in order to,get the proper chew on your dough you, need to have a decent amount of gluten,in here and the gluten is what develops, into what we know is good bread right so,we're going to put three cups of bread, flour and next we're going to put in our, yeast and this is active dry yeast, there's a lot of different kinds of,yeast when you go to the store you'll,see stuff like active dry yeast you'll,see instant yeast and you'll see bread, machine yeast, pretty much bread machine yeast and, instant use are the same they're both, instant yeast I prefer to use active dry, yeast it works fine in my bread machine, you can try this out and test your bread, machine and if you don't get enough rise, try instant yeast but this works fine, with active dry so we're going to go,ahead and we're going to put two and a,half teaspoons we put a little well in,flour and we're going to put two and a,quarter teaspoon scuse me into our pan,and that's pretty much it this is ready,to go into our bread machine okay so,this is one of my favourite bread, machines it's a bread man ultimate and,it's makes bread making so easy there's,pretty much dump ingredients in here and, turn it on since we are making dinner, rolls we're going to be using a dough, setting we're not going to be baking, these in the bread machine because we're,going to be taking them out and forming, our dinner rolls so pretty much take, your pan and lock it down into the bread, machine and close it up and we are going,to select the,doh setting and pretty much the bread, machine is going to need it for us it's,going to do if initial rise and when,it's done we're going to take it out,we're going to form the bread the dinner, rolls and then we're going to let them, rise again and bake them so go ahead and, push the dough cycle and then press,Start you might have to after its first, initial mix check it depending on your, humidity you might have to add a little, bit of water just drizzle a little bit,of water or drizzle or put in a little, bit of flour to adjust your dough so,it's nice it becomes nice and smooth so,when this is done we'll be back to shape, and put our door rolls on the second, rise ok our bread dough is all finished, and now it's time to shape our rolls so,we're going to put a little bit of flour,on here on our board and we're going to,remove the dough from the bread pan will,be a little bit sticky but that's ok and,we're going to knead this a little bit, basically you don't need to knead it too, much so to knead dough all you do is,pull up a section and lean on it and, you'll get a little bit of that extra, air out of that gives you a little, workout keep gets a little bit of that, extra air out of there and then usually,I just do this to smooth it out so we,have a nice smooth dough ball and this,is some really really beautiful, beautiful dough so we're going to go,ahead and we're going to cut this into, even rolls now you can make these rolls,as big or as little as you want you can,use this as dinner rolls you can use, this make little slider by,you can make of larger and make little,um hamburger rolls whatever you want to,use it for just kind of make sure that, you get the pieces even so they'll bake, either and now we're going to form the, rolls and to do so you can meet them but, basically you just want to tuck the rule, under on itself so you get a nice roll, just like that and we're going to go,ahead and form all these ro

Easiest Dinner Rolls in Your Bread Machine

Easiest Dinner Rolls in Your Bread Machine

can you make dinner rolls in your bread, machine absolutely, let's do it now,you might wonder if it matters what kind,of flour you use and the answer is,absolutely yes,all flour is impacted by the, manufacturing process the length of time,it's being stored the type of wheat, that's being used to make the flour, and when I'm making bread in my bread, machine I always use King Arthur, unbleached bread flour and you will want,to find the best bread flour in your, region so that you'll have the tastiest, best structured bread, let's get the bread dough going,we're making a basic white bread dough, which would be equivalent to a two pound, loaf, and we start with warm water about 80,degrees,it's about what a baby bottle would be,and if you're not sure use a instant, read thermometer,to test the temperature of your water so,that it's not too hot,so that's one and a quarter cups of warm, water, three tablespoons of oil and I like to,use olive oil for good flavor, two tablespoons of granulated sugar, two teaspoons of salt, then four cups,of bread flour, measured out scraped evenly, with a knife, and then sprinkle 2 teaspoons of bread, machine yeast, over the top,of the bread flour, close the lid on your bread machine, select the dough cycle, and then hit start, after a few minutes you're going to want,to check your dough for consistency and,my dough feels a little hard so I'm,going to add a tablespoon of warm water, and let that go,see what that does to the consistency of,my dough, weather and humidity can affect the, consistency of your dough that's why,it's important to check,an hour and a half has gone by and it's,time to take the dough, out of the bread machine, you can see that it has risen really, nicely,it's a nice soft consistency so it was a,good thing that I put the extra bit off, quarter, into the, mixture, now I want to divide, this dough into pieces,I'm going to weigh each of my dough, pieces on my kitchen scale that I've,covered with a piece of plastic wrap, just for easy cleanup,so that I can make sure that I'm getting, consistent sizing in my dough,to make each of my buns I like to fold, them over, tucking under,on the bottom, and then place them,in the pan, hold them over to get a smooth top,in the pan,now that I'm putting them in in a square, pan, these will come out approximately Square, and now I'll cover them with plastic, wrap, and leave them to rise till double in,size, the remaining buns I'm putting in the, freezer for another day yes you can, freeze your dough before it has done its, second Rise it's going to go into the, freezer I'll cover it wrap it tightly, and it will stay for up to three months, the rolls have doubled in size so it's,time to put them into the 350 degree,Fahrenheit preheated oven,it's hard to tell you how long it will, take for your rolls to double in size it,depends on how warm your, room is and then also the size of of the, rolls but you just want to watch for a,visual doubling in size, they're going into the oven on the, center rack I'll check them, for an internal temperature of about 190,degrees after 27 minutes at 350 degrees,Fahrenheit my dinner rolls were done to,this delicious golden brown now I am,going to take a stick of,butter and run it across the tops, like my grandma taught me,it makes the tops of the dinner rolls, shiny, and soft, and buttery, and delicious,I'll let the dinner rolls cool 10,minutes in the pan and then turn them, out onto a rack,so the bottoms don't get soggy

Dinner Rolls - Cuisinart Bread Maker

Dinner Rolls - Cuisinart Bread Maker

all right everyone so today i'm going to,be making some light and fluffy dinner, rolls,uh and it's two parts to this the first, part i'll be using uh my bread maker to,make the dough, and then once we're done with that i'll,get back, and let you know about how long to let,it rest,uh and then we'll cut it up and then,we're gonna bake uh the, dinner rolls in the oven so we'll go,ahead and get started with making the, dough, and we're gonna start out with our water, our egg,our softened butter our, flour, next we're gonna throw in our sugar, salt and our last ingredient the, active dry yeast and so,i've already pre-programmed it to our, dough, which on this particular machine is,eight and that's all you need to do,it's gonna go ahead and start on its own,and then it'll let you know as soon as,it's done, all right so the dough cycle just, finished so what we're gonna do next,we're going to go ahead and pull this, out, and we're going to put this in a bowl, and we're going to let it set for about,10 minutes to 15 minutes,so make sure you don't forget to go,ahead and pull out this, paddle and then we're just going to,lightly cover this, with the plastic wrap and like i said, just let it set for about 10-15 minutes, and then when we get back we're going to,go ahead and cut it up,and portion it out for the dinner rolls, all right so i let it set for about,15-20 minutes or so which is fine,as you can see we got a good rise so i'm,going to go ahead and pull the plastic, off, that's a first order of business and,it's a little bit stuck but that's fine,we're going to flower up the board,so we're just going to flower up a,little bit of the board, make sure my hands are floured and we're,going to go ahead and pull this out,and there's two different ways that you,can do it,either you can just cut it up into even, portions, just by eyeballing it or if you have a,scale you can use that i do have a scale, but i'm just going to go ahead, and do it this way so we're just going,to keep cutting it in halves, until we get about 12 or 14 different, pieces, okay so i got about 16 or so pieces so,what i'm going to do now,is just form them and when you form them, all you want to do,make sure you have a little bit of flour,on your hands and you're going to form, them,by pulling down the sides around to the, bottom,so they're a nice slow bulb like that, and then we're going to place them,i already have a pan with parchment, paper already set up,and once we form them all we're going to,let them set for another 30 to 40,minutes to rise, and then we're going to bake them so,once you're done with this you probably, want to get the oven ready,to 375 and,i'll be back as soon as i let these rise, for about 30 to 40 minutes, all right so i let them rise for another,30 minutes,so we're going to go ahead and pop them,in at 375 degrees, for about 12 to 15 minutes so start, watching it at about 12 minutes to make, sure they don't get overdone, and you're looking for a nice light, golden brown, all right i'll be right back all right,so,i left them in at 375 for a little over,15 minutes it was about 17 or so minutes, until i got that nice super light golden, brown,uh i let them cool down for about two, three minutes so i'm going to give that, first one a shot, and i did forget to mention earlier make, sure you have a little bit of melted, butter,if you want that color so before you put,it in the oven, make sure you put a little uh butter on,top and it'll give it that nice color, and i left a note,at the bottom of the screen earlier, now that's good you can see it's cooked, all the way through,it's really really just a light and, fluffy, not too dense at all that's a fantastic, dinner roll, enjoy

Dinner Rolls in the Bread Machine ~ Homestead Corner

Dinner Rolls in the Bread Machine ~ Homestead Corner

today we're making homemade dinner rules, with the bread machine mmm,for our basic dinner rolls these are, just basic white dinner rolls of what,we're making they're really easy to make, you're gonna need some milk, some room temperature butter one egg, sugar flour salt and yeast so let's go,ahead and get these started okay so I've,gone ahead and measured most of the, stuff out so it's a little quicker in,the video and we are just gonna start, layering our stuff in our bread machine, and I use the Hamilton Beach one but, this will work in any bread machine that, has a dough setting because we're not, going to bake it in here we're going to,make rolls and put it in the oven but,you want we're gonna make our dough in,here because this works beautifully for, making them so we're gonna start with, one cup of milk and we're going to pour, that right in our pan and then we're,gonna add a half a cup I mean a half a,stick a quarter cup of butter and you, want this at room temperature so it's,not too cold and we're just gonna all, right so I just cut it kind of thin so,it can be moved around with the paddle, and what-have-you we're just gonna put, that right in there you always want to,make sure you have super clean hands, when you're cooking so you don't get, sick or anything like that and then we,need one egg and we want that slightly, beaten so we're gonna throw that in a,cup isn't this cute I got this from,Tammy over at Tami's homestead life she, made this for me during our seed swab I,just love this it's so cute and who, loves the orange cup so but we've got,our beaten egg in there, you want it slightly beaten and then,we're going to pour that right in with, everything else,Thank You Tammy I love it and then we,are gonna add a quarter cup of sugar you,can reduce the sugar a little bit but, these they're sweet and yummy these are, delicious rolls we love these and then,we're gonna add a teaspoon of salt put,I'm gonna put like three-quarters of a,teaspoon I don't want to soften I cut it,down to as much as half a teaspoon and,you can't taste the salt at all with, half a teaspoon so and then we want four, cups of flour there too,and two more so we've got our four cups,of flour in there and then on top we are, gonna add 2 teaspoons of bread machine, yeast this is the fast rise for bread, machines so we're gonna put 2 teaspoons, and I like to make a little well right,in the center with it and that way the, milk warms up a little bit before it,gets to the yeast and that is it that is,all of our ingredients so we are gonna, close this down and we are we turn this,a little bit not sure if you can see, this it is right here we have the dough, setting number 8 so we are going to hit,our cycle till we get to 8 and it's,gonna take 1 hour and 30 minutes for, this to be done so we're just gonna hit, start and there she goes I'll bring you, back when we take the dough out of the, machine so you can see what it looks,it's all done so we are going to just, pop this right, out of our bread machine now we're gonna, walk up button down just to shut our, machine off all right and you can see,our dough is all nice and yummy in there,so we're gonna pull this out and put it,on our floured board go so there's our, dough we got it all out of there little, piece there and we are just gonna, flatten this out just a little bit we,don't really want to knead it too much, and then we're gonna take this and we're,gonna cut it in half over a little bit,we're gonna take one piece out of our,way and we're just gonna take this I'm,gonna stretch it out a little bit make,it easier for us to we're gonna cut this,in six pieces so this is gonna give us,six rolls so if you go into thirds and, then cut those in half quite a bit, bigger just gonna take this we're gonna, kind of pinch everything together and, you've got a beautiful roll there,we're gonna place these in our already, greased pan,and we're just gonna continue this until,we have all of our dough all done I just, kind of pinch it and twist it on the, bottom gives them gives it a nice little, ball grab all those little sides give a,little twist and voila okay so we've got,all of our dinner rolls made and we are, just going to cover this over
